His guests were announced earlier to be Joanne & Diane Duke from the Free Speech Coalition. James says, "They backed out at the last minute" saying their schedule didn’t allow it. Joanne is going to call in instead.

The evening started with an audio clip provided by Mike South, where Mr. Marcus made an apology for what has transpired. Not condoning what Mr. Marcus did, because it was really wrong, but it took a lot of courage for him to come forward and admit this and apologize.
It got a bit heated at times, a definite change from the usual light hearted but entertaining and informative format from the previous weekly broadcasts, but this is something that needed addressing.

Diane Duke was a no show on the live broadcast, but we thank Joanne Cachapero from the Free Speech Coalition for calling in and talking to us, and all of the listeners out there who tuned in last night. Some people think there was some side stepping on the questions posed, but Joanne tried to answer all the questions. Draw your own conclusions.
We invite anyone from Manwin to come on next month and give us their views on all of this.

This is not the end of the adult industry, we’ve gotten thru a lot of stuff in the past, and we’ll get thru this.
There’s been a lot of finger pointing and rumors swirling about, but if there’s any time we need solidarity in the adult industry, it’s now.
She probably wanted to cancel until she gauges what the blowback is gonna be regarding Manwin, FSC, and Marcus. “Why do a talk show if everyone is gonna be hostile to me” is probably what she is thinking.
If that were the case then they both would have canceled. And the show was contentious at places, but I wouldn’t call it ‘hostile.’
Had she not lied in the first place then she wouldn’t have to worry about people being hostile towards her. I would spit in her lying face if I ever seen her. Seriously. She is a big part of the problem and this isn’t the first time either. She is like that crazy pink cross bitch who claims to want to help people but really she’s more of a problem than any real help.
Yeah? how about having Manwin come in and tell us all a bunch of “bullshit” and how they’re going to promote Mr. Mucus and how much money they put in FSC pocket and how they “steal” content and pirate shit out on Tubes. How about also how they own Xbiz and AVN and lie like there is no tomorrow.

Regarding Nick East’s opinions, Margold calls East “a penny aspiring to be a half-dollar.”
Margold hastens to point out that East was booted off of the We Are The World benefit shoot for Ron Sullivan for reasons I still haven’t fathomed.
“He came in looking for trouble- he’s a pontificator and a blowhard,” Margold says.
According to Margold, “Marcus is not going to be burned at the stake” regardless of the number of cigarette lighters laying in wait.
“It ain’t gonna happen. I told Marcus I’ll stand up for him. I think this guy is the victim of a number of idiotic confusions when it comes to the damned disease he had. And do we have proof he transmitted it to anybody?”
“I’m really torn by all this,” Margold continues. “But to call him a prick?” [Mike South’s words.]
“What a crock of shit. I’ve seen this guy with women- he is so cool and so suave. Marcus really is a legend, and he’s a genuinely good human being. We can’t sacrifice Mr. Marcus. He has a presence in the history of this business.”
Margold has invited Marcus to be a part of PAW’s Bare Bowling next weekend.
Diane Duke can stay. Nick East is batshit but relative to Margold, he can stay. They can stay cause Margold does not like them and Margold has been leeching at the teet of porn for way too long, he needs to go.
Mr. Marcus fucked up and should be made an example of but he’s only a symptom of the problem.
I have no needs to embellish or lie about anything about Nicky. He’s definitely one of the most amazingly stupid and crazy and low life pieces of shit I’ve met. However, regarding the “We are the World” aka “I am the World” set (according to Amber Lynn, who stole Ron’s money while he was dying of Cancer and refused to give up releases after psychotically abusing and mouthing off to everyone), he wasn’t kicked off the set. He never was there and was simply told by Margold that his services were not needed. Yeah, I was asked to leave because the girl I was scheduled to do a b/g scene with was, according to production, high on drugs, and freaked out on me. I have yet to read what Nicky has said on any other sites.
Nick and I had a pleasant enough phone conversation a few months back, but he went apeshit on my Facebook wall recently. Same old stuff — his proof by assertion nonsense, in which he constantly repeats and restates his own “point” rather than engage in debate or answer questions or offer counter-argument. Even worse than South. LOL Nick’s a disgruntled ex-performer who’s trapped by an intractable worldview derived solely from his own “understanding” of his personal experiences.
To paraphrase Maggie McNeill, every profession from war to banking to politics to hairdressing has its disgruntled ex-members, but only in sex work are these individuals imagined (by themselves or others) to be representative.
In Nick’s universe, performers are all infants and/or morons, utterly incapable of understanding even the simplest realities — such as the fact that Sexually Transmitted Infections are transmitted through sex, or that there exists a window period between STI tests. His conceptualization of the performer pool is a bunch of “kids” (his word) who lack the capacity to understand anything.

You said it correctly. Defintely a trademark of his whacked character, and indication of why he’s so incredibly dumb. He comes up with idiotic notions and when you say something to refute it, it doesn’t fucking matter, he doesn’t answer or acknowledge it and just keeps repeating himself as if repeating his idiotic point thus solidifies it as truth.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve backed away from these blog arguments. They’re pointless.
Debating with people like Nick, or Fos-tard, or South, or Lubben is like playing chess with a fox terrier: you could make the most brilliant moves this side of Garry Kasparov, but it’ll jump up on the chess board, knock over the pieces, and then prance around doing its version of a victory dance. It’s simply not worth the effort.
Margold’s Protecting Adult Welfare, an oxymoron. As I saw on an fb page of a level headed female porn performer, Amber Lynn was trying to get support for Bare Bowling, one of the charity efforts held on Bill’s behalf.
If Amber was the next James Holmes or Jared Loughner Margold would still defend her.
And its always proof that the opponent has lost the argument when they can’t answer your points and only resort to insults or repeating themselves; not engaging in an actual conversation that might evolve somewhere and lead to a mutual understanding. Only an complete idiot doesn’t realize that. But as a whole, we’ve lost the ability to engage in an actual dialogue, as we rely upon official statements from official sources, instead of verifying what we hear as true and comparing it dissenting opinons. Thats probably why that idiot Nicky keeps repeating himself. He’s hoping he’ll somehow be taken as serious as some corrupted t.v. endorsed official authority.
Due to the censoring of a true and open dialogue we have degnerated into a land of ignorant idiots. People like Nicky, Mofo, etc. just represent the most extreme forms of idiocy.
