After I leaked my true feelings about the business I learned what selective
hearing meant. I explained in bold italics what went wrong for me in porn.
I always said that while in porn I judged people by their performance
rather than their social status/race. I left home with a heart full of
anti-Semitism. I never really had any hatred for Black America and I still
don't. I relate to them more than socialite Whites. More down to earth.
That doesn't mean that my experiment with the cultural divide worked though!
I always despised wiggers and the thought of losing your identity and
look what I became! LOL I had a true feeling of racial intolerance and
a promise never to let the weak determine my truth. I fell out of touch
with my skinhead brothers. They were my soldiers when we were together.
Away from them I gave tolerance a chance as hate weighed heavy on my heart.
Everyone told me it was wrong to feel this good about myself. From there
I took it down a whole notch and gave peace a chance. When I agreed to
do the first interracial scene it was a gut wrenching mistake. People
remarked that Shawn using Redneck shouldn't have been a breaking point.
That word is reserved for rednecks like myself. I love the word when it's
between proud Southern whites. When it's used from Blacks, Hispanics,
liberal whites or Jews-it's a racial slur no different than any other.

Later in my career interracial was what they wanted as the fad became
predominate. My career lasted 7 years and I'd say with the degeneration
came the expectation for me to be the nigger lover that everyone saw with
Shawn. They wanted the anal that they saw in my first flick. When this
business gets its claws in you it's widely known that they'll shoot you
for what you've done in the past. You do interracial and that's the calls

you telling girls that for? Let them make that decision on their own.

I fell out of touch with my true feelings for others while trying to obtain

for a white to have pride. We all make our initial judgment of others
through small increments of stereotypes. I don't endorse the stereotypes
without a base. I've had a very poor relationship with just about every
Jew I've ever come in contact with. I won't deny the Holocaust but I will
admit to being anti-Semitic. I would never be rude to someone based on
their skin color or religion. I just recognize our differences and I rank
their existence accordingly. Back to my Jewish relationships-I will say
that the stereotypes that haunt them reared their ugly head in our friendships
and furthered my distance. I see the successful whites separating themselves
daily from the Latino population. We worry about illegal immigration but
they can't afford to live in our neighborhoods so they can't bring down
property value. This country was built on immigrants. We all have the
right to be here. Just do it legally. We are vastly different along culture
lines. I've had all types of relationships with black people and have
no stereotype that prevents our friendship. There is a precursor that
limits our possibilities though.
I went back to my bloodline and found it to be a source of pride. I gave
my old friends a call not to ask for forgiveness or make excuses. I called
to let them know that I was wrong. Any chances I took or decisions I made
thinking that tolerance and racial acceptance was a better form of life-was
crap! They would never take me in at the National Alliance or the hate
groups that my boys affiliate with. They'd hate me for life and I understand.
I'd still support the cause under any condition. They always looked out
for us. They were the truth and I looked for an weaker/easier life. It's
easier to play the liberal whore-it's hard to stand your ground against
the weak that has Americas ear. I used to be hated and proud. Somewhere
down the line I chose to be loved. It's so much better to be hated for
who you are rather than loved for who your not!
One of my dearest friends was one of the skinheads Bianca Trump e-mailed
and partied with. He told me that she denied her Latino background but
the truth about her did bring and end. When my friend found out about
her porn past she was 86'd. The hate that I know they have for others
was directed at her. It breaks my heart to know they feel that way about
me but I'm stronger. We agree to disagree. I was the first girl in our

Who knows more than I do about interracial and the real feelings that
exist? I speak from lessons learned. Of course a black guy is going to
question my motive! I'm hurting his chance at that trophy white pussy.
I've been there and done that and that's why I can talk! People hate without
having any real knowledge and contact with their enemies. I can honestly
say that I know my detractors up close and really f---ing personal. Two
of the three worst f---s were with black guys-so save the -BEAT the PUSSY
up- whisper. I've seen girls change their dress, their talk, walk, and
overall pride to see the dark side. No-one challenged the strength of
interracial relationships when I commented about their short existence.
I said if the white girl is chasing the black dick one day she'll land

