C.J. Laing Says Legs McNeil Fabricated Quotes

C.J. writes on DVD Maniacs:

Legs, Legs, Legs...I spent one afternoon speaking with Legs, on the request of Annie Sprinkle. This was the first time I had ever discussed my experiences with a journalist. It was at the very early stages of his project before he had a publishing commitment. We were never able to complete the interview. It wasn't until a friend mentioned that I was quoted on the dust jacket of the book that I ever knew of its existence. I went to a talk Legs gave at a local bookstore. Horrified by the creative liberties Legs had taken in the book, I signed everyone's book, "Remember, at least 10% of this book is full of s---!" There are words attributed to me that would never have come out of my mouth and which make no sense at all. BTW, I am still waiting for my copy so I can't refer back to what it states in regard to Green Door, but yes, I wanted to be in a Mitchell Brothers feature. I had a wicked crush on one of their cameramen.

Legs McNeil has a lot of detractors and I'm sure many of them will be jumping up and down at this and saying, 'I told you Legs was not reliable.'

The dirty truth is that almost all journalists massage quotes because people do not speak in a way that reads well. So journalists try to take what they believe is the essence of a quote. Those journalists who use tape recorders and then transcribe (as I usually do) are more accurate than those who don't.

Many people aren't cognizant of what they've told a reporter. There's nothing people like more than talking about themselves, and nothing they hate more than seeing it end up in print (Jonathan Tobin).

Here's the prominent C.J. Laing quote on the dust jacket: "When you're twenty and you're hungry, and the rent's due, you're really just an idealistic youth; you're not a whore. Even though you are."

Jamie Ralph Gardner writes on the Carnal Comics yahoo group:

From reading C.J. Laing's message about Legs McNeil's The Other Hollywood book, I now know that Tricia Devereaux isn't the only person, in the x-rated industry, who view his book negatively. Tricia responded a couple of times to my emails in which I brought up Legs McNeil's The Other Hollywood book. One of the people who is interviewed by Legs McNeil is Ruby Gottesman. At one of the AVN Entertainment Expos, I talked to Ruby and Charles Brickman (of Cinderella Distributors Incorporated). When I asked Ruby about interviewing him about Traci Lords, he wanted to be paid hundreds of dollars for his help. Ruby said that if I paid him, I would get an interview with him and that he would put in a good word with other people that I could interview. When Charles Brickman mentioned that he produced a dozen Traci Lords videos, Ruby interrupted the conversation because he didn't wan't Brinkman giving me information for free. Ruby was working for Charles Brinkman's company. I don't know if Ruby still works for CDI. It's possible that Ruby let McNeil interview him for free. If Ruby was paid, how many other people did Legs McNeil pay for interviews? Years ago, Jay Allen Sanford warned me about not paying people for interviews because this is associated with tabloid journalism. If McNeil was paying people, I wonder if the publisher (Regan books) knows. I know that E! True Hollywood Story pays people for interviews. I wonder how often this goes on the journalism world?

It has surprised me that so much of the x-rated industry has been praising Legs McNeil's book. AVN magazine has praised the book. Tim Connelly being friends with Legs McNeil may have something to do with it. If Luke F-rd wrote this book, would this book be praised by AVN? At one of the XRCO Awards shows, Tim Connelly pointed out Luke F-rd in the audience and said "there he is, we can all beat him up." There are so many negative things about the adult industry in the book. There are chapters focusing on the organized crime connection to the porn industry. The book is very sensationalized. There are chapters about porn stars that have committed suicide (Savannah and Shauna Grant). Sharon Mitchell made a public appearance with Legs McNeil to promote the book.

In a conversation with Jared Rutter, he once told me that Tim Connelly has a negative view toward the mainstream media and that is probably why he was unfriendly to me when I asked about doing an interview with him about Traci Lords and John Holmes. Several years age, I had an experience in which I called up Vivid Video and asked about interviewing Patty Rhodes. Someone at Vivid Video was rude to me and complained about the mainstream media wanting to potray the adult industry in a bad light. The guy said he should hang up the phone on me. Maybe if I had mentioned my connection to Carnal Comics, he would have been nicer to me.

It's rare that any people from the x-rated industry have been rude to me. Most people have been nice to me. When I mentioned what happened to Cass Paley, he told me that I have to understand that people in the x-rated business have had so much negative experience with the mainstream media that they frequently don't trust people from it. According to Cass Paley, mainstream media people will lie and say that they wan't to do a positive story on the x-rated industry. When people see the TV show or article, it's another one trashing the x-rated industry. I think that McNeil's book potrays the industry in a better light then Diane Sawyer did on Prime Time Live. I find it unsurprising that Sawyer worked for Richard Nixon. They are both dishonest persons.

Scott Phillips - Loan Shark?

A source writes:

I just saw a story on Australia's 'A Current Affair' dealing with a loan sharking operation in Brisbane called 3 Point Finance. It dealt with the usual idiots, in over their heads and looking for any loan possible, then taking the worst possible option. I wasn't really paying much attention, the details I did glean were the company wouldn't settle loans and tried to string out the payments until the customer was in at over 100% in interest. It said some Brisbane lawyer ran the company but then what piqued my interest and made me pay attention was the name Scott Phillips as someone else involved in the company. One of those in debt was a young mother with 5 children and the lawyer involved (didn't get his name) made the threat, when the loan wouldn't be settled, that he knew where her children went to school. Scott Phillips was named as making millions from internet porn, it showed an air shot of his Brisbane mansion then also mentioned he was facing only 12 charges including deprivation of liberty, kidnapping and torture. And claimed he was now hiding out in a bungalow in Bali. The only shot of Phillips was a slow mo take of him striding down a city street.

Customs officials sift through the smut entering Canada

JULY 25--There is no governmental report more highly anticipated (at least by TSG) than the quarterly list of "Admissible and Prohibited Titles" prepared by Canada's Border Services Agency. As we first reported last summer, agents with the country's Prohibited Importations Unit scour DVDs, videotapes, books, comics, and other material to determine whether the titles are suitable for admission into Canada. The nation's Customs Act--stricter than the United States equivalent--bars obscene material, "hate propaganda," and, of course, child pornography. Below you'll find an excerpt from the most recent quarterly report, covering the first three months of this year. More than half of the prospective imports were stopped at the border, including "Teenage Transsexual Nurses 4," "What a Pisser," "Bi Bi Daddy," and many works produced by one Tom "Ropes" McGurk. Included among the admissible titles were "Have Some Cannelloni, Tony!" and "Frank and Beans" from the Angry Young Man series, and "Bondage Ahoy!"

