Gina Lynn featured this past weekend at the Penthouse Club in Philadelphia both Friday & Saturday night, packing the house with her local friends and fans. Everyone enjoyed her show, appearance and her loyal hospitality except one Alan Markovitz who is the main owner out of Detroit.
After her first show on Friday he said he needed more out of her, he wanted her to go nude when the contract stated "Topless", this however was not an issue for Gina because she would rather be nude anyway, however he was insisting he wanted her outside the box and to give his customers something to talk about, she was even asked about doing a dildo show. Anyway
Gina stepped it up for her last three shows another on Friday and two on Saturday(last night). When it came time to get paid for her signed by the owner contract they handed her an envelope that was $2,450.00 short telling her that was all Alan said he was giving her. Now these managers of the club knew this before the start of Saturday night because Alan did not show his face Saturday. We feel that if there was an issue on paying her, if he was not satisfied with her then he should have told her before going on stage Saturday and not had her fulfill her end of the contract knowing the whole time he wasn’t going to pay her.
For her friends and fans that came out to support her the past two nights we are asking that you help us get the word out that The Penthouse Club in Philadelphia located off Castor Ave did this act hoping they will either realize they screwed up and pay her and also that other Adult Features don’t run into the same issue’s. If there is anyone who has connections with any type of press wether it be radio, newspapers, magazines, TV and/or internet please help us by emailing us back.
Gina is also looking for a lawyer that would love to help her with this matter, anyway we can exploit this unacceptable behavior. The owner Alan Markovitz was saying to us how Philadelphia was living in the past and needed this club to get them caught up with the times, well if this is how you do it we don’t want your future! Philadelphia is one of the most loyal when it comes to fans no matter what the event might be and maybe we Philadelphia need to show this state of the art asshole who’s town this is.

No wonder these people were taken advantage of.
Anyhow, there’s really no need for a press release about this, as the matter can be handled in Small Claims Court (with Gina and her ‘camp’ privately advising other female porn talent who feature dance to avoid this strip club).
I disagree. I think a press release is exactly what was needed. We need to openly expose fraud like this in our industry. The old days of hush hush behind the closed door deals are exactly what girls get taken advantage of. I say open your mouth, be loud, be proud and tell everyone you can about how they screwed you so that maybe the next time the club wants to screw someone they think twice about it.
A press release on this subject matter accomplishes zero.
Where in the hell is this going to run beyond Gina Lynn’s website, and a handful of porn related blogs. It sure as shit isn’t going to be on CNN, FOX, MSNBC, or your local broadcaster. It sure as shit isn’t to be in the LA Times, NY Times, WaPo, et cetera.
Kelli, this is 2009 , not 1899. With or without a poorly written press release, these guys won’t be able to continue screwing over dancers.
First, Gina should take the guy to small claims court. Secondly, when she’s on the set of a movie, doing a dopy interview, or anything else related to her porn career, she should simply mention the club and advise people to not patronize them. Her fanboy asslickers will follow suit and the next fading porn chick who comes to Philly’s Penthouse Club, they’ll stay home playing Wii and swilling Mountain Dew. Next, she should tell any porn girl who feature dances, to avoid this club. Wow, problem solved.
Otherwise, who really gives a fuck she was stiffed out of a few dollars. Furthermore, it’s not as if she’s now going to be blackballed by Porn Valley for speaking up against (yet another) scumbag. Is she was a ‘courageous’ as you’re making her out to be, she’d walked out of the club Friday night when they were messing with her and changing the agreed terms of her two night engagement.
