So sad to say that the great mind who helped create Macs & Ipods has left us. Steve Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer about seven years ago. He recently resigned from his company. Today he passed away at 56 years old.
"We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today," Apple said. "Steve’s brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve."
A great man, a brilliant inventor, he will go down in history as one of America’s changing forces on the planet.
Sad news — Steve Jobs has gone on to that big iCloud.
Sadder news (to me personally) — I learned that my friend John “Jane Waters” Keeler has passed away. A terrific cinematographer, and a fine man.
R.I.P. fellas.
Notice how there’s no mention of how overpriced Apple’s products are. Too soon?