Porn Star Painter

A couple of weeks ago, I heard about painter L-dovico Marenzi. I sent him an email. He replied:

I have painted 25+ porn stars in various sizes from 33" x 22" to much larger 60" x 40". I even managed to persuade Larry flint to pose for me. The stars range from no name beginners to qualified giants such as Ron Jeremy, Jill kelly and Taylor wayne. The series also includes Gay stars such as blue blake and gay for pay stars such as Caesar. One of my large pieces was part of a recent show at MOCA.

This painting was exhibited at MOCA and has since been sold to an avid Los Angeles collector at the prestigious law firm of Arnold & Porter. It is 60" x 40" watercolor on paper.

Tuesday afternoon, we speak by phone.

L-dovico: "I had my first solo exhibit in December [at the Pasadena Museum of California Art]. I painted soap stars (General Hospital, Days of our Lives, etc). I wanted to do people who were extremely influential in American popular culture but didn't get the attention and respect they deserved.

"The next evolution of that was porn stars. I started three years ago. A year later, much to my disappointment, porn stars became famous and mainstream (the success of Jenna Jameson's book, the R-rated movie The Girl Next Door, etc). It became chic to talk about porn. Now it's, ok, you're a porn star, so what?

"I shot over 200 images of various porn stars. I took the best ones [and painted them]. I don't remember a lot of their names. I don't know the soap stars either or their characters.

"The good thing about doing porn stars is that they were eager to work with me. The soap people were difficult."

L-dovico took the vast majority of his photos at trade shows. "The two most professional people were Taylor Wane and Jill Kelly. Most of the girls and guys I worked with were extremely flaky, had no sense of time, maybe they were doing drugs... Young and being stars, or at least stars in their own mind. A lot of it had to do with that I wasn't paying them any money. One girl said you have to pay me. I sighed and said, how much do you want? She said, I want five dollars.

"Also, I'm married with a son. It was a strain. I was going to meet girls who take their clothes off for a living and have sex with people for money. My wife was going to stay home and watch the baby.

"She thought the idea was excellent and fully supported it. Then it crept in later. 'Well, was she pretty? Did she hit you?' The typical thing any woman or man would be concerned about if you were meeting people who did that for a living.

"I ended up saying, why don't you come along? She came along to a bunch. One was great. I was shooting Blue Blake. 'I said, Blue, why don't you take your clothes off? I want you to stand right here because the light is really good.'

"Catherine and I were sipping champagne. I've known Blue and his partner Harold for years. They're fabulous.

"Blue starts masturbating. I said, 'Blue, what are you doing?' He said, 'Darling, I want you to make me look really big.' Catherine is looking from the other end of the room. You know how girls go to a horror film and look through the end of their fingers? She was looking through her fingers and saying, 'Oh no, I can't look,' and having a really good look.

"I met this petite girl from Louisiana. She said, 'I'm going to be a massive star.' Why do think that? 'I have certain advantages.' Why? 'Because I'm so petite, I make the guys look really big.'

"Just as with the soap people, I didn't maintain relationships with them beyond what I was doing. Part of it was that I don't think they wanted to keep a relationship with me. None of them said, gosh, I want to see the work.

"A lot of the girls I shot had a hollow look to them. Other girls, this was what they wanted to do. They were passionate. They liked having sex. They enjoyed having men drool over them. Being the best anal artist. They took tremendous pride.

"If you don't know the porn world, you'd think it was filled with shame and disgust and pimps. Not at all. They're professionals like other people."

Lori writes me: "WIA is moving in a different direction and being taken 'inhouse.' It's a mutual decision. I'll still be at the events and such. I just will not play an active roll."

Taryn Thomas On Her MeatHoles.com Experience

Meatholes.com was a bad time in my life. If you liked that I am sorry but don't ever plan on seeing me mentally abused ever again or for that matter abused in any way like that. I would never do it again. I do not like being MENTALY ABUSED! No one should ever have to be mentally abused like that. I do porn because I love sex and I love to have fun but Meatholes was not fun. It is just sick and I am sorry to say that is something that I am not proud of. Because I am generally proud of all my work.

Don't get me wrong now. I love rough sex! I like it hard and fast. I like a little choke, slap, or hair pull every once in a while. That really turns me on. It makes for a good scene sometimes, it really gets me going and well yeah I like it rough!

Cygnus writes: "That's a shame, for I really quite enjoyed that scene. Thankfully it was captured on video and released on DVD for purposes of posterity and so that sickos like me can watch it whilst masturbating with prehistoric animosity."

Fed Up With Gonzo writes:

Meatholes and the like are the REASON I hate porn now. I worked in the adult business during the 90's and up through about a year ago. I have watched porn go from something that was hot and sexy to virtual rape. Now I know that even "love sex" can be rough...but it is from someone you would let/want to control you. I have so many things to say about Khan but will keep them to myself. Since I was in the business, I only played in the business…so I have spent much time listening to these girls cry about what they went through. These girls are so afraid that their work will slow because someone like Pimp English will cut down booking them for shoots, that they don’t speak up, not even to other girls…and some don’t feel bad for a long time after....after they get clean. There is a BIG difference in simulated rape and the s--- Khan and such puts out. Simulated rape fantasy videos pull punches a bit, they use tricks to make it appear it’s real. Meatholes is real, 100%. I FIRMLY believe that these girls don’t realize it is real until they are deep in the scene. They assume that it is simulated, a camera trick or a “special way” of doing it. Bondage shoots (most) don’t go as far as this stuff.

Here’s my opinion on why the industry has gotten so hardcore. Most of the big producers and directors these days are former male talent. Male talent that worked a lot back a few years ago, some even way back, before Viagra and other fake wood tools. These guys had to put themselves in very dark places during these scenes to keep their edge…a lot was riding on them. Now these same guys who were carrying the scenes weren’t making much $ for the responsibility they carried. So what they most likely path for them to make the kind of money they should have been making when they were talent? You guessed it, producers and directors. Now we have a whole industry of VERY Jaded “power people” who now live this stuff as their reality…it’s all they know now. I bet they would feel much different if it were their Mothers/Sisters in those scenes. Maybe not…the industry jaded me……..for life.

Sandra Romain - First Foreigner In Porn To Get Papers To Work?

One consequence of the new 2257 regulations is that American porn companies will no longer shoot foreigners (unless they have green cards).

