all night and take her hints to back off. So we're doing a shoot by
the main fountain and this asshat shows up and tried to drag Arika off,
again. So Aaron is right there in his face going WTF? and the
guy won't just leave. So Aaron done went and showed the guy how
they do it Portland style. Folks, if there is any question about who
and where, it was here tonight. Aaron got right in this asshat's face
and wasted no time taking him staight to the ground. The guy knew he
was f---ed and gave up quickly. He didn't stop though. Even after we
left that area he followed our party around the hotel for like the next
hour or so. It was a bad deal, and I want to personally thank Aaron
for him stepping up and doing the right thing and protecting Arika from
this guy. If you recognise this guy, stay clear, he's only after one
thing.....
Whoever it is that employs this asshole should think twice next time
before sending him to any shows. Actually, get this guy some help, he
has a poblem with drinking, sexual harrasment, and anger management.
When a girl say's NO, she means NO. Especially considering her husband
and several close freinds are standing within a few feet of her.
It was hours of him following her around, trying to be all up on her.
He followed our party into Aaron's room, all over the Player's Ball,
then after we tried to ditch him, he eventually found us outside at
the fountain. Relentless.
I also want to thank Tassy and Halcyon who were there and immediately

Also, after this all occured, we saw him finally get a ride out of

and amy. talk about a class act. this is "drama" but it's important
drama, that guy needs help with alcohol and anger management, i agree.
i'm so sorry this happened to you arika, and newbreed. this is the optimism
tax i was telling you guys about last night, please don't let it stop

What I want to know is WHEN WAS I TOLD NO, WHO SAID I TOUCHED HER,
Have Arika post and tell you EXACTLY what happened and it will be that
same as my story.. IF ANYONE has a problem with me or saw me do something
inappropriate, ICQ, CALL or EMAIL me and we can settle this...
Because this is total bulls--- and people who were not even there are
making me out to be some kind of perv and NOTHING happened... For all

AGAIN do you have to go to the bathroom, are you sure...blah blah. Again
I say ummm no. Aaron took my arm and was trying to get me in a different
direction to try to get me away from you, you were playing like human
tug of war with me. You were huffing your chest up to Aaron the entire
time. You pushed first. And everyone who was there saw it.
Your right Chris the entire f---ing thing was bulls---, you are 100%
correct on that. What you were doing is wrong, and honestly I can't
figure out your logic behind it at all. You were trying to cop feels
and start s---. End of story, it was complete bulls---.
People who know me know how I am. I am not confrontational. I hate arguements
and I hate saying how I really feel. That is for sure my downfall. That
is one reason why I haven't made this post until now. I am pretty pissed
about everything that happened. But then I have to ask myself well maybe
I wasn't as direct as I should have been. That has gotten me in trouble
before. In no way did I ever lead you on, I guess I just needed to be

No major isp is going to block it, because they'd lose 20% of their
customers. And people that want porn will have the power to see it.
I'd rather have that than have the US gov't try to prosecute people.

registry MUST allow the current .com owners to get the same domains
as .xxx, without the regisgtered tm bs. If you own a .net, you are second
in line. If they don't, I can see lots of lawsuits.

be approved. Having provided legal representation to the adult webmaster
community since 1995, along with other facets of the adult industry
for years before, I've seen many unsuccessful attempts to organize and
speak with a united voice. Organizing in the adult Internet industry
is essential; just as it is with any other highly-regulated industry.
My law firm has represented the adult industry for over 40 years, and
has been involved in many organizing efforts. It may be that the only
way for this particular facet of the industry to organize is through
a non-profit foundation structured to support both the online adult
community and the broader Internet community funded through .xxx registration
revenue. A .xxx domain name option will eventually become a reality,
and the current proposal will result in significant benefit to the industry
as a whole, given the significant funding that IFFOR could potentially
secure for the purposes of lobbying, legal defense, and media outreach.
When compared to a generic TLD proposal, the current Sponsored TLD
proposal is definitely preferable. In light of the current political
climate in the United States and elsewhere, IFFOR could become a critical
voice for the continued viability and success of the adult website industry.
Regardless of one's feelings concerning the esoteric advisability of
a voluntary .xxx domain name registration option, the practical realities
must be addressed. Some entity will ultimately convince ICANN to approve
a TLD for the adult industry. The current proposal by ICM Registries,
Inc., sponsored by IFFOR, will bestow benefits on the industry which
far outweigh any of the potential concerns advanced to date. The webmaster
community should get behind this proposal which will give something
back, instead of waiting for another group to submit a generic TLD proposal
based purely on profit motive.

a NASDAQ listed company from 1996 to 2001 and prior to that was VP of
Marketing for Hustler launching its flagship site in 1995.