to roll over and have a conversation. Real responsibilities take effect
and they fall apart.
What the white girl has to do is take a look in the mirror. I was left
with the reality that even the black performers felt the same way I did.
Most blacks have more respect for a white who sees his skin color versus
the sellouts that cling to theirs. Black people want their own identity
and are sick of us blurring that line. I mentioned two prominent black
performers that told me they'd never date out of their race and that the
most they could see in a white person is a performance. Not one limp stood
up to question who that might be. I told you about a former boss who wouldn't
let a certain black performer get around his girl. His girl had sucked
him off before they met and the thought repulsed him. I could shoot with
that performer because he sold movies but I wasn't to dare bring him into
the office. The double standard was that he-(the boss)-liked the thought
of black broads SO BLACK (How Black?)- That their teeth glowed. African
bush black was the phrase. (Actual phrases heard by more than one) I've
had a lot of bosses so you do your best to figure that one out. Multiple
contract girl and all. When the business started coming down on me not
one black performer ever spoke a word of support. I had decent relationships
with black performers away from the job. Someone said she must be drugged
out now as she fades from stardom-lol No dips----I was high for the period
that led me to giving up my pride. The days experimenting led to addiction,
embarrassment, bad decisions, and overall failure. Winning awards doing
crap like that wasn't an accomplishment-It was a failure. It took me being
sober to see all the stupid things I did. No-one ever forced me to do
interracial. I was influenced to say the least and then typecast into
the last part of my career. It led to the mindless industry standards
that I help set.
Most hate groups do it from a far. They rarely act from first hand knowledge.
They're taught to hate and pass it down. My parents were pretty liberal.
I formed my opinions through trial and error with a variety of nationalities.
There's nothing violent about wanting to set a life away from the influence
of others. Segregation only hurts the ones that need from others. Interracial
is the death of individualism. Why shouldn't we strive to be different?
The socialist way has all of us getting the same ration. I want my people
to strive for more. What if we were all self sufficient? -Look at history-(remember
that your beloved Malcolm X called for the complete separation of races)-few
knew first hand whether or not Dr Kings sandbox vision for our children
and their future would work. Dr King was a man pushing for the advancement
of black people during a time in America when they needed it. He never
spoke for the future of white America. He didn't care. Now look how many
whites are trying to eliminate Christianity in a guilt soaked movement
to gain tolerance from others. Tolerance is what Dr King spoke of. Tolerance
has weakened the legs white America stands on. Now we're (proud whites)
left wondering why we would ever celebrate his existence? He was a good
voice for Black America but he's not my Dr!
We can't just all get along! He was a black civil rights leader. He wasn't
that different from the violent chapter of the Black Panthers. A militant
movement still exists from the civil rights era and is voiced in rap today.
I'm one of the few whites who have moved on and don't look at the integration
of America in Dr King's eye as progress. If races could be self sufficient
we wouldn't have the need to co-exist. Do Mexicans assimilate-NO. They're
not called racist for it. They border jump-rape and pillage our land deeper
than the land once known as Mexico. They set up in their own little barrios
and force us to add Spanish options to our lives. From T.V to radio to
everyday life they do everything they can not to lose their culture.
Back on the beaten path-I was ridiculed when I misspelled words but the
worthless lonely porn marks that march to the video store on the release
dates knew what I was saying and it ripped apart their fantasies. I think
rather than my grammatical errors they should focus on real social interaction.
Ones that don't end up in blistered hands, lubed up remotes, 5 Viagras,
meth, and burnt out DVD players. The avid porn fan that makes up the daily
bloggers has larger issues that lead to their addictions. Failed social
lives-marriages-acceptance from women-and overall a lack of self worth
is the driving force that is the lonely soul. Porn does revive some marriages
and help accelerate the sexual prowess for others. Few take it lightly
compared to the ones that are consumed and detached from real relationships.
I never got close to my fans because I f---ed for me. I was never shy.
What do you think drove the material that Brandon Iron, Thomas Zupko,
Rob Black and Lizzy Borden made? The material that you thought fit to
defend against obscenity charges. The truth is that underneath that line
about ART stood real disturbing underlying motivations for that material.

than someone who tried and failed you ask? Maybe the same person who was

you backed in that court case? Was this the landmark decision that you
wanted? I had my money on states evidence. Another lost bet!
The government had a chance to weed out the sick and you rallied to strengthen
the disease. Congratulations. For the girls who might read this here I
roar. Don't change who you are-Understand that all the physical damage
you do to your body won't be s--- compared to the next girls pain. Somewhere
down the line you'll have to take a stand and it will improve the business.

