Yes, but unless the TERM of the contract is spelled out, the copyright owner may retain the right to rescind permission at any time for no reason — or for what she considers rood reason.
Why deal with it? We know what Tara is. Fuck her. Do you really want to argue that there’s an implied term of “in perpetuity”? That might be a dangerous precedent if Cindi allowed LIB content to be used by someone who later turns out to be as much of a POS as Tara, or worse. Contracts get canceled all the time.
