I am now represented by a lawyer free of charge not only on appealing this matter but also on a civil suit,(he will be taking 30% of anything related to civil) with damages exceeding $200,000. I was fucked over by the appeals commitee because they gave me back dated paper work on 6-19-2013, date 5-22-2013 the lawyer is discussing with them both sides are listening, the person guarteer of the review decision was mark herschberg making him personally liable. Not only was my write to work violated, so were other title 15 process of appeal. Furthermore a certified letter is going out monday with the documents again as they didn’t receive them even though they were handed to them, one through fedex one through usps. The usps document does not require a signature and provides adequate tracking notice. where as the USPS document can be refused by not signing and they can say they didn’t receive it. They have 30 days to do something. If nothing is done the petition for habius corpus will then be submitted to a judge in superior court, if the judge decides on my behalf I’m release, if the judge decides no, then we are going to the next step court, and the next until we reach federal where the feds will release me. We are then going both feet forward into civil court looking to collect on damages exceeding $200,000. Then I will be going to visit my mother who is dieing in Florida.
Red’s writing is so confusing that I can’t figure out what is happening with his cases. If any lawyer was dumb enough to take this on contingency, then they will get their just deserts.
Everyone wants a quick payday by suing. We got too many lawyers in this world.