Somehow, LADirectModels.com has found a way around these new regulations and they seem to get their girls documentation to work.

LADirect sent out this email: "Direct Models is pleased to inform that Sandra Romain's petition for US residency has been accepted. Her work authorization has been approved and her passport stamped accordingly by INS and she has received her US Driving License."

I wonder if LADirect's competitors will cry foul and claim this paperwork is phony?

One producer says: "I am very sure it's legit. They wouldn't DARE to say she has working employment authorization and U.S. driver's license, if she doesn't. My best guess is, she married (maybe quickly?) to receive that. Especially the stamp in the passport, you can not fake that, and even if, nobody would. Nobody jokes around with INS stuff."

Hans Burger (Cybermedia.nl) Interview

I've been told that Hans is the "Keyser Soza" of Europe. In the industry for 30 years, he's rumored to be richer than Larry Flynt. Hans is the most feared man in porn and he owns 90% of the bestiality market.

After we traded a few emails, Burger calls me Tuesday morning, July 26.

Hans: "I was reading your article. I don't know where all this garbage comes from. I'm just a decent guy. I wonder who all these people are who are telling these stories in your article. I went to court with all of them. If I had an army, I'd send the army after them. I wouldn't bring them to court.

"This Aussie Scott Phillips. He's a bloody liar. I've never met the guy. I only know that he had WTFRC [Who The F--- Really Cares, an operation that stole content and hijacked websites to send the traffic to WTFRC's owners' porn sites]. This guy was so brutal he even hijacked my sites."

Scott Phillips says he had nothing to do with WTFRC. I believe it was Greg Lasrado who made millions from the WTFRC.

Hans: "Then I went after everybody [who was stealing Burger's content]. I went after iBill and CCBill [who were profiting from sites using stolent content]. I spent $1.5 million with an attorney (Clay Chavers law firm in Washington D.C.) in the U.S. to do my copyrights. People thought that nobody would do a court case with animal stuff. Well, my copyrights belong to me.

"If you make child pornography, that is forbidden by the law. But the copyright is your's.

"I took everybody to court. There were kids 20-years old who were making millions of dollars from my stuff. I'm in the business for 30-years. Why should I split my money with a 20-year old who's never worked? When I catch them, I give them the choice between closing their website or taking 50% of the revenue from their website (and the rest goes to the credit card processing fee and to Burger). I will do the hosting. I will take care of the money. Because it's my stuff. I shot the stuff.

[Hans may not have taken everybody to court. He just gave them an offer they could not refuse. I've been told he didn't ask for 50%, but 60%. In addition, the sites had to pay him 60% of what they ever made in the past with Ibill/Ccbill.]

"This is why everybody is pissed off at me. Because I stand behind my stuff."

How many people did you have to sue?

"In Europe, about 25 cases. I won almost all of them. I sued about five people in the United States. When iBill and CCBill didn't want to [stop processing for sites stealing Burger's content], I sued iBill and CCBill. [These suits were settled.] Then they began to be afraid.

"What would you do if I stole your car and drove in front of your house and said, 'Bye, bye, Luke. This is your car but you can't touch it.'"

I'd call the police or I'd sue you.

"I couldn't call the police. I had to sue them."

Did you have to sue Scott Phillips?

"No. I closed him down [a site of Scott's that was using stolen content] right away using iBill. That's why the guy is so angry.

"He has an army of karate kids. Why is he so afraid of me? Why doesn't he come over to Holland you can be the witness?

"I warned them all. I said, please shut down or remove the [stolen] pictures. Everybody was s------ on me. Then I went behind them [to their credit card processor]. Even if I had to go to VISA and MC.

"I teach my [four] children not to steal from anybody. My children never touch somebody else's stuff. I was brought up like this.

"I don't like the false information that you put out. That I own savagerape.com. That is a guy that I've sued. I'm not the owner of Webcom Billing. That is also a guy I've sued. I'm not the owner of VSX Billing [which processes credit cards for such sites as savagerape.com]. I don't own Zoodollars.com. That is also a guy I've sued.

[I can't find any record of Hans Burger suing the above companies. Perhaps he meant that he sent them threats of filing suit.]

"These people who don't like me say lies and they've found an outlet in you and GFY.

"I was in Brazil. I had a big house there. But I was never arrested for child pornography.

"Thirty years ago, I shot my first animal films. Why don't these guys [who steal Burger's content] put their own wife on the dog or the horse and make films? These people are so stupid they can't even make a film."

So you don't own any rape sites?

"The only one I have is Facesofsex.com. And of course sickrape.com. I've made a lot of rape films [this is simulated, all the actors sign their consent and are paid to perform]. I have a big distribution network all over the world. I'm a wholesaler. I sell millions of DVDs a year.

"Of course this is not really rape. That is so stupid. Where are all the complaints by police stations in Holland that the girls are being raped? Luke, let your brain work. It's all fake. Have you ever heard of putting on red lipstick and beating the girl on the ass? I know all the tricks. You know how we make a piss film? Water and yellow lemonade."

How did the rumor get started that you have your own [Serbian] army?

"I don't know. I was one time in Romania with my wife and some friends. I have a staff of 35 people working here who do only websites. You could call it an army.

"I don't have my own bank. My bank is the Dutch National Bank. You can't open a bank just like that. You need a license to become a bank.

"All my partners are happy with me. I'm the only one processings these things [extreme niches such as bestiality] for them. They've been thrown out by everybody everywhere.

"We have different merchant accounts [to process credit cards]. I'm a little bit more expensive than other [credit card processors] but I take the risk.

"Celebrity sites are getting closed down [if they aren't done legally, MrSkin.com is a legal celebrity site]. This whole industry is going down because they are only giving 25 pictures and five MPEGs and they make you pay $29 [a month]. They're destroying the industry.

"In the past, I was selling a book with 46 pages for $29. Now I have to give more 100,000 pictures and 100,000 films for $29 [for a month's membership to the website]. When we had books and films and videos only, and not the internet, then we were making good money.

"Thirty years ago, people thought you would go to prison if you made [bestiality] films. But I found something in the law [to permit it]."

Do you have the only company that processes credit cards for bestiality sites?

"No. There are about 20."

Hans says he owns about 90% of the bestiality industry.

A source writes: "He used to own about 90% of the bestiality industry, but times have changed. Online it's now only like 15% - 20% that he owns, probably not even. With DVD/Video distribution he probably is still very big (maybe 70% - 80%)."