Rodger: There has been plenty of speculation and conjecture about the
events that transpired on Wonderland Avenue in July of 1981. With this
book - using the verbatim transcript of John's Preliminary Hearing in
L.A. Superior Court for quadruple murder on February 2, 1982 - I'm able

about the Wonderland killings something that is completely factual. It
also provides a unique look into the judicial system and what works and
what doesn't work, particularly with reference to criminal law. For instance,
John's defense lawyer, Earl Hanson, rips into Detective Frank Tomlinson
on cross-examination and grossly misrepresents the facts pertaining to
a statement Holmes made to Tomlinson on December 7, 1981, shortly after
John was extradited from Florida to face charges.
Tomlinson had advised Holmes of his Miranda rights and told him that
there were some questions he wanted to ask regarding the murders.
Holmes stated, "I understand my rights. I don't have any questions about
that." Tomlinson stated, "If you are filed on and we go to court, I will
be testifying against you and will use every statement you make to me
so be sure you understand that."
Holmes replied, "I understand", and then added: "After Eddie Nash was
robbed he made me tell who robbed him. He held me at his house and took
my address book and wrote down the names of my family. He did that in
front of me and then told me that if I ever talked to the police, he would
kill someone in my family. That's why I'm afraid to tell you. Then he
had me taken at gunpoint to the house on Wonderland. I knew what was going
to happen but I had no choice. I had to set things up and let them in.
I was there when the murders happened but I didn't hurt anyone. I was
just there."
Tomlinson then said: "Dawn (Schiller) told me that you said 'Nash's niggers'
made you let them in."
Holmes said, "I can't be specific and give you the race."
So Detective Tomlinson then asked, "If I arrested Nash and Diles (Nash's
300-pound black bodyguard) for the murders, would I be making a mistake?"
"No. Eddie Nash is the most evil man I have ever met," Holmes shot back.
"He has people around him that would kill for him even if he was dead.
I know this to be a fact but I cannot tell you any specifics or testify
against Nash because I truly believe I would be jeopardizing my family.
I know that I will be killed, but so far he has left my family alone and
I can only assume he's done that because I haven't spoken."
Well, I can't give it all away but it's amazing to read how Tomlinson
does ridiculous backflips in an attempt to discredit that statement that
John gave the detective.
Duke: Why the title?
Rodger: The title comes from a statement attributed to John by Tracy
McCourt in his testimony at the hearing. He says that when John was trying
to convince Billy Deverell, Ron Launius, David Lind, and McCourt into
robbing Nash he told them there would be "long time money and lots of
cocaine" to be had from robbing Nash.
McCourt is an interesting character. It's McCourt's testimony and the
testimony of David Lind, one of the gunmen in the Nash robbery, that is
the cornerstone of the prosecution's case in the hearing. Lind - who is
a smooth talking, articulate felon - presents the low-life residents of
8763 Wonderland as full-time drug dealers. McCourt, on the other hand,
states that drug dealing was just an occasional thing. But McCourt, who
is monosyllabic and hostile at times, is petulant in court over the fact
that David Lind entered the plot "out of nowhere" and complains that his
gun was confiscated and given to Lind, hence McCourt's role as getaway
driver after the robbery.
Duke: What did you think of Wonderland and Boogie Nights?
Rodger: I thought both films had their merits. "Boogie Nights" is pure
fiction with some minor forays into the truth. As for "Wonderland," I
believe I'm the only person alive who finds the film very well done. On
the other hand, I approached the movie with a working knowledge of the
Wonderland murders, having co-produced "Wadd: The Life and Times of John
C. Holmes" and spending almost 16 months of my life interviewing not just
people who knew and worked with John but many of the main characters in
the People's case against Holmes, including Ron Cohen, the former District
Attorney who is now a judge in the L.A. court system.
"Wonderland" should not have concluded where it did, with Dawn and John
fleeing to Florida, because that's just the beginning of the story. On
the other hand, John becomes way less than sympathetic once he and Dawn
land in Miami Beach. He put her to work as a street walker once and beat
her in the court of the motel in front of other residents, events which
led to his extradition to L.A.
Duke: Was John Holmes a bad man?
Rodger: John was a true sociopath. A textbook sociopath. You know, when
he set up the robbery on Nash he did it because he owed Ron Launius and
Billy Deverell - both residents of the Wonderland house and both killed
during the vicious assault - money for drugs and he needed money to release
his latest film from the editors. He put all of these people in harm's
way - convincing them to rob a man that he later described to police as
"the most evil man I have ever met" - to satisfy his own selfish needs.
Is that a bad man? In my book, yes.
Duke:
Rodger: Defense attorney Earl Hanson's handling of Susan Launius on the
stand is compelling. Susan, the wife of victim Ron Launius, was the only
survivor of the brutal murders. She sustained massive head injuries, a
partially paralyzed left leg, and a finger had been sliced off from the
force of the blows. A large portion of her skull had to be removed in
surgery. The irony is that Susan did not live in the house at Wonderland.
She was estranged from her husband and was visiting for a few days, having
arrived the morning of the murders.
Hanson begins destroying any credibility Susan might have when he cross
examines Linda Marie Mitchell, the paramedic who arrived on scene at 4:00
P.M. on July 1. Mitchell tells Hanson that Launius was semi-conscious
and trying to speak but was unintelligible. Now, when Hanson cross-examines
Launius about the assault three things become apparent from the fog of
her memory: (1) There were three intruders; (2) one of them was a slender
African-American male, approximately 30 years old with "dark eyes" that
stared through her, and (3) she saw a lot of swift-moving shadows. She
is very clear on these points, though she can't recall whether she was
clothed or nude at the time of the killings (crime scene photography indicates
she was nude). Hanson chips away at what she cannot recall and concludes
his cross examination by asking her if she has ever in her life seen the
defendant, John Holmes, to which Susan replies in the negative. It's a
very odd method of defense on Hanson's part because he relies on her memory
that there were three intruders and that none of them, possibly, were
John yet at the same time he establishes that her memory is faulty at
best.
Duke: What did you think of the Legs McNeil book The Other Hollywood?
Particularly its treatment of this material.
Rodger: I didn't read McNeil's book and I don't know too many people
who have. I certainly wouldn't read it to learn more about the Wonderland
murders because I have two boxes crammed full of research material on
the case. I own a virtual Wonderland reading library.
Duke: How did Cass Paley react to your essay at the end of the book?
Rodger: At first Cass was livid and we didn't speak for about eight months
to a year. But that's all behind us now and we're working on a new documentary
feature that has nothing to do with the porn industry. I adhere to Truman
Capote's philosophy that if you have a writer for a friend you should
expect a violation of trust every now and then. A writer thrives - and
pays the bills - through what he sees, hears, and experiences. His environment,
and the folks who populate it, are the raw materials for his art.

