Now look at the recent success story of someone who did porn who is now a mainstream Hollywood director -GREGORY DARK.
Saying there are no rich pornographers is ridiculous. You don’t think Steven Hirsch, Chris Alexander, Steve Orenstein and David Joseph have palatial estates and expensive cars?
Sure there are wealthy pornographers. They live with the same stigma as everybody else in the industry.

I don’t think that there are that many rich people in porn, but I do think that there are a lot of people that never had much of an income, and once they start making a middle class income they think they are rich.
It all depends on how you distinguish “rich.” There is probably no one in porn who’s going to make the Forbes list. But there is a good number whose total annual earnings would put them into the top 5% of incomes.
I’m sure they’re rich in satisfaction over a job well done.
