AIM Closing?- Not So Says Staff

Rumors and anonymous e-mails are flying around that AIM is closing for good, but a five minute call to their office tells a different story.

All the Employees are still there, not being laid off according to the one I spoke too, The office is truthfully being remodeled, and will be back open soon. Go sign up for your test online and have it done at one of the satelite testing centers.

Go to AIM-MED.org for locations & details.

why not ask Dr. Sharon directly? Maybe that’s naive on my part…

  2. RickMadrid says:

I hope not!! I read Gene Ross site this morning and said they can’t even pay the employees due to legal expenses mounting up. Sounds like another “charity” need to happen again.

  3. not naive at all…just try to get that phony doctor to answer you…..it wont happen she only answers to avn

  4. artwilliams says:

Given the recent controversy over data theft and the current rumours, wouldn’t a quick press release clear all this up?

  5. jeremysteele11 says:

They’re not closed for good but they’re closed for remodeling. Why remodel when they were able to run their business already? And how much money is this remodeling costing, not counting the lost business in the meantime? Doing this now is the worst time possible. With TTS charging less money and always being open this remodeling thing seems to be the final nails in their coffin, which they are nailing themselves!

  6. Dude…you the conspiracy theorist are gonna tell me you believe that whole remodeling bullshit come on Jeremy I expect better from you LOL

  7. I’m sure closing for remodeling is there way getting some breathing space to try and figure out WTF happened?

How did Donny Long and his posse get all the names and personal info and more importanly if it did come from AIM how can we distance this from us and make it look like it came from somewhere else instead so the lawyers that are circling the building don’t eat us up?

  8. jeremysteele11 says:

Alright, then Mike. It’s a conspiracy! 2012 has been hitting a few of us early, anyways.

As I’m sure you know, theories are only absurd if there are no facts to support them, and the only fact I know is that AIM is “closed for remodeling”. When I go to get tested I don’t feel like playing “find the draw station” or test inside the backseat of my car or something… We all know what “remodeling” typically means, but I’d rather ask the simple or what some may seem to be the stupid questions… Sometimes some may think I’m dumb if they don’t catch on that I’m playing dumb, or maybe I’m just dumb and don’t realize it?

  9. Richard Cranium says:

The timing of the “remodeling” is too suspect. My suspicion is that they’re holding on to hope that some money will come in from somewhere or that the breach situation will miraculously go away and they’ll be able to reopen but the way things stand right this moment they’re done, IMHO.

I’ve heard MS trash Sharon Mitchell for years. While I didn’t think she was quite as bad as Mike proclaimed, I knew she had issues. Now it turns out Mike was not only correct but that he didn’t trash her enough. This woman is scum. I don’t think she’s scum for not adequately securing the AIM database. For that she’s only dumb. Dumb is something you’re born with. Scum is something you choose. She’s scum for the way she’s handled the breach since it was exposed. I get that she wants to protect herself. You don’t go into a courtroom admitting everything you did wrong. I get that. But this woman proclaimed herself a protector of the industry. And now, when the industry needs her, she’s cut off all communication and suddenly decides to “remodel”.

Here’s the saddest part of this entire situation. NO ONE is going to win. Not one single person. Well, except the lawyers but they’re scum anyway.

Sharon is going to be sued civilly and lose everything she has. She’ll file for bankruptcy to avoid much of the judgement against her. Even if she has insurance to cover the civil judgements, her insurance carrier will come after her for gross negligence. And even if she wins, the legal fees will bankrupt her. This train is already rolling. There’s nothing that can be done to stop it. Sharon loses.

AIM will close. People will lose their jobs during the toughest economic crisis of our time. AIM employees lose.

The people on the list that wanted to hide but are now exposed are open to attack from stalkers. They all lose. It’s a remote possibility but all it takes is one deranged stalker to plug one of these girls full of lead because they got the girl’s info from PWL. If that happens, the lawsuit against PWL will be fierce. PWL may even win the suit somehow but the legal fees and the backlash will destroy their lives. People may not care about “porn-whores” but put a pretty white girl’s picture on TV with a story of how PWL gave her info out to the public and how she was shot dead on her doorstep and you’ve got yourself a legal shit-storm the likes of which you’ve never seen.

Donny has admitted that the information came from AIM. He will be arrested and he will do jail time. He claims he doesn’t own PWL and I actually believe him on that but even if he did, they’re not making any money. My guess is that most will see that he either has nothing of value already or by the time he goes to jail, he’ll have nothing of value left. And, like Sharon, even if he “wins”, his legal fees will bankrupt him. Donny loses.