All these companies share one belief ... that
child pornography is illegal, it is morally wrong and it should be stopped.
This application demonstrates that belief and that the adult industry
is prepared to both do something about child pornography and open up
a dialogue with the broader Internet community.
.xxx offers an opportunity for the online
adult industry act responsibly.
It provides a new forum and platform for the
online adult industry to begin to self-organize and to develop their
own credible and responsible business practices.
I have personally met with many of the leaders
in the online adult community from around the world ... from Python
Communications in Curacao ... to Netcollex in the UK ... to Hustler,
Vivid, AVN and many many more have all demonstrated their support for
this application.
In addition, there is great concern about
the risks posed to the industry if .xxx was to ever become a generic
TLD.
No other application has stronger industry
support or as broad and diverse a community of International supporters
from all impacted stakeholders.

called for ASACP to rescind its support of .XXX and write a strongly
worded letter of opposition. Other than for money, the organization
has no business supporting .XXX because it does nothing to protect children.
That should be the end of it, as far as ASACP is concerned. Like Mike
expressed earlier, I also feel sorry for Joan because I don't think
she made the final decision to send out that letter of support. And
now that it's out there she's left defending it and trying to pretend
that it's a "neutral" letter when clearly it is not neutral. I also
know that if I was on the Advisory Council I would be absolutely PISSED
about that letter, since I don't think the Council wanted a letter of
support to be sent out... it looks like someone else made that decision
and hoped to get away with it.
ASACP has a CLEAR opportunity here to do the right thing. We all heard
Joan in San Diego say that if the Advisory Council tells her to write
a letter of opposition then she will be required to do so. The Advisory
Council should put that to the test.... give Joan the instruction she
needs to do the right thing, and if she STILL doesn't do it or else
writes some confusing and vague letter that can be read in 10 different
ways then the members of the Council should think long and hard about
why they are volunteering their time with this organization, and who
is REALLY pulling the strings. I would like to be supportive of ASACP,
but their position on .XXX and their failure to do the right thing here
makes it difficult.

I just got back from InternetModelPalooza at The Score in downtown
LA. There were porn stars advertised to appear and some were there,

you look good in public, they know how men think. They can play other
men (and women) to your advantage if they so choose.

aspects of it, they will do what pleases you and if you ask them to
dress in heels and stockings they wont say "Why do you want me

True they are like snakes, in that you never know you have been poisoned

What's odd is they are among the hardest girls you will ever try to

Quase knows what he speaks of. I've been going to the same two video
stores in my neighborhood for 15 years. The people that own and run
them tell me that their best sellers on a consistent basis are those
garbage 4 hr comps, the Leisure Time stuff. This is some of the worst

the two following questions: "Did you contact Mike Albo and or
Allan MacDonnell to communicate gossip or proprietary information?"
"Do you know who did?"
2. The phone records of all parties should be reviewed to see who may
have called Mike Albo and or Allan MacDonnell.
3. The computers of all parties should be examined to see who may have
emailed Mike Albo and or Allen MacDonnell.
Anyone caught lying or anyone who admits passing on such information
after the Friday meeting warning about such communication, should be
terminated.

