AVN Holds Twitter Casting Call for Awards Show Trophy Girl – Female Talent Entering the Industry in 2014 May Tweet Photo Submissions by October 31!
CHATSWORTH, Calif. (September 23, 2014)- AVN Media Network will once again turn to Twitter to hold a Trophy Girl casting call for the adult industrys biggest night the 2015 AVN Awards Show.
“Trophy Girls are integral part of the AVN Awards because they represent the stars of tomorrow the freshest, newest talent with promising careers,” said AVN CEO Theo Sapoutzis. “There are a lot of beautiful and talented candidates out there who we encourage to enter our casting call.”
To be considered, female talent must tweet their sexiest photos to the official AVN Awards Twitter account, @AVNAwards, with the hashtag #AVNTrophyGirls. To be eligible, all candidates must have entered the adult industry in 2014. Submissions will be accepted until midnight October 31. Two candidates will be selected to become Trophy Girls.
“This is our third year in a row holding a casting call for Trophy Girls on Twitter, and the results have been exceptional,” stated Sapoutzis. “Social media provides a great means for us to expand our search, while making adult fans a part of the process.”
The ceremonial trophy girls serve as a highly visible and prestigious assignment for rising stars within the industry. The duo is on stage for the duration of the awards show and featured prominently on the shows cable broadcast.
Hundreds of new performers submitted entries last year in the hopes of being named trophy girls for the 2014 AVN Awards. This year’s winners will follow in the shoes of past Trophy Girls, such as Bonnie Rotten, Brett Rossi, Nicole Aniston, Chanel Preston, Teal Conrad, Rikki Six and Emily Austin
This years Trophy Girls will escort talent onstage, as well as assist presenters and the shows co-hosts, superstar performers Alexis Texas and Tommy Pistol.
The adult industry’s biggest extravaganza will be held at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on January 24, 2015 as part of the Adult Entertainment Expo, scheduled for January 21 to 24 at the iconic venue.