Hans says: "I know all my competitors. They're all delivering s--- sites. They're destroying this market.

"I do all kinds of niches. S------, pissing, rape, teeny stuff, hard S-M, spanking. Every niche you want, I've had it for many years. I've produced 15,000 films in my life. I produce 100 films every month.

"There is nothing wrong with what I do. People say, 'I was watching a film where they were using a girl of 12 years.' I was laughing. Maybe I know the girl. Maybe she's 24 but she looks like 16. Sometimes you pick out these girls. Every producers would love to see a girl who looks like she's 12 years getting f---ed by five negroes as long as she's 18 years old or older.

"I can show you girls in pictures who look like they're 15 years old who are more than 24.

"They say I do rape films. It's not real rape. I have three daughters, 18, 17, and 5. I have a son of 24 years. What do you think my girls would think about this?

"Fat Charles [Charles Geerts] is one of my best friends. Because Charles was doing the Mafia stuff, they're always thinking I'm the same guy. Of course we back up each other. It has nothing to do with Mafia. It's only protecting your merchandise.

"I have all the stuff from Fat Charlie on the internet. I own the rights because all the films Charlie had coming from Europe were mine.

"I am the only guy in the world who's going after Mastercard and VISA. I've been to court with them twice and I won. The industry should be happy with me. Without me, there would be more niches closed down already.

"I went to the Dutch National Bank and asked, is Mastercard like a payment system or is it just like money?"

In the US, the online industry fears that Mastercard and VISA will cut them off.

"They can't do that. It would be an anti-trust violation. That's the reason that VISA is still accepting animals. We went to court with other companies. VISA had to admit that it will stay [processing bestiality]. MasterCard had to go because it has a lot of Catholics behind them.

"I'm the only guy who's fighting for everybody about this thing. Everybody's talking about it but nobody does anything."

I know at least three other companies that also have taken legal action or that are currently in lawsuits because Interpay (Paysquare) stopped (under pressure from Mastercard) processing Mastercard transactions for bestiality websites and products.

Hans: "Because I was the guy who closed down iBill and CCBill [from processing for bestiality], I know exactly how to do this.

"IBill still wants to go to Europe. I ordered them not to go to Europe [to process for bestiality]. I ordered them not to. They were making a lot of money from my stuff [websites that stole Burger's content and then charged people to view it]. I will put a ban on them. Later on, we came to angreement. They know that I know the processors in Holland, the freeest country in the world.

"There were people in the US who owed me $17 million when they went bankrupt.

"If they say that VISA and Mastercard is the same as money, then they have a big problem. They can't say that they won't process for animals. Everywhere in the world you can buy my films. You can pay with credit cards. But you can't pay with a credit card to come into my site because it's animals? We call that discrimination in Holland.

"If VISA/MC are the same as money, then it is not written on your dollars or on my Euros that you are not allowed to use this currency to buy porn. Everywhere VISA/MC make these commercials saying you can buy with these credit cards what you want. So this is false information that they're giving.

"The only reason that Mastercard doesn't have to process for bestiality sites is that they have a contract where they can say, we don't want to work with you anymore."

Should Sex Offenders Be Banned From Making Porn?

YesterdaysNews writes on ADT:

If the adult industry declared a ban on ex-cons directing, producing or acting then virtually everything on the shelves would disappear before our eyes. it's the nature of the beast. Take it one step further and black-list anybody who's ever been involved in a spousal abuse situation? I think not. I'm not advocating criminal acts of any sort but who is really surprised that one of the industries most famed perverts has a record of crimes against women? Is this news?

Should we round up an industry panel and declare that it's okay in product only to depict women being choked, spit on, gagged and f---ed so rough they cry but that in no way will people who actually enjoy treating women this way in real life be allowed to recreate this s--- on tape? There's no prep school for porn workers....most people come up from the streets and not many shy away from smacking the f--- out of someone if they are challenged. Not saying it's right, but I sure wouldn't pose as someone in power in the xxx biz then preach about ex-cons being scumbags or deserving of my disrespect.

There's no prep school for porn workers....most people come up from the streets and not many shy away from smacking someone if they are challenged.

Nacho Vidal Divorced

He was married for six weeks to Colombian model Francesca James. Here's a photo from their wedding. Photo.

I got this news from this Spanish-language porn news site.

Nacho wrote in this fan forum:

Well people, a long time you haven't seen me here. I broke up with Francesca after six weeks. It is my second divorce in my 31 years. What a life I have! I don't want to hear, 'I'm sorry, buddy.' Let me meet your girlfriends. I want to have fun. I am good, as good as someone can be in a moment like this. Love, Nacho.

No Coroner's Report Yet On Chloe Jones

I believe it was liver failure that killed her.

Rita Faltoyano (Mrs Tommy Gunn) Update

Conor writes on ADT: "A couple of weeks ago french police arrested her for prostitution. she and other girls were directly taken from a yacht. they were all involved with an illegal escort service!"

Heidi Closes Her Back Door To Unbelievers

I call her Monday afternoon.

Heidi aka Natasha Jones: "I have to put my computer in the freezer because it overheats.

"I don't have a TV. I don't like to pollute my mind.

"I quit [porn] after I got screwed by the Marines [during her third scene ever]. If the U.S. Armed Forces are working in the porn industry, I'm not letting them touch me. This was mean sex."

It wasn't loving?

"No. Why are you laughing at me?

"I told it to my agent. I told him that I felt really bad about myself. That it wasn't an expression of love or care about women. He agreed with me.

"It's better to be an escort than to be in porn. At least the people aren't beating you and there's no guy with a video camera. What do you think about that?"

I'm glad you're not working in porn anymore.

"After I met you, I never wanted to..."

Everyone wants to screw you except me because I'm so religious.

"You probably want to but you'd like to wait for the right context of a religious marriage agreement, right?"

Right.

"Religious people try to put G-d before their animalistic desires.

"I'm not surrendering my ass to the porn industry. That is a place that no man has gone before. I'm keeping my ass from unbelievers.

"I told my mail man, who really likes me... He's upset when people are threatening to screw me in the ass. I told him it's not nice for Californians to treat me that way when I come to their state. I feel like this is a hostile environment when people I don't even know are threatening to screw me in the ass.

"He said the problem is that a lot of blondes came here and took it in the ass. I asked him what would he do if someone wanted to screw him in the ass. He said he'd run in the other direction."

Has anyone raped you lately?

"No.