I have this horrible habit of putting off my required movie watching
until the last minute, which often results with my feature film viewing
taking place when I first wake up in the afternoon, oops, I mean morning,
anyway, before breakfast. Sometimes it's tough to pay attention to porn
when your eyes are barely open and your stomach is growling. But that
was NOT the case when I pushed in Prisoner and hit play. From start to
finish, it's simply a great flick. This is the kind of movie, (and I don't
remember EVER saying this before), that if there was NO sex in it, it
would still be worth watching. AND the sex scenes are hot enough to stand
alone if this was a gonzo without a plot. These two instances don't happen
often enough in X-rated films. But everything cums together perfectly
in Prisoner.
Ya gotta love a porn movie that starts off with a disclaimer stating
that they do not support the use or sale of illegal drugs. All drugs are
only props. Well the actors certainly LOOKED like they knew what they
were doing with the heroin, pot, pills, coke etc., that was some GREAT
acting! Britney Skye is so perfectly cast as Charlene, the trashy misunderstood
delusional drug addicted hooker, (and I mean that in a good way!). I actually
believe her when she says in a letter to her daughter " Your father was
killed, in an accident." Of course Brit fails to mention that she was
robbing the father and it was her boyfriend that held the gun. And of
course the fact that she was screaming, "Kill the motherf---er! Shoot
him!" had NOTHING to do with his ACCIDENTAL death by bullet to the head.
When we first hear Britney's prison letters to her daughter shown against
the actual deeds, the difference is subtle, as the story moves on though,
we become more and more aware that this self-centered guest of the state
is totally clueless as to what really went on in her own life. Prisoner
is filled with drugs, sex, violence and crime. I LOVED IT!
Director DCypher holds nothing back, and he worries not about offending,
or pissing off the establishment when he shows us raw images-Britney pimping
herself out to pay for her boyfriend's and her drugs; Britney taking an
over dose and slitting her wrists; Britney declaring the unfairness of
the system and that her black public defender is a racist. And did I mention
that there is a totally non-PC catfight between two girls wearing white
wife beaters and no bras? This movie is an original. Everything about
it is good. The writing, acting, directing, camera work and editing, even
the freakin' sound effects are top notch.
Sorry I got carried away; I don't want to give away the whole plot! I'll
tell you just a little about the amazing sex scenes. Picture this: Nina
Hartley naked in a prison shower dominating Justine Joli. Sound hot? It
was. DCypher says, "Nina has a huge fan base and I thought she would make
an excellent prison dyke." And she did!
How about Britney making it with a prison guard played by Barette Blade
and then killing him a little while later by slitting his throat. Sick?
Twisted? s--- yeah! And then at the end of the movie we finally get to
meet Britney's daughter and you know what she's doing? I'm not gonna tell
ya! Get Prisoner. It's one of the best feature flicks this year, "bar"
none. (Bars, jail. Get it? Yeah corny ending. I know, but I couldn't resist.)
I talked to Director DCypher about his flick, which will have just hit
your store shelves when this story comes out.
Q: Why did you want to make this movie?
DC: I wanted to make something sad but very good. I tend to go for the
darker element. I wanted to do a movie the way I wrote it. I wanted to
make the story the way I saw it in my mind.
Q: Were you or Metro worried about the crime and drugs and violence portrayed?
DC: Metro wasn't concerned about it until they were editing. But I shot
three or four versions so we would have no trouble putting it on cable.
The "coke" that was snorted was actually B12 powder.
Q: What was the funniest thing that happened?
DC: We were filming Hailey and Tommy doing a reverse cowgirl on a table
in the prison laundry. Hailey was going at it and then the legs of the
table kicked out and Tommy landed on his back and Hailey was still f---ing
him. It was pretty funny.
Q: Any crazy stuff happen while you were filming?
DC: Well when we did the scene with the broken bottle where Britney holds
it to Barrett's neck, she stabbed him in the neck with the jagged edge.
There was blood coming out. And I said this is some realistic footage,
but we aren't trying to make a snuff movie here. Barrett deserves some
hazardous duty pay. I don't want people to start thinking that working
for DCypher is dangerous! (Laughs)
Q: How did you pick the cast?
DC: I picked the hottest girls and the most reliable guys that the girls
love to work with. I don't want to swell your head up D, but I have to
say that this is the best feature film I have seen this year.
Q: You did a great job with Prisoner and I believe you are going to be
up for a lot of awards. I think Britney should get a best actress nod.
DC: Well thank you. I have been in this business for eight years now
and it's really nice to have people appreciate what I do. But this movie
was a team effort. We all worked on it together, and it wouldn't have
come out as well without every single person who contributed. They deserve
a lot of the credit.
Wow, a great movie, written and directed by a humble guy. You gotta
see Prisoner. I watched it twice!

general that I can compare porn acting ability vs. mainstream acting
ability, and make distinctions as to quality between one adult movie
and another -- and that's what I do. I've been accused for years for
"overrating" the movies I review (usually by a half-A, according to
my fellow critics; more, according to some others), but the fact is,
I like porn, and if I see something that I think others will like as

people would be different, harder to deal with. I don't think that's true.

Larry served two terms as a state legislator in Colorado and for two
governors on the parole board. "I was in the state legislature when
I found out our daughter was in this industry."
Duke: "Did it become a political issue?"
Larry: "It did in the end, among other things."