PWL folks. They’re admittedly making no money and they claim they’re not doing it for the money. And I believe them on that. They’re doing it for “a cause”. I’m all for “fighting for a cause”. Unfortunately, their cause was already being fought, LEGALLY, by AHF. Yes, they hate gays and more specifically, crossover gays. But they hate the crossover gays because they believe the crossovers are who brings HIV into the industry. AHF’s condom battle would bring that to a halt. They hate Derek Hay and any agents who encourage the use of crossovers but that will NEVER end from the information on PWL. That MAY indeed end. But it will be for tax-evasion or prostitution or violation of Cal-OSHA regs. It won’t have a damn thing to do with PWL.

I find it amusing that they reference the original WikiLeaks and Julian Assange as their justification for not doing anything illegal. And they may actually be right. What I don’t think they understand is that it costs A LOT of money to prove you’re right. It’s taking MILLIONS of dollars to keep WL up and Julian Assange out of jail. These guys don’t have that. So PWL folks lose.

This is somewhat like a terrorist bomber. The bomber loses. The people they kill lose. The dead people’s families lose. And what’s been accomplished? Nothing. Life goes on just like before.

IMHO, the best that can happen now is for PWL to shut down completely and go into hiding. That’s the only way they can come out of this POSSIBLY avoiding jail and/or bankruptcy. Donny is screwed no matter what. It’s too late for him. Even if he didn’t have anything to do with stealing the database, his legal defense fees will ruin him. Sharon may or may not recover but it will have nothing to do with PWL from this point forward. PWL has inflicted all of the damage that they can on AIM at this point. There’s nothing further that they can do. They could bow out gracefully. “Hey, AIM is done, the crossovers have been exposed, we’ve done what we set out to do, thank you for your support.” But I think it’s painfully obvious that they have no intentions of taking it down so this is going to linger on, painfully, for everyone involved. So many futures ruined. It’s sad, really.

    Just my 3 cents.

  10. jeremysteele11 says:

Thanks Mike (wiping away a tear). That’s all I ever wanted in life, is to be interesting. Things like wealth and popularity are over-rated, anyway.

  11. chichiladouche says:

You have it wrong about the media Richard, the media would probably frame it as it was no surprise or shock since she was in porn. They only make a big deal out it if the girl comes from a “clean cut all American background” (Anne Pressly, Eve Carson, and Natalee Holloway). A lot of the information about the industry has been exposed for a long time (crossovers, testing issues, how talent is treated etc…) whether it was on here or Mike South, Darrah Ford, ADT, XPT, GFY, or PWL yet nothing changed or was adjusted despite all the announcements and proclamations by industry people that it would be. I just saw on porn wikileaks that LA Direct and Derek Hay are still booking their female models with men that are active in gay porn industry for gay oriented sites. This after he put out an email that stated his models would no longer work with crossover talent. Mike South and Shy Love revealed that Kacey Brooks is still working in the industry as a performer and escort and is still romantically involved with Derrick Burts. So yeah the information has been “exposed” but no one wants or cares enough to do anything about it.

I have never gotten a good answer with this question, but if outing pornstars could be considered criminal, why isn’t this guy in jail?

    http://twitter.com/#!/NIKRICHIE

Not only does he post information about adult performer but posts personal information and photos about people who aren’t in the public eye. The commentators on there add on to it.

Does anyone here remember JuicyCampus.com? That whole website was a “porn wikileaks” but tenfold since it covered campuses nationwide. Things like “Is ______ ________” the biggest at….” or “_______ had an abortion”. These were private citizens and it is still going on with other college gossip websites.

What is going to happen with AIM? Can anyone tell me how it is at all legal to do medical tests out of someone’s home or car? It still boggles the mind that a medical clinic is run by someone that as far as I know has little to no medical background.

  12. Richard Cranium says:

I respectfully disagree with you chichi. I can see Nancy Grace right now. Her scowled face battering some reporter. “So, this girl does a couple of porn videos. I certainly don’t condone that. But then some MONSTERS post her personal information and her home address on a website? They call her a whore and a hooker and give links to her parents facebook page? These monsters need to be locked up.”

Her family would file a lawsuit against PWL that would be monstrous. Lawyers would be begging them to let them prosecute PWL, for free. People would be donating money to the cause left and right. The owners of PWL would be outed and publicly vilified. And as I said earlier, PWL MAY actually win. I don’t think they would but they could. But the legal fees would be HUGE! So as is often the case in legal matters, they win, but they also lose in that their lives, financially, are ruined. And their futures from that point forward are ruined as well.

One thing I agree with you about is that all of this has been exposed before. Just not on such a large scale in one place. And yet again, no one cares. They got their 15 minutes of fame and that’s it. That’s why it surprises me that they’re leaving it up. Nothing “more good” can come from it other than what they’ve already accomplished. But TONS of really bad things can. I don’t think they understand the way the legal system works.

