I’m sure you heard about the guy who called 911 because his Prius was out of control and he couldn’t get it to stop although he was hitting the brakes. After a very scary ride on the California’s I-8 reaching speeds up to 90 MPH a Patrol Officer talked the driver through steps to get the car stopped.
New details have come to light which question the truthfulness of the driver’s story.
1. Tests run on the vehicle show that pressing the gas & the brakes caused the car to shut off and drift to a halt.
2. Various news sites have stated that the driver owes over $20,000 to the Toyota Finance Company.
3. The Driver & his wife are deep in debt and either are in bankruptcy/ are going into bankruptcy or just did a bankruptcy.
4. Former co-workers/partners of the driver have spoken about his scamming them.
5. The driver has reported insurance claims on property stolen from him. These reports were deemed questionable and possibly fraudulant
6. And of COURSE the porn connection, because we all know that anyone involved in porn is a scumbag! (lol) The driver, Jim Sikes, runs the adult site http://adultswinglife.com where you can find friends and playmates.