"The sex perverts have been getting away with screwing women in the ass so much that they just want to take anyone they can and break them down and violate all their boundaries. Why do American men turn their women into whores?"

Only the unbelievers, the infidels.

"My mailman says I should start an organization called Brownpeace to save my ass. He said, why don't you ask a letter to Sweden and ask for political asylum.

"I could have any bastard child from this community and nobody would know who's kid it was.

"The infidels are trying to sign me up for lesbian sex shows. The unbelievers love homosexuality."

Chaim Amalek writes: "Brownpeace: It's time has come. I could get behind a group like that."

100 People Who Are Screwing Up America

From Marksfriggin.com:

Jeff [Jarvis] told Howard about how he was invited on this show to do an interview with Bernard Goldberg. Jeff siad that Goldberg went off on everyone and yelled at the other people who were being interviewed. The guy is selling his book ''100 People Who Are Screwing Up America: (and Al Franken Is #37)'' and all of the interviews he's doing are helping sales. Howard thought the interview was kind of boring but he was going to play it anyway. Howard is on the list of the 100 people who are screwing up the country. Howard is way down at number 62 while Michael Moore is up at number 1. Howard asked Jeff about some of the other people who are on that list of people who are screwing up the country. Jeff read off a bunch of names. Maurey Povich, Al Franken, Jerry Springer, Barbara Walters and a bunch of others are on that list. Howard said he had a tape of Barbara pleasuring a man but it was a porn clip mixed in with Barbara.

Skeeter Kerkove Thread

Hellya writes 7/23/05 on ADT:

His Megan Law conviction is infact Rape by force of a foreign object on a minor under the age of 17. As well as a coviction of child porn. He was sentenced to 3 years. Myself like several others smart enough in the adult business; went downtown and obtained a copy of his convictions, (public record) to see for myself what the industry may be facing. As well, he has a conviction of selling 3 kilos of cocain to an undercover sheriff; selling of weapons; beating a spouse (on videocamera in front of a 7/11). Then when he got home from that conviction he went back for another year because he violated that restraining order. His childhood he spent in and out of mental institutions. His adult life he has been in and out of prison. The whole time hes been in the adult industry is the longest he's ever been out of prison! That's why all, smart enough, in the adult business are standing up and taking notice, and completely want to disassociate themselves with him. The companies I've been talking to are currently pulling him off of their product. Also in court records Skeeter had never filed for ANY type of custody. The children have only ever been with mother.

Sooper writes on XPT:

I love the thought of a heavily tattooed, ex-con with a history of mental illness, violence and criminal activity with a penchant for wifebeating and rape being the new paradigm of male talent in the adult business. And yet mainstream credibility continues to elude the industry's grasp - keep reaching for that brass ring - everyone is just like Jenna Jameson. No, really.

Lyra's Long Goodbye

Gary Kremen hosted a goodbye party Saturday for the convicted drug dealer. She's checking herself into prison and won't get out for a year.

Lyra's never worked in porn but she has many friends who do.

Kevin Moore writes on ADT:

Mark does monthly drug tests and generally tries to keep the girls clean and sober. Completely different then other "agents" who I've seen use a girls dependcy on drugs to keep them working.

Mark doesn't just let his girls work for any joe schmo or do any scene. If anything he seems to generally look out for the welfare for the girls under his management. Hell I've even seen Mark not allow one of his girls to do a certain scene in order to protect the girl and her future career (including if she wanted to get a contract).

The majority of girls who perform in this industry come in to make some quick money and leave. They have no interest in the fame. I meet brand new girls every other day it seems some of them are gone within a month. Some within six months. Only girls that want to make a career out of this seek out contracts.

I lived with someone who went from being a "star" in the gonzo circuit and then went on to get a contract. She certainly enjoyed the fame that went with the contract, but I could see first hand she wasn't making anywhere near the money she once made. It made her life stressful and at times very difficult.

Mark Spiegler, talent manager, writes on ADT:

A long career or a contract doesn't necessarily a lot of money. With all due respect to Julia Ann, et al - Bridgette Kerkove made more money in her first 3 years in the business then Julia Ann has probably made in her entire 12+ years doing porn.

In closing, FAME will NOT pay your bills! There are hundreds of "famous" porn stars out there that have difficulty paying their bills every month. As I pointed out in a previous thread: Rich and Famous are two entirely different things. When you have the choice - OPT FOR THE RICH!

.....

I do not have any sort of contract with my talent. They are free to leave at any time - whether I like it or not.

Regarding "buying out a girl" - the major companies will pay an agent/manager a large "finders fee" (if you will) to compensate for lost future earnings. This is just one of the customary business practices in our industry.

These same companies are all free to try to negotiate directly with the talent. However, that would be seen as a breach of customary protocol and, as such, an exercise in bad form.

......

Actually, there is not that much money in feature dancing (or stripping in general for that matter) any longer. The days of Vivid contract girls earning $5,000/week dancing are virtually over and of the few that still may earn that much - how many weeks a year do you think they actually work?

Now, if we were to add Escorting into the equation I might have to concede the point. But, of course, we all know that "Contract Girls" would never, ever stoop to escorting!

Michael Raven replies on ADT:

While I agree with Mark that being famous alone will never pay your bills, I must call into question his assertion that Ms. Kerkove had greater income in her first three years than all of Julia's 12. How did you arrive at this conclusion? I had the honor of hiring Bridgette on many occasions early in her career and I have a pretty good idea what kind of money she made during that period of time. A tremendous income no doubt, but hardly comparable to Julia's feature career with Blondage, Playboy TV exclusives and performance contracts with Vivid, Digital Playground and ultimately Wicked Pictures. My point is simple, while a girl can certainly make more money independently with gonzo in the beginning it is short lived. By booking herself daily, she will rack in the bucks initially, but how long will that last? Soon companies will grow disinterested in shooting her over and over again. At that point, what will she have left or what will she even be able to show for it? Bridgette is the exception here. She appears to have been a smart money manager, but most girls are not as fortunate. I believe there to be a more stable and financially secure future for these girls with either a contract with a major company or the financial acumen of Ms Kerkove.

Tricia Devereaux posts to ADT:

Different girls want different things. I would think that if a girl wasn't interesting in doing fan convention or bookstore signings and appearances OR feature dancing, then the money of a contract doesn't balance out what the girl could make by doing a lot more scenes. She won't have the money from appearances to subsidize her lighter workload. Also, contract girls are required to do non-video appearances. Some girls don't like that.