My favorite moment of the night is when a white porn girl sitting on
the lap of black porn guy Silvio freaks out when I go to take their picture.
She didn't just freak out for five seconds (I immediately agreed not to
photograph), but for about a minute, so scared was she that I'd capture
her sitting on a black guy.

take on the urban hip-hop era. We've got a soundtrack written by my nephew

an up-and-coming rap star. We're looking at doing something similar
to what Snoop and the other guys are doing. He's in touch with the urban
hip-hop community. We're looking at putting out a line geared towards
that whole genre.
"My daughter is 21. She recently took a tour
of my studio. She's proud of her dad. At 21, they think it's cool.
Other members of the family are standoffish, not sure how to take what
we're doing."
David's brother runs production and David is the businessman.
At 10:30pm, I step outside with Reina
Leone and her husband Joe
Friday (they've been married since July and together for four years).
Reina: "About two-and-a-half years ago [while they were both working
as cops in San Francisco], we went to the AVN expo. We'd always had a
fantasy about getting into porn. We met Belladonna. She said, 'I want
to shoot you for Bella's Perversions.'"
Duke: "Whose idea was it to get into porn?"
Reina: "Mine. Because of the girls. I'm every man's dream."
Duke: "Do you guys get jealous?"
Reina: "That's the nature of a couple."
Duke: "What do you love and hate about the industry?"
Reina: "I love the women. I love the people. For the most part,
they are supportive. It's fun. It's the next best thing to being a movie
star. The notoriety. I hate that a lot of the people are two-faced."
Duke: "What did you love and hate about being a cop?"
This gets a more passionate reaction.
Reina: "Oh G-d. Anybody who says they don't like the position of
power is a liar. That was a turn-on. I hated it being a thankless job.
We'd see a lot of people trying to put one over on you and to take advantage
of the system. It makes you jaded."
Duke: "How did your family react to your becoming a porn star?"
Reina turns serious: "Not good. Here's how it broke out [June 2004].
One of my husband's co-workers found something of us on the web. He took
it to the station and showed everybody. It leaked to my department. Then
someone leaked it to the news. The news in San Francisco blared our real
names and it was a big scandal for about three weeks. That's how my family
found out. They weren't happy about it."
Duke: "Was it a video clip of the two of you?"
Reina: "Yeah. And it was the cheesiest thing we'd done [Buck Adams
directed it for the internet]. Couldn't they have found something better
edited and shot?"
Duke: "Didn't you realize you were going to get caught? Did you
want to get caught?"
Reina: "Being that I was the only woman in my department, I thought
people would've kept it to themselves, or taken me aside privately."
Duke: "When you were a girl, what did you want to be when you grew
up?"
Reina: "A nurse. But I spent some time in a hospital and found it
too heavy duty for me."
Reina got breasts implants three years ago, moving from a small C-cup
to DD-cup.
Duke: "What kind of crowd did you hang out with in highschool?"
Reina: "I went to a Catholic school. I was a rocker. Big hair band
people. The nuns thought I was going to hell."
Duke: "I guess they were right."
Reina: "They're probably saying now, we knew she'd do something
bad with her life.
"I keep in touch with most of my highschool friends. They say, 'You
do whatever you want to do. We always knew you were freaky.'"
Duke: "How are you relationships with your family now?"
Reina: "Cordial. I still love my mom."
Duke: "They were ashamed."
Reina: "Yeah. I told them that I wasn't going to be in the business
anymore, so hopefully they won't be checking any interview sites any time
soon. A Catholic upbringing. We're an Asian family. Filipino-Spanish."
I talk to Joe Friday. "One of the most annoying things about this
industry," he says, "is trying to figure out who you can and
can not trust."
Duke: "What do you miss about your old job as a cop?"
Joe: "The salary and benefits. Getting shot at and getting in fights
every night. I worked the [San Francisco] tenderloin. My seven-block area
dealt with nothing but drug dealers, parolees, pimps, prostitutes, and
people who were strung out. It was never getting a cat out of the tree.
It was always fighting parolees.
"I now wake up every day happy to go to work. I'm much happier.
"There's a lot of stress that comes with that job. Police officers
average three divorcees. I was married. Within seven months of working
the street, my wife and I got a divorce."
Duke: "What are the dynamics of having a relationship in porn? Do
you get jealous?"
Joe: "Any man who tells you he doesn't get jealous of his wife having
sex with another male is lying."
Duke: "How did your family react to your porn career?"
Joe: "Everything happened last June. We got married in July. After
the uproar. My mother was supportive. She said, whatever makes you happy.
I haven't talked to my dad in years. The rest of my family threw my hands
in the air and said they understood. It wasn't a big surprise for them.
I got a lot more support from my family than did Reina."
I ask Lexxi Tyler about what
looked like dog tags hanging off of her boyfriend
Dee. Did he serve in Afghanistan or Iraq?
"Oh no," she says. "He's too much of a pretty boy for
that."
Dee is in a biker group called Rough Riders.
I spend most of the night talking with Tall
G-ddess.
Aghast writes: "Yikes! Did you bring her a wrist corsage and red
ball gag like a gentleman?"

director Axel Braun has decided to terminate his contract with the company.
"I've been working a lot for the past year and a half, and I just needed

with the company. They're great people, but I just wanted to try something
new and different."

what took them so long but they taped the show like 10 months ago. Oh
well it was on 3 times so I thought that was cool. They came out to

The guy that Taylor bugs is a early 40s rich guy who lives across the
street from Mark Cuban in Dallas who owns a bunch of big businesses
nationally. My mate is a movie-star handsome guy who plays Masters top-level

great kids & a drop-dead gorgeous TV star wife -- the type of charismatic
type who you want to hate but that he's pretty cool.
He hasn't seen Taylor (who was then Tara) in 10 years but she keeps

much less get my buddy to return her calls, she tries to wreak as much
havoc as she can, which is diva behavior par for the course for Hayes.
The guy's wife has also alerted my buddy's friends -- me being one
of them -- that the bitch might try to use those channels to gain access.
So Taylor's pretty much f---ed because the guy's cordoned off.
I don't know what she's doing and not sure that my friend knows or
cares. Taylor played a big part in wrecking his life about a decade
ago. If you've met the woman, you'd understand.

Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction at
Indiana University, Bloomington. Below is a transcript of their wide-ranging
discussion, which touches on subjects from the sexuality of Garrison
Keillor's Lake Wobegone characters to why we still don't understand
prison rape.
Gina Lynn Interview
I've been aware of her for five years but never interviewed her until
Tuesday afternoon.
Sunday night at the PAW bowling benefit, I ran into some porn stars who
said they heard about my internet column from Gina Lynn, 31, and her husband
Travis Knight (they've been together seven years, married six).
That reminded me of what I must do.
4pm PST. By phone.
Duke: "When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew
up?"
Gina: "A veterinarian. Then I wanted to be a toll person. I thought
they had the easiest job and great benefits. In my senior year at Catholic
highschool, I was dancing the last six months [as soon as she turned 18]
at a strip club. Then I went to six months of community college [and quit]
for the easy money."
Duke: "What kind of crowd did you hang out with in highschool?"
Gina: "I didn't hang out with anybody. They were rich down-the-shore
kids [in New Jersey]. I always had an older boyfriend outside of school.
He was seven years older. We were together four years. We got married
in 1996 when I was 22. It only lasted a year.
"I lost my virginity to my boyfriend in eighth grade. I was 14.
"I was stripping in New Jersey. In 1994, I saw this club, Al's Cabaret
in Pennsylvania, on TV. I went and auditioned there. I thought that if
it made TV it must be a great place. That's when I first started seeing
all the features and the porn stars. The first feature act I saw was Blondage.
I was a house girl. A lot of them features gave me numbers for magazines.
"I did my first movie in 1999 with Travis Knight, who I'm still
with. Eighteen in Vegas. It was for Mad Jack. I became a contract girl
in 2000 with Pleasure Productions. They are based out of New Jersey. I
was with them for three years. For the last 18-months, I've been with
Club magazine. They started a DVD company. I've shot three or four features
for them. I'm probably going to re-sign (the contract runs out this month).
I'm in their magazine every month.
"I'm negotiating to be able to do a certain amount of scenes each
month for my own production company -- Gina
Lynn Productions. Exquisite (owned by Jerry and Alex at Juicy) distributes
my stuff."
Gina's done about 60 movies in her career.
Gina became a big star in 2002. "I was in Analyze
That. I did a music video with Eminem. He saw me in Analyze That.
I did the Sopranos. I'm always going to New York doing auditions even
if they don't want a porno star."
Duke: "How did you like working on Analyze That?"
Gina: "I was Billy Crystal and Robert De Niro for eight hours doing
the bar scene over and over again. They were nice to me and very respectful.
There were a lot of girls there. I made the number one cut. You don't
know how much they're going to use. I was cast as an extra. They showed
me for a good 30-seconds. My full body and everything. They used me in
promotion for the movie."
Duke: "When you audition in mainstream, do people hold it against
you that you're a porn star?"
Gina: "The casting directors take out my pictures when I meet them.
About three times I got picked for stuff and they thought my name was
too well known and got turned down. Or someone will say, you look familiar.
It was easier for me to do stuff in 2001 when nobody knew who I was. Some
people are open to it but a lot aren't. I earned my SAG card."
Duke: "Anyone try to put you on the casting couch?"
Gina: "That hasn't happened, thank G-d. Of course on the music video
everybody was hitting on me. But that's music video people."
Duke: "What do you love and hate about your work in the porn industry?"
Gina: "I hate that everybody [outside the industry] disparages me.
They think that all porn stars act like porn stars. But that's just in
