If you think that doesn’t have anything to do with us here, the last HIV outbreak in the United States in 2004 happened on a T.T. Boy and Evasive Angels production filmed in Brazil. TT Boy and Evasive Angels were fined by Cal-OSHA (California Occupational Safety and Health Administration) for unsafe sex practices.
In April 2004, Darren James had anal sex with Brazilian porn star Bianca Biaggi. She had (allegedly) unknowingly infected Darren during a scene in the video “Split That Booty 2″ while filming in Rio de Janeiro. By the end of the month it was discovered that three female porn stars (two of whom were involved in the same production) who had worked with Darren shortly after he returned to the United States had also been infected with HIV. They were Canadian newcomer Lara Roxx, Miss Arroyo, and Czech-born Jessica Dee.
Lets refer to the CAL OSHA guidelines that you have posted before. Testing is NOT prevention, i am not saying we should have sex covered in plastic bags but at least have the industry test more often. The rate of STD’s alone is astonishing just from what i see from girls that get them on a regular basis.
Lara Roxx was a crack-head street prostitute in Canada who was actually “Patient Zero,” not Darren James.

Genotype testing was done on all involved and it was discoverd beyond any and all doubt tha Dareen infected the three girls. It is indisputabel scientific proof. End of story. Directly form the CDC.

The CDC themselves got blood samples from all involved. They did their own genotying of the samples. It is with absolute 100% certainty that daren infected all three girls.
For you to state that the cdc based their conclusion on information given to them by AIM is also proof positive that you know NOTHING about what actually transpired. Read the report moron.

P.s. Lara Rox aloso tested at AIM in feb, and march 2004 before she worked with daren james.(inapril) Both those tests were after darren worked with Lara in canada. Darren also tested negative several times after working with lara in canada and .befor going to brazil.

The CDC did their own independant investigation that took almost an entire year and included subtyiping the virus to a specific location. Guess where that was? Brazil!!!!!!!!!!

correction….only towo of the three infected females provided sample to the LA County Health Dpt. who in turn gave the sample to the cdc….
the report is clear and preecise….:” ALL sequences were identical and supported the epidemiologic conclusion that the male index patient(darren james) was the source of the HIV infection and had transmitted HIV to these two women through sexual exposure.”
The report also lists about 40 people who worked on this project to come to this conclusion. NOBODY from AIM was part of this investigation. Read it for yourself.
And Zartan, dont read the report and then try to say that Lara Roxx was the third female who didnt provide a sample. You would be wrong about that as you are wrong about eveything else youve written about this.

Lara Rox had AIM tests in Feb, and march that were negative, they were there for all to see at that time on the old LABDAT system All of darrens tests AFTER he worked with Lara in canada were also there for all to see…..Gene Ross was your source what ajoke!!!!!!!!!! Too bad the industry didnt make as big of a deal out of the CDC report as they did about the unfounded speculation by such reputable sources like gene ross. Mitch doesnt FORCE anybody to use AIM NO county clinic will do what AIM does with the nonconfidential waiver. NONE perdiod.
When the industry instituted the monthly gonn/chlam test AIM did send them to the county and get them done for free. Problem was it took SEVEN days to get the result. The county does pcr testing, but that takes seven WORKING days.(nine days total)
What woul happen if everyone went to any clicin they wanted, with no nonconfidential waiver and someone tested positive for HIV? (Marc Wallice anybody)
AIM does test for herpes, any talent canget the test anytime they want it. It is the TALENT who decide which tests to hve done..AIM can only do the tests the PATIENT request. IT is illegal for them to do any more that what the patient request.
Sharom Mitchell is not the medical director of AIM, That would be DR. COlin Hamblin. Dr. Hamblin makes all the medical decisions.

The CDC did a complete INDEPENDENT investigation that took almost one year. Part of that investigation was going over all of the records that we siezed by the LACDOH. They came to the conclusion tha Mitch was right about EVERYTHING. LIVE WITH IT!!! THose are facts that cant be changed!!!!!!!
P.S. No county clinic does pcr(hiv) testing for free NONE… get your facts str8.

It is a very interesting report, and should answer any questions anyone has about the issue. GoGo is correct in recommending it. Everyone – talent, directors, producers, fluffers, that guy who coordinated the Houston gangbang, my dog, people thinking about getting into the business – needs to know what it says and why testing is so incredibly important.
I refuse to hire anyone without recent, certified, verifiable tests. I reimburse the entire cost of doing so and insist that any talent that works for me gets tested every 2 weeks. We pay for it. The cost is a small one next to the cost of the possible consequences of failing to do so.
That should be the standard for EVERYONE producing any kind of fuck product.
