As you know, Stephanie has been engaged in a fight against breast cancer. She’s completed chemotherapy, and she is set to have lymph node removal surgery in mid-March.
Since being diagnosed last summer, Stephanie has fought valiantly to stay positive and healthy during the past five months of brutal chemotherapy sessions. She’s doing great, all things considered. But she lost her sole means of income (performing), so financially it’s been difficult.
Many of you contributed to the Stephanie Swift Cancer Fund or have shown your concern and support by writing to me, and that’s why you’re receiving this email. Others are industry folk I’m hoping might want to lend support (just by showing up at the benefit!)
We are holding a benefit for Stephanie in Santa Monica on March 10, 2010 at the V Lounge (www.vloungela.com). Stephanie will receive 100% of the door charge and 100% of the proceeds from all of the great things we’ll have for you inside (kissing booth, photos with the adult industry’s biggest stars and starlets, and copies of Stephanie’s last movie before she retired, "Alone With the Enemy.")
Best of all, STEPHANIE WILL BE THERE! She’s looking forward to having the opportunity to thank you all in person and to hang out. She needs the moral support as her next surgery is coming right up.