I don't make policies at Evil Angel. In fact, every director at Evil Angel is also the producer of the movie, Evil Angel just distributes it. It is the director of the movie who makes policies for that movie.

The main policy I am aware of that Evil Angel has about not shooting due to the sexual safety of the performers, is the one I mentioned about no anal creampies. Other than that, we do not tell the producers/directors what they can/cannot or should/shouldn't shoot.

Actually, I correct that. During the 'moratorium' last year, John told the director/producers that they needed to respect the waiting period and that he would not distribute any scene shot during that time period.

Why am I so stubborn? It's a personal issue. I know how I was infected. I knew the risks. I make it a point to tell all the girls I make friends with that NOTHING is risk-free. I feel that I do everything within my personal comfort zone to make sure that the girls know the pros and cons. There's companies out there who shoot condom-only porn. I don't have a problem about a condom scene here and there. I just don't feel it's necessary to tell a husband and wife couple that they have to use a condom together.

Porn star Roxetta writes on ADT:

Companies make the most money, it plainly appears that way. Just look at Jules Jordan's mansion or Joey Silvera's multi-million dollar home.

One of Mark's girls, Lola, has apparently saved quite a bit of money to rent her own office, high budget studio sets, everything. The company is called Twisted Pink. I just shot for them the other day. They pay full rates and are a great company to work for! Lola is a very bright and I hope that Twisted Pink goes far!

Regarding health, Mark mentioned to me that he didn't really like his girls to do anal creampies, because of health risks, so he does care. If a girl does or did them, it would probably be against his advice. If a girl says condoms only, she gets a lot less work. It turns so many fans off to see rubber. Besides, it feels better without a rubber. Too bad it isn't an ALL perfect world, but it isn't unbearably risky either, since we DO have mandatory testing. Not perfect, but quite a small risk.

Jenna Jameson posts:

You can be a contract girl, be rich, famous, have time to travel, spend time with family, pursue other work ventures and run your own multi million dollar company! It's just whether or not you know how to initiate your dreams.

Quasarman replies:

As you are probably well aware, the sad truth is that 99.9% of the girls that enter our business have neither the intelligence, ambition or the authentic and genuine beauty that you possess. That is why you are where you are and everyone else is someplace else entirely.

The reality is that a hot new girl can work every day and make a ton of money for about 8 months and then disappear into oblivion or sign a contract and make a very respectable income for an agreed upon period of time and also have time for a personal life as well... or you can be born a superstar like Jenna and do whatever the hell you want.

Sean Carney Leaves LFP

The Hustler Tattler writes:

This week Sean Carney, Director of Marketing for Hustler Video, is leaving LFP. Sources say Sean is leaving in a part to due Mark Cromer's recent interview with you which detailed the Nixonian and bullying tactics of Hustler Editorial Director Bruce David. The Cromer interview reportedly reminded Sean of the backstabbing nature of the insecure 65-year old man-child and LFP.

Not surprisingly, Hustler Features Editor Carolyn S-nclair denies that Bruce ever bullied or conspired against Sean. She quickly dismisses this criticism of Bruce as "just gossip," regardless of how many eyewitnesses at LFP confer the facts.

It's interesting to note that Carolyn was not even in the United States when Sean was bullied by Bruce. She was residing (unemployed) in Barcelona, Spain. But as usual, she claims to know it all.

With exception of Bruce and Carolyn, Sean Carney was well-liked by his co-workers who appreciated his integrity and honesty. Many of us recall when Bruce promoted Sean from Editorial Assistant to Head of Research on the condition that Sean spy for him.

Thankfully, Sean Carney did not spy on us and refused to become a pawn in Bruce David's paranoia. In other words, Sean cannot be bought. He is no Carolyn S-nclair.

Sean Carney is a man of courage, conviction, and vision. Sean will be missed by many at LFP, and Bruce will continue to be tolerated, barely.

The Adventures of Honeysuckle

February 29, 2000

I'm on the set of The Adventures of Honeysuckle (directed by Jennifer James, a man who became a woman by cutting off his dick, taking female hormones, and implanting breasts) in Sunland, 30-minutes drive north of downtown Los Angeles.

It's cold and cloudy. While most of the cast and crew warm up by smoking cigarettes, I generate heat by asking questions.

"What's happening in this movie?"

James DiGiorgio, the technical director, says, "Aja [born in 1964, she entered porn in 1987] plays a hapless waif named Honeysuckle who delivers pizza and wanders upon a porn set. Then things take their course and she ends up a porn star."

Aja smiles and shows off tattoos of runes on her lower legs. "That's my shield knot. This symbolizes a spiritual journey."

Her religion is Asatru, pre-Christian Northern European ancestor worship.

"I was very disappointed by the movie The 13th Warrior," says Jim. "The ending was lame."

"I was looking to see if it was historically accurate," says Aja. "And it was. I liked that the guy from Morocco was just accepting that the Vikings had their own gods and he wasn't trying to push his god on them."

"Yet he did not forsake his god."

"Right, there was respect for both cultures. That's what I liked about it. And he was willing to learn and have an open mind."

Tyce Bune does Aja and Cherry Mirage in the first scene of the day. Cherry's husband watches the scene on a monitor with Jim.

After an hour of sex, DiGiorgio commands: "We're going to FIP [Fake Internal Popshot for the cable version], then f--- to a pop."

It's 2PM. Tyce buries his face in Aja's shoulder as he pumps her. Then he rears up and gives the women a facial.

"He popped pretty good," says Jim. "Lots of force behind it. A healthy dose. A pop with panache."

After the talent clean up, we eat pizza and talk about religion. Aja brings out a book (The Germanization of Early Medieval Christianity: A Socio-Historical Approach to Religious Transformation by James C. Russell) to try to settle an argument with performer Kyle Stone.

He's not impressed. "Look, even [porn actor] Nick East wrote a book, so what does that prove?"

Various porners say how stupid the Bible is and how wonderful paganism is. Kenji, the 350-pound still photographer, calls for a return to child sacrifice.

None of the porners around the table believe in God, except perhaps Kyle Stone. "I've never thought of it as a person," he says. "More as an energy."

"Does God monitor what you do and reward and punish you for your behavior?" I ask.

"No. It's more of a collective conscience. You should monitor what you do."

"He's a spiritual accountant," says Kenji.

Aja expounds on her book. "It's just talking about missionary work and how dangerous it is to go into other societies and try to change their behavior."

