NL-Personally I have always seen Donald Trump as a bully, as someone who likes to be in control & boss everyone around. He figured being president would be similar to Celebrity Apprentice except with a bigger audience (LOL)
After being made fun of at a recent press dinner (by both Obama & SNL comedian Seth Myers), I think Trump got a taste of the campaighn trail, & he didn’t like it one bit!
So Trump announced today that he won’t be running for President. No loss to me.
Completely agree. He had no shot anyway, but he’s basically taking his ball and going home like the spoiled brat he is.
There was nothing but “good” buzz around him in April and that’s when his poll numbers were their highest and you saw him everywhere running his fat mouth. Then Obama had the 1-2-3 combo of releasing his birth certificate, ripping him apart at the dinner, and taking out bin Laden, and he was toast.
It’s no surprise then that his poll numbers are now some of the lowest they’ve ever been, and it’s only a month later. He thought he’d be able to bully his way into the White House and it didn’t work so now he’s quitting like a loser. Also, it probably didn’t help that the media dug into his past like they tend to do with everyone and and started reporting about him being a draft dodger, his bankruptcy issues, failed marriages/trophy wives, etc.
