ELITE WEBCAM MODELS- You Demand I do What?

NL-Wait a minute, you have press releases written & sent out, just hoping I’ll put them up so you get free publicity for your business, ELITE WEBCAM MODELS. (Elitewebcammodels.com) Now you DEMAND that I take everything with your name in them down or you’ll have your "lawyer take control of the removal process."  That sounds like a load of rudeness and bullshit to me. You can DEMAND things all you want too. Doesn’t mean they are going to happen. And with all the rumors I am hearing concerning deals ELITE WEBCAM MODELS made & then broke, I think demands are soon going to be made to you, FOR PAYMENT. This is now a news story. You cannot demand that news stories be taken down because you don’t like what they say. Anyone who has had dealings with ELITE WEBCAM MODELS, good or bad, please contact me. Cindi@lukeisback.com. Jacob Hayson, you can do the same. Try please and thank you next time.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing you to formally request that my name "Jacob Hayson" as well as my company name "Web Empire" be removed from all articles, tags, press releases, and stories on    ****************

As per my request you have 15 days to remove all text containing "Jacob Hayson" and "Web Empire" from the above mentioned website. If this matter is not addressed in 15 days my lawyer will take control of the removal process.

Thank you for your time,

Jacob Hayson

  1. Somehow I dont think his lawyers would bother with a frivolous request..

I was going to write you about this Cindi because I got the same thing. I removed his name but not “Web Empire” or the press releases. The reason he sent me after I contacted him seemed fishy so we are having him send proof that he is actually the owner and all that.

You’ve been doing this longer then me and I’ve never had anyone demand I take stuff down. Sure, there has been the occasional typo or early release that they ask be taken down for a day or two but this was just aggressive. Besides that, what legal grounds does he have to tell a site that they sent a press release to, to take off the person’s name and company name.

What a dolt. That is the good thing about fools though, the more you pay attention to them, the more lulz they provide. I can’t wait to read the ensuing meltdown and the “lawyer’s” emails.

  4. Reader Email/Twitter says:

Elite Webcam Models do not have a leg to stand on, do not worry about your legal position. Chris

  5. natasha badanov says:

Christina, he has no legal grounds to request that–you can choose to take it down or not. And being rude won’t get you anywhere. Bravo to Cindi for not being bullied!

  6. Reader Email/Twitter says:

He does not have a lawyer yet, any competent lawyer would tell him that what you are writing is called “fair comment”. Of course, an incompetent lawyer might just take his money without a legal basis. But don’t worry about that because your audience is solidly behind you. Chris

  7. AIPChristina says:

Well, I didn’t take down the stories because I don’t think it’s right, I did take the name off though. I mean, if he doesn’t want his name associated with his own company, that’s his problem.

  8. docqualizer says:

Hey Jacob, you sound like an impertinent 5 year old. Hire a competent lawyer and let them do the talking. Although, in my opinion, any competent lawyer would run away from you in a New York minute.
    Grow up!

  9. A press release is usually designed to get some sort of a message out or in this case drive people to do business with you. Whats happened here has the opposite effect.

  10. natasha badanov says:

The funny part is that the pages are cached by any search engine that was ever used to find them (along with everyone’s pages who has ever searched them). This won’t go away. Maybe they will subpoena the whole planet.
