Former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn will no longer face criminal charges related to allegations that he sexually assaulted a hotel housekeeper, the housekeeper’s attorney said Monday after meeting with prosecutors.
A grand jury indicted Strauss-Kahn in May on charges that he sexually assaulted housekeeper Nafissatou Diallo at his luxury New York hotel suite. Strauss-Kahn’s attorneys have insisted that any sexual encounter was consensual.
A judge freed Strauss-Kahn on July 1 after prosecutors learned Diallo had lied about the specifics of her whereabouts after the incident and past details of an asylum application and information on tax forms.

The forensic evidence was there. His semen was on her dress. For sure the assualt happened. I think the problem was she lied about events in her past and tried to wangle a payday out of it.
She said she was gang raped by folks back in her home country and used that to get a political asylum deal here in the US. That rape may of happened or might not have happened. She would not be the 1st foreign person to use that for political asylum in the US and she won’t be the last.
Then authorities found she had an atorney was looking to sue the guy for monatary damages in a civil suit and thats what made them drop the charges.

Symptoms include but are not limited to: changing of the subject when confronted with points or facts they wish not to face; insulting someone instead of answering specific points and questions; contradicting oneself and believing in the most absurd and senseless lies delusions of grandeur, a general lack of concern from inventing stories which only prove their weakness of intellect; and an incomprehensible sense of triumph even though in a court of law they would’ve lost without a doubt, as they never addressed any of the opponents specific points and pieces of evidence.