Debbie, his wife of 24 years, is director of sales. Their 28-year-old
daughter, Stephany, is co-owner and star of the company, where she goes
by the stage name Jewel DeNyle.
People who knew Schwarz as a Republican legislator twice elected to
represent a conservative House district in southern Colorado say they
can't fathom his being part of the $6 billion porn industry.
"I could put my finger in an electrical socket and I wouldn't get this
kind of a shock," says Ken Chlouber, the Republican president pro tem
of the Colorado Senate, who worked with Schwarz on several bills and
once wintered his burros on Schwarz's ranch in Wetmore. "If you knew
Larry, none of this fits."
A former trucking company executive, Schwarz was tapped in 1997 by
then-Gov. Roy Romer for a seat on the state's Parole Board. He was reappointed
by Gov. Bill Owens three years later.
Then everything unraveled.
Authorities raided Schwarz's Wetmore home on Dec. 4, 2001, looking
for child pornography. According to court records, police removed cartoon
books depicting children having sex and other items, including tapes
of DeNyle from Schwarz's home.
Police also investigated claims that Schwarz had sexually molested
family members years earlier. No charges were filed, but Owens fired
him from the Parole Board.
Schwarz says that after 15 months of unsuccessful job hunting, the
position at his daughter's film company was the "only one available"
to him.
Stephany, who refused to be interviewed for this story, spent nine
years in the tiny town of Wetmore, 20 miles south of Caņon City. She
is the biological daughter of Debbie Schwarz and was adopted by Larry
while still a child.
People in Wetmore remember Stephany as a rowdy high school student,
but Schwarz says he never detected signs that she was heading toward
life as a porn star.
However people categorize his involvement in the adult industry, Schwarz
says he will never abandon his Republican ideals of self-reliance, lower
taxes and individual freedom.

Authorities have seized dozens of pornographic videotapes and comic
books from the home of former state legislator Larry Schwarz and parole
board officer. [Schwarz is the father of porn actress Jewel De'Nyle.]
Schwarz, 61, who served as a state legislator from 1995 to 1997, is
under investigation on allegations of incest and sexual assault on a
child. He was fired Dec. 4 from the Colorado State Parole Board. He
has not been arrested or charged with any criminal offense.
Custer County launched an investigation Nov. 5 after a therapist called
the sheriff's office and claimed Schwarz molested her client, a 43-year-old
member of Schwarz's family. The therapist said that two other family
members were also victimized and that her client was concerned about
a 7-year-old family member.
The search of Schwarz's Wetmore home turned up 75 pornographic magazines
and catalogs, many of which contained photographs of a 25-year-old member
of Schwarz's family. Investigators also seized 15 comic books with pictures
of children having sex, according to court documents filed last week.
A state-owned Dell laptop computer, a Compaq computer, a black leather
attache case with addresses and phone numbers and miscellaneous financial
and phone records for the year 2000 were taken as well.
Duke: "Has this industry tarnished you?"
Larry: "Not in my mind."
Duke: "But in a lot of people's minds?"
Larry: "Yeah. That's their problem."
Duke: "Is Jewel a Republican?"
Larry: "Yes. We're fiscal conservatives."
Duke: "You're a religious man?"
Larry: "Yes. I was raised and baptized a Lutheran and switched to
Methodist by my choice. I strongly believe in G-d."
Duke: "What do you think G-d thinks about the porn industry?"
Larry: "I think it's a matter of choice and how we each handle ourselves.
My opinion is that I will go to Heaven the same as anyone else will."
Duke: "You don't think G-d has a moral judgment against pornography?"
Larry: "I don't know. That's for Him to judge. If I'm going to be
judged the other way, then I'm going to be judged the other way."
Duke: "Do you feel any internal conflict about it?"
Larry: "No."
Duke: "Don't you think pornography tarnishes people's souls?"
Larry laughs. "I guess not. Any more than I believe that people
who don't know about G-d are going to go to Hell because they don't know.
I don't believe that G-d is that cruel."
Duke: "How often do you go to church?"
Larry: "Seldom. Mostly it is my feeling that on ranches and farms,
I hunt and fish. I've always tried to explain to my mother, who's extremely
church-oriented, that I feel closer to G-d in the open and in the fields.
I've always loved Indians. I read a lot about the Native Americans. Just
because they might've called G-d ...., it's the same G-d."
Duke: "Jewel is into Wiccan. How do you feel about that?"
Larry: "I'd prefer she would be more into normal religions. She
looks at it as not a negative. I don't know where she got that. It certainly
didn't come from our family. It came from being out here and associated
with those people.
"She's getting in September in a Catholic wedding. She still believes
in G-d. She doesn't look at Wiccan as cruel witchcraft."
Duke: "Does she cast spells on people?"
Larry laughs. "Not that I know of. The only spell that she casts
on people is her beauty."
The first two years that Jewel was in the industry, is was hard on her
mother Debbie. Then Scott Taylor, owner of New Sensations, took them to
the AVN show in January 2000. Jewel's parents saw that she dressed in
a classy way and handled her interviews in a classy way.
When Debbie became head of sales, she couldn't even say the names of
her titles. Instead of "The Pussy Is Not Enough," she said,
"The Kitty Is Not Enough." Eventually she and her husband used
porn language, though they still feel a twinge at times when it turns
graphic.
When Larry was a child, his mother would wash his mouth out with soap
if he used the F-word.

going to New York. It's taken me long enough. Four years.
