Michael Stefano left his longtime director post at Red Light District to move to the Hush Hush division of Shane’s World. Stefano was one of the founders of Platinum X Pictures, which went on to become a semi-defunct division of Red Light, and is now owned by RLD head of sales Ralph Ciglia.
RLD director Juan Cuba is telling anyone that will listen that he is talking to Evil Angel about a deal. However, Evil Angel directors are more and more expressing their displeasure about their royalty checks. Another sign of the freefall of the DVD business?

The sale to Ralph is a sham sale to divert assests and to minimize his financial exposure. Ralph is a long time friend of Joseph Nothing has been changed on any corporate or tax document. Joseph hold the notes and controls all of the decisons.
The same holds true for combat zone. Dion is joseph’s half brother but joseph pulls all the strings at CZ. Dion cant crap without asking David first.
As far as juan cuba is concerned Cuba cant keep a secret. If evil angel is stupid enough to bring him on as a director all they are getting is someone with sobriety issues and ties to local LA street gangs and is a liability to anyone that hires him.

Now he has moved Spallone and Harry Weiss into their Nordoff address. Im sure its because of the Amy Fisher deal. or has Weis become his new club promoter.