the movies. I live on the East Coast. My friends out here have normal
jobs. They're nurses and stay-at-home mothers. Just certain people judge
me on it."
Duke: "Do you find being a porn star socially isolating?"
Gina: "I'm a quiet person. It takes a lot of people to get into
me. I'm naturally reserved. When the camera's on, I change into a different
person. But I'm shy. If you ever met, you'd think I was a bitch or you'd
understand. People don't know how to take me.
"Being a porn star expands my social world. People know who I am.
When I'm in the city, I get into more events. Things happen easier. In
mainstream, it can be both (confining or expanding). Back home I have
my friends and my family who support me.
"If I go to a nightclub at home, I have to have somebody with me
or I get bothered all night."
Duke: "How did your family react when you became a stripper and
a porn star?"
Gina: "[In highschool] I made the mistake of leaving my answer machine
up high and I had an agent booking me. My mom freaked out. She called
the agent up and asked what was going on. But I was very headstrong. I
said mom, 'I'm 18. I'm not going to stop what I'm doing. If you want me
to move out, I'll move out.' She was more concerned about my safety. It
blew over and now she completely supports me."
Duke: "When you were in highschool, did your friends know you were
a stripper?"
Gina: "Yeah. They were weird about it. They thought I was a slut.
When I took my boyfriend to the prom, he was 27."
Gina got her first breast job in 1995, moving from a B-cup to a C-cup
with the help of saline implants. "You could see the rippling. Three
years ago, I changed them to a full D-cup. Silicone is softer."
Duke: "Did breast implants change the way people reacted to you?"
Gina: "Being a stripper, I made more money. When I had the full
Bs, they were nice, but the girls with the bigger boobs made all the money.
It didn't matter if you were prettier. Nowadays it's different."
Duke: "Did you notice a difference in the way ordinary people reacted
to you?"
Gina: "Oh yes. Even now I still try to hide my chest. I wear the
tightest sports bra I can. I don't like attention unless I'm on stage
or at a convention."
Duke: "What's important to maintaining a relationship in porn?"
Gina: "We understand it's a business. We're not perfect. We have
our days because we both work with other people.
"I can't shoot for my own production company now because of my contract
with Club. We're negotiating that.
"Sometimes I'll see a girl come in to work with Travis for my company
and I'll think she's not up to par. I'd rather he worked with a hot girl.
He tells me it doesn't matter what the girl looks like as long as she
has a good attitude."
Duke: "Do you get jealous?"
Gina: "Sometimes I do. I think we both do. It lasts for about a
day and I get over it."
Duke: "How do you like the AVN shows?"
Gina: "By the third day, I'm exhausted. It's fun to meet your fans
and get good lines."
Duke: "How do you feel about getting older?"
Gina: "I feel good. I'm just glad that I've got a production company
so that when I stop performing, I have that behind me. I'm 31. I look
a lot younger than some of the girls I see who are 23. When I see a young
girl, and I say, wow. I don't know if she's on drugs or if she's tired.
I take care of myself. I go to the gym. I put sunblock on my face."
Duke: "How long have you been blonde?"
Gina: "In 2000, I was a redhead. Then it just got lighter and lighter.
I naturally have dark hair because I'm Puerto Rican and Italian. The blonde
hair works for me. I still have the exotic look. When I was feature dancing
on the road, I swear my money tripled when I turned blonde."
Duke: "What do you do in your spare time?"
Gina: "I go bike riding. We live on three acres in the middle of
nowhere. I have a little dog, a shiatzu, who goes everywhere with me.
Yesterday I pulled weeds. I try to go to the gym four days a week. I'm
on the road two-to-three weeks a month."
Gina wants to start a mainstream business, perhaps a restaurant.