A few minutes later, the porners grouse about the lack of ethics in their business.

"People don't give a s--- if society passes laws that say 'Thou Shalt Not Steal,'" lectures Jim. "They'll steal anyway. They'll just assume they won't get caught. But if it is God who says 'Thou Shalt Not Steal,' how do you get away with it? Because God is omniscient. He sees all and knows all and you cannot hide that you stole from God."

Director Kat Slater Reflects On Her Time At LFP

She writes on ADT:

Yes, cookie cutter is certainly not my style. Long live the individual! I was lucky to welcome in many unique and really strong directors such as Joe Gallant, Mason, Mr. Pete, and Thomas Zupko. And had the delight of working with those already there that also had a very unique edge or had one just waiting to get out. Hustler had a lot of rules. I'm not a very by-the-book kind of girl. Sadly, I've recently seen a "new set of rules" implemented upon my exit. Those rules had been floating around Hustler for years, and ignored just the same, even by bosses prior to me. Well, they're back in existence from what the directors tell me. It's a shame. Though, I suppose it will push the stronger directors over there to think creatively... to find a way to still make their movies THEIR movies. My whole prerogative was that everyone's shooting the same damn girls. What makes them interesting is the direction they're pushed. It's about directors, not widget-makers. Mason's departure makes complete sense. How about that for reading "between" the headlines, guys? She's brilliant and wherever she goes her movies are her movies... even if half of it ends up on the cutting room floor. Or if she only makes one movie a year... who the hell cares?

..........

My best girlfriend is a high-powered mainstream Hollywood agent. She hates that I make dirty movies... refuses to believe that everyone in my world is not a drug addict... refuses to admit that a hell of a lot of people at her very company are... and some major scum-bags at that. Though, I do love her, for the fact that despite her beliefs, she'll never turn her back on me. I don't mind being her "rebel friend." I guess porn was started by the rebel mind... the outlaws. With it becoming legal, it's moved leaps and bounds into the corporate world. Even the politicians that attack it do so for their own profit. I think porn is very much the new corporate rock. Will porn be taken seriously? Well, I hope people don't take any of the late night talk shows seriously. Or the legal justice system for that matter. Will the individual be taken seriously? God, I would so love that day... when people would look at their neighbor as an individual.

Aspen Brock On A Current Affair

Anne Bissell, Cleo Cameron Annie Bissell Cleo Cameron Anne, brother Anne Anne, 17 Aspen Brock Aspen Brock Aspen Aspen Anne, Cleo Cleo Anne, hubby, kid Cleo, kid, fiance

From A Current Affair's website:

During most of her hard-core adult movie shoots, Cleo Cameron (a.k.a. “Aspen Brock”) was strung out on heroin to cope with the shame she felt. “I tried to stay as high as I could,” Cleo remembers. “I was so disgusted with myself. The fact that I had this director saying, ‘I’m gonna make you a star,’ it didn’t matter. I knew how degrading what I was doing was.” Today, Cleo is clean, sober and the mother of two children.

“I really felt that this story had to come out,” says Anne Bissell, author of the book, Memoirs of a Sex Industry Survivor. She’s eager to tell “the true story…not the glamorized ‘Pretty Woman,’ Heidi Fleiss, Jenna Jameson b.s. that’s out there, but the real story, the real truth.” Bissell and Cameron have joined forces to start “Sex Industry Survivors Anonymous.”

Host: "...We see glamorized images of perfect bodies having carefree sex. On the other side of the door though is a much darker place, ruining lives and turning troubled young women into human wreckage. This is a story about two women who escaped and decided to help others."

Reporter: "Anne Bissell and Cleo Cameron look like typical working moms. But they're not. Anne used to be a hooker. Cleo is a former porn star. Together they're working to help other young women avoid the same destructive path."

Anne: "The sex industry is totally glamorized. People wear porn star t-shirts. We've made Jenna Jameson our idol. Young girls think they can make a lot of money doing this. It's glamorous."

Reporter: "Today Anne and Cleo run a self-help organization for sex workers [Sexindustrysurvivors.com] who want to break free."

Anne: "It's based on a twelve-step program."

Reporter: "Anne says her novel tells the story of her life, which began in Denver, Colorado and took its first sad twist early on. When her father left her family, she says she was sexually abused by an older man, a sex addict with a taste for young girls. Burdened by poor self-esteem, Anne turned on herself."

Anne: "When I was eleven, I started taking pills and drinking to cope with things."

Reporter: "By 17, she'd become a prostitute."

Anne cries on camera.

Reporter: "Somehow Anne found the strength to walk away from the sex trade, graduate college, and find a job in the computer industry. But she was still haunted by her past and needed the support of others who shared her history. That's how Anne met Cleopatra, once known as X-rated actress Aspen Brock.

"Cleo claims she was also sexually abused, did a stint as a stripper, fought a nasty drug habit, and became an adult movie star. But with fast money rolling in, Cleo hoped to regain custody of a child she'd lost."

Cleo: "The first two weeks, I made something like $15,000. I thought I'd get an attorney now and be able to see my son."

Reporter: "Instead she picked up a heroin habit."

Cleo: "I felt like a shell of a human being."

Cleo found help at Sex Industry Survivors Anonymous.

Reporter: "Today Anne lives in Ventura, California with her husband Ray and son Brendan. Cleo has been sober for three-and-a-half years and she and her fiance Chris recently had a baby girl."

Cleo: "My son is back in my life."

Reporter: "Both women have done more than survive, they've prospered, but they worry about those who might never get the chance."

Anne: "In Las Vegas, there are a lot of women buried out in the desert. Their pimps kill them. They don't care about these women. You're talking about a real person with a heart and soul and we need to get back to the heart and soul of our own humanity."

From l-keford.com 2/14/00

Buck Adams says: "My wife's [Aspen Brock] a heroin addict. Runs off for months on end, constantly coming home with needle marks all over her body. And one night, I'm real sorry, I couldn't take it anymore and I got drunk and I got high and I screamed and yelled at her. And she left the house. And now Buck's the big bad guy? What about robbing your parents house? What about screwing up your visits with your kid? And I'm the bad guy?"

Luke: "Wasn't she [Buck's wife] doing porn?"

Buck: "She was. And I think she's doing it again. What do I care? Go. Go be the hooker you can be, as Jim Lane said. Go do another five man anal gangbang. What do I care? I just don't need the s---. I don't need crap from anybody. I've just got so much money now that I just don't need it. I'm so sick of this."

