Film from Hush Entertainment Tops Straight Releases; Treasure Island Media Movie Leads Gay VOD
 
CHARLOTTE, NC – (May 16, 2011) – Straight viewers in California watched far more pornographic  films via VOD (video on demand) streaming during April than people in any other state, according to Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network (AEBN), the leading online distributor of adult movies. And, according to the network’s first VOD Trend Report, these viewers definitely had a taste for kinky sexual practices.
 

AEBN tracks VOD activity and statistics, including title and geography, and, as the global leader in the adult market, it is in a unique position to reflect on the other side of Hollywood. "The results from April of this year are pretty much in line with the populations of the states, although the fact that New York edged out Texas was somewhat of a surprise since there are four million more people in Texas," said Jerry Anders, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Following California in the rankings were New York, Texas and Florida. The horniest heterosexuals were found in Los Angeles, New York City, Houston, Miami, San Francisco, Rochester, Dallas and Orlando. In Canada, the three horniest cities, based on minute sales, were Toronto, Montreal and Calgary.
 
"What we continue to see are users looking for less conventional sex," Anders said. "While this doesn’t mean that the missionary position is out of favor, it does show that the global community is not against exploring other options."
 
AEBN reports the top five VOD movies in April were:  1. Sorry Daddy, Whitezilla Split My Little ***hole starring Debbie White and released by Hush Hush Entertainment;  2.  Prison Girls, an HD movie from Elegant Angel Productions starring Alexis Texas, Bobbi Starr and Lily Labeau; 3. The Stepmother 4, from Mile High Media/Sweet Sinner starring legendary adult star and AVN MILF of the Year 2011 Julia Ann, directed by Nica Noelle; 4. Friends and Family 2 from Smash Pictures, AEBN’s 2011 Studio of the Year, shot in HD and released exclusively to AEBN 30 days before the DVD went on sale nationwide; and 5. Monsters Of Jizz 31: Step-Dad’s A Pervert, the latest in a best-selling line from Image Video. Euro kink studio BerlinStar Film made an impressive showing with its surprise she-male hit, Bitch Boys, the second transsexual film to date from a studio that usually produces gay content.
 
The top VOD gay releases were 1. TIMF*ck, an AEBN exclusive title from Treasure Island Media that is well on its way to Million-Minute status; 2. Shear Chaos: Raw Piss, shot in HD by Chaosmen and particularly popular with guys who like athletes; 3. Suck Dick, Save The World , Treasure Island Media; 4 Busted and Abused, from Dirty F*ckers studio and shot in HD featuring versatile twink star Denis Reed; and 5.  Raw Power, from RawStrokes.com, which features hot interracial action. Of note in the complete list is that Camando Films cracked the top 20 with its very first title on the AEBN network, XXL Bareback Machos, starring hot Dutch import Peto Coast.
 
Based on VOD purchases, top gay cities in the U.S. in April 2011 included Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston and Cambridge. In the U.K., the most VOD action came from London, Kensington and Lambeth.