Elkind Vs. John Bennett
For years these guys were partners with Cyber Entertainment Network.
Then, in 2002, JB, with the help of his attorney Steve Workman, locked
JoeE out of the business.
Despite rumors that these former friends were settling their differences,
a hard-fought legal case goes on.

The Case of Fraud Perpetrated By John Bennett Against Joseph Elkind
This document is a compilation of the evidence of fraud, diversion
of dunds, and diversion of corporate opportunities committed by John
Bennett.
Bennett's Theft Prior To The Structure Being Set Up
Bennett began his theft of funds before the structure was set up. Victoria
Garrett was deposed in the case of Hurren vs. NetVision Audiotext. (NetVision
AudioText was the name of the business before the offshore structure
was set up.) Because Ms. Garrett was the Chief Financial Officer, she
was in a position to know about the things brought out in her deposition.
Therein she made it clear that John Bennett had been stealing from Mr.
Elkind. He had been doing that by directing Victoria Garrett to transfer
significant sums, without Elkind's knowledge, into a number of companies
that he had formed. Elkind was never given his fair share of the money.
At page 177 of her deposition she testifies as follows:
Q: Last Tuesday in your deposition you also testified that, I believe,
that Mr. Bennett had directed Epoch on at least one occasion to send
monies to an account in Fort Lauderdale that was not a CEN account.
Do you remember that testimony?
A: Yes.
Q: And you indicated at the time, I think, that Mr. Bennett had caused
approximately $28,000 to be sent to this account in Fort Lauderdale.
Do you remember that?
A: Yes.
Q: And again, can you describe in a little more fully the circumstances
surrounding that sending of $28,000 to a bank in Fort Lauderdale?
For example, I think you indicated last time that the account was
set, the bank account was set up in the name of Mr. Bennett, was that
your testimony?
A: Yes, he had about six or seven accounts that were set up through
himself and his sister. They were various variations of JJB, BBJ,
JJB, different, all the different initials used different ways with
his sister's address in Pompano, and they were set up in Northern
Trust and in First Union.
One of these companies was LJB Internet Services Inc. Just as testified
to by Vickie Garrett, "LJB" are the initials of Bennett's
sister. Attached hereto as Tab 2 is a check from LJB made payable to
Edward Dinna Trust Account. This is a very surprising document. First,
Elkind had no knowledge of this account. The address on the check is
2456 Bayview Dr. This is John Bennett's home address. There should be
no reason to divert banking information to his home.
The payment made by this check is for the last portions of sums recovered
by Bennett and Elkind in civil litigation against their insurance carrier
over litigation with America Online. The total amount of the settlement
was $1.125 million. Elkind was not notified of the settlement and his
share of the proceeds were sent to the IRS by Bennett for back taxes.
This was done without Elkind's knowledge or approval. When questioned
by Dinna about this Bennett admitted that he wanted to keep the money
out of Elkind's hands so it would make it more difficult to litigate.
Whether hiding this theft and presumably other theft was a reason for
the set-up of the structure is an open question. However upon further
investigation it has become obvious that the structure was set up for
the specific purpose of defrauding Joseph Elkind.
THE DIVERTED PROPERTIES
Emailbucks
The most glaring example of diversion by Mr. Bennett is Emailbucks.
This was one of the most valued properties of the structure. If one
types "Emailbucks.com" into a web browser, they are taken,
not to this property, bto to a property known as "Combocash."
Copies of the web pages for Combocash are attached as Tab 3. Any assignment