From l-keford.com 2/17/00:

Ridley99 writes on RAME:

The first time i heard the name Aspen Brock was on this newsgroup, it was a thread that was commenting on the prevalence of suicide in the world of porn. In reading the thread i learned that a girl named Aspen Brock had been in a dirty Deb with Ed Powers and had given one of the most pathetic interviews ever, she basically states that her life is so f---ed up she might as well do porn as it can't get worse.

Since I stopped buying Ed Powers stuff a long time a go i never saw this scene so i can't comment.. The thread of the post grew very big and the whole suicidal porn star debate came up with the usuall names thrown around, but the gist of the thread was that Aspen was a prime candidate for suicide.

The Next Time i heard the name Aspen Brock was when she cried while being analed by Lexington Steele in gangbang auditions , once again there was an outcry. The consensus of the thread was that Aspen didn't seem emotional ready for what she was put through. I saw this video and finally got a good look at Aspen. First off, i didn't think Aspen was treated too bad, in fact the guys are kind of nice too her. And as for Aspen herself, she is a major hottie, a very pretty girl with a college girl look. Aspen immediately became one of my "A "girls.

The next time i saw Aspen ,she was once again being Analed by Lexington Steele in one of the up your Ass video's. The next time i saw her was in a Rodney Moore public popshot video, she seemed to be kind of loopy in this. The next time i saw her was in the vid: " Aspen, is a white trash whore 14," Aspen performance is low key. and the gangbang itself sucks , as Aspen spends 90% flat on her back, like a human love doll with no personality.

Now comes word from l-keford as told to him by Aspen's husband ( she has a restraining order ) Buck Adams who says and i quote: " My wife Aspen is a heroin addict. Runs off for months on end, constantly coming home with needle marks all over her body, and one night I'm really sorry, i couldn't take it anymore and i got drunk and i got high and i screamed and yelled at her and she left the house."

Its hard to take Buck Adams at his word, after all this is a man who has put enough drugs and booze into his body to kill about 4 brains worth of neural transmitters but others have stepped forward to confirm that Aspen is indeed a drug addict. This is very sad. Its almost as if the free fall that is Aspens life is being played out in front of our eyes. Once Heroin has you in its insane embrace there is nothing to do but await the inevitable crash The sad thought that more girls in porn have contracted AIDS through tainted needles rather than tainted dicks scares me.

To see a beautiful girl like Aspen self destruct is a terrible tradgedy. This is why female porn stars should have thier own unions and one of the first things they should demand is drug counciling as well as drug treatment centers. Girls in porn should have orientations, they should be told in a straight forward manner what to expect from the porn bizness Someone like Nina Hartley would be perfect to run this.. I am not blaming porn for Aspens Drug problem, I have seen enough Heroin addicts to know, that a drug Addict can not be easily explained, Rich and poor it hits them all. However the odds are that Aspen entered the word of porn for one reason and that was to get money to buy drugs or to come in contact with a culture in which drug use is prevalent. Either way, porn will be reponcible for what happens to Aspen. Accountability.

Suitcase Pimp Seeks Total Vaginal Control of Aspen Brock

Agent Regan Senter says that someone making believe that they are a family member of Aspen Brock is going around the industry trying to buy up all the product that she has done. Aspen Brock told Regan last week that she knows nothing about it, however other reliable sources have disclosed to Regan that it is just someone [a married Reseda real estate developer named Mark Handel aka Kahn Tusion] who is [having sex with her]. So king dick is going around the industry trying to get her tapes off the market. As far as I know nobody is cooperating.

On Friday afternoon, Brock had no comment. She just wants this nightmare to end.

Regan says: "Aspen Brock has recently completed several movies for Anabolic Video and Diabolic Video. She did her first scene with me and we agreed to release it as a possible TV advertisement for Beautiful Models International and to give her adult photo and video industry publicity and quick fame far far beyond the normal channels of advertising in the adult film industry.

"After having sex with Regan on film, which is in sale negotiation, she did her first commercial company scene for Extreme Productions, a BJ scene. The next was for a great cool company called Dane Productions where she did her very first anal scene and she took it like a pro.

"Brock also worked for John Leslie, and I was told did an outstanding hot anal scene. Brock worked for Alex Sanders (shooting for CDI) and worked with Brian Sherwood. Sin City hired her thru Michael Raven and she did a great boy-girl scene with John Decker.

"I very firmly educated Aspen Brock (as I have done the same with Allison Kilgore) never date or get involved on a personal level with anyone in the industry or anyone you meet thru people in the industry. Then citing J.D. Ram, one of his last pitiful words was "the industry is like my family." Yes my friend if you try to make it your family, look where he is now [dead]. Then turn around and look at the famous (or for this reason infamous) Jill Kelly with the Cal Jammer suicide story. I firmly disagree with the personal and fratranazation that goes on in the industry including now the sex orientated web site crowd (which has become another division the adult/film/photo industry).

"To quote Sharon Mitchell in her introduction tape (with Nina Hartley in agreement) for talent (which by the way I show to almost all of my new talent following the demo tape of course): 'THEY (meaning the producers, fellow performers and crew) are NOT your friends they only want to get you for the best price so they can put another mirror on their mercedes.'

"Hey Luke how far has you "being friends" in the industry gotton you? We need to try to discourage and stop the fraternazation (not sexual activity) that goes on in the business.

"To me it would appear more morally correct for me, you, to have casual sex, commercial sex, ask for sex , accept offered sex than ANY casual social or romantic relationship with the girls. LEAVE THE GIRLS ALONE! Stop trying to date them. Stop trying to get under their skin. Let them do their job and go home! Ok, you want to have sex with them, ok fine (whatever the pretext)."

Regan says Brock entered porn in early March, and in eight work days (for Dane, Annabolic and Michal Raven) earned $10,000. Senter says Aston met the Reseda real estate developer Mark Handel on a porn set. Mark's brother Bill Handel hosts a show on KFI AM 640 Los Angeles on weekday mornings.

"Mark came to my talent and said, 'Oh baby, trust me. Don't do this sick porno stuff anymore. Follow me, I will take care of you. I will leave my wife. You will be my girl. I will give you thousands of dollars a week. You won't have to do this any more.' He impersonated an attorney and told company he was going to take legal action to take her tapes off the market. He promised her the world. He'd come to her hotel room at 7AM and stay until midnight. This lasted about three weeks. This guy pulled her off the market, promised her the world and didn't deliver."