of the right to use or transfer this name was not consented to by Joseph
Elkind.
At the settlement meeting in the Bahamas, Bennett first informed Elkind
of the fact that he had decided to lease the name Emailbucks to Fabian
Buys for the sum of $18,000 per year. Buys is an equal owner of Emailbucks
with Bennett and Elkind. This $18,000 was in addition to a charge of
.03 per email. Traditionally Emailbucks sent out between 40 and 60 million
emails per month. At that rate, the revenue from this property alone
should be approximately $15 million per year. From this revenue would
come profit which would be owned 66% by the structure. Fabian Buys sent
an email to John Bennett sometime before 2001 wherein he acknowledged
that the profit of Emailbucks was up to $400,000 per month.
WRONGFUL MISAPPROPRIATION OF DOMAINS/WEBSITE NAMES
The businesses' most important assets are its domain names. Each domain
name has what is known as an IP address. This is how traffic gets directed
to the company's income producing sites. Whoever controls the domain
names controls the company. Early on in the life of the structure
the domain names were appropriately placed in the name of Virtual World
Holdings.
This is significant because Elkind and Bennett equally, through their
trusts, own Virtual World Holdings. Incident to the set up of the structure
Virtual World Holdings executed a note in favor of Elkind and Bennett
in the approximate amount of $14 million. The value of the note is tied
directly to Virtual's ownership and control of the domain names.
In November of 2001, Elkind had yet to be excluded from the business.
Without Elkind's approval and behind his back, [Steve] Workman caused
the transfer of the most valuable domains to a company known as "Cog
Hill." In an email from Workman to Fabian Buys' employee Shaliza
Somani, he states:
Shaliza, assuming you or Fabian have begun shifting the more important
domains from Virtual to Cog Hill, these cannot go directly to Cog
Hill... There can be no connection seen between former CEN and Cog
Hill.
So yes, these should go into Virtual, then at some point in the not
too distant future, from Virtual to Cog Hill.
This is the same Fabian Buys who participated in Bennett's diversion
of Emailbucks to Combocash without Elkind's approval.
It is important to note that Workman copied Bennett n the email but
not Elkind. This transfer is outright theft. The purpose was to keep
the domain names and consequently the value of the business out of Elkind's
direct or indirect control. This would also have the effect of having
the value of the Virtual note reduced.
In all of the joint requests to the POTC it states that the Virtual
note has been assigned to yet another two entities Bonus Reef and Sage.
The joint requests were all drafted by Richard Cahan. He knows that
the Elkind portion of the note was never assigned to any entity yet
he keeps insisting on putting this in the written requests. Attached
as Tab 6 is the diagram of the offshore scheme prepared by Cahan.
Nowhere on this diagram does "Cog Hill" appear.
If this was anything but pure theft, it would appear. Why was it necessary?
Why was Elkind's approval not sought for these transfers?
PUNDA INVESTMENTS
Some time after the structure was put in place, Bennett started and
controls a company known as Punda Investments A.V.V. This also does
not appear on the offshore diagram. There is a substantial amount of
money that has been diverted to Punda. The documents show approximately
$30,000 per week being transferred to Punda and consequently Bennett.
Weekly reports for Punda are attached as Tab 7. Also attached are confirmations
of wire transfers of this money.
These are not legitimate transfer of money. It is a simple diversion
of money. Net Management maintains a log of payments to webmasters.
This is the only type of business transaction that would justify this
type of payment. There is no record which support any payment to Punda.