  13. Whats funny is how just a few months ago when I visited that site Donny and his crew were all bad ass tough about outing all the stars and even posting the girls cell phone numbers, showing pictures of the girls houses and pointing out where they lived and telling people to call them up and harrass them.

Now everyone is all in denial passing the buck about how they had nothing to do with the site and don’t know anyone that has a stake in it. Its like they are a crowd of people on an elevator and someone rips a smelly fart they all point fingers at others and say “It wasn’t me”.

  14. jeremysteele11 says:

Nancy Grace is crazy! All she does is breathe, eat, drink, sleep, dream, piss, shit and fart child-abductions, rapes and murders. I saw her talking to a lady who was giving the 411 about a case and suddenly Nancy snapped on her and yelled viciously just because the lady didn’t start the narrative from the point of reference Nancy was preferring. She’s a woman who doesn’t need coffee in the morning to get amped up. After watching that show for a few minutes it begins to repeat itself over and over and you get the point and its more than I can take. I couldn’t imagine walking up to Nancy Grace if she was sitting at a bar.

  15. jeremysteele11 says:

In other news, Kid Rock has recently reached an epiphany. He now acknowledges, finally after all these years, that his stage name sucks. Now, still donning his cowboy hat while still rapping, perhaps one day he’ll realize his music sucks, too.

Says, Mr. Rock, “The only person that had a dumber name than me was the Fresh Prince. Hey, it sounded like a cool rap name when I was sixteen. But it stuck, and now it’s me. I’ll be an 80-year-old man — ‘call me the Kid.”

Personally, it’s not “Kid”, which makes it bad. “Billy, the Kid” is still cool… Its the whole enchilada, really IMO (humble or not)… I mean mixing rap with redneck music and naming yourself “Rock”… Do I have to explain it? Well, then its not worth it. :|~

  16. On Darrah’s site there is a comment from some one calling themselves Bobi,******(the last name IS on Darrahs site)

She says she worked for AIM for 8.5 years, then writes,”All good things must come to an end.” The rest of her post clearly indicates that she is no longer employed their, and she says farewell.
Perhaps somebody is impersonating Bobi, but if it is her this certainly indicates that it is over at AIM.

  17. @Richard Cranium,
Regarding your 3 cents worth. You have vastly over estimated the value of your opinion.

Good story though, lots of fiction, speculation, fairy tale, and about 1/1000 of an ounce of fact and truth. All told, not close to 3 cents worth of real information, but thanks for your humorous preditctions of future legal consequences for all the characters in your fictionl story.

Nobody will sue Sharon Mitchell, and nobody will sue AIM, except maybe AHF, on the behalf of some bottom feeder they can scrape up. Nobody will sue Donny and nobody will ever PROVE where the wiki information came from. See, unlike porn gossip sites, courts require actual PROOF of an allegation. And unlke porn, LAWYERS dont go after someone or some entity that has NO MONEY, ie. Donny, Sharon, and AIM.

    Good story though.

  18. Richard Cranium says:

I have no horse in this race. Just calling it like I see it as on objective third-party. I don’t really give a crap either way. I just don’t see this ending well for anyone. Donny WILL end up in jail. I’ll bet $1000 on that. Sharon Mitchell will file for bankruptcy in the next 24 months. I’ll bet $1000 on that. The PWL guys will be publicly named within the next 6 months. I’ll bet $1000 on that. Other than that, jo jo, who knows bro.

  19. jeremysteele11 says:

I’d like to throw in $5.00 in on Richard’s bets…

  20. And I bet that the sun will rise in the east and set in the west, withing 24 hours. And there will be another aftershock in Japan within the next two days.
And Jeremy Steele will find a conspiracy in all of this.

PS…Heres another penny to add to your 3 cents worth Richard C. HINT..you have already won one of your bets, and you didnt even know it.

Printing someones real name is not a crime in any way. If, and thats a big if, they obtained that information by “illegaly” accessinga medical database that is another thing. If they had a password, for that database, paid for and given to them by AIM, that may be another story.

There is only one thing for sure, some lawyers will be making money. You can bet on that for sure.

  21. @PAGING MICHAEL WHITEACRE,

Will we ever see that imaginary ‘independent’ analysis from AIM that you promised us was coming? Or are they remodeling that too? Or did it get eaten by Sharons bird Boo? LOL

  22. @Michael Whitacre

Joeknow needs to be kicked about some more. LOL! Sorry Joe, but sometimes, I cannot sucessfully ignore you.

And, before you fire back sounding like an eight year old with a stolen bike, I would like you to know that I actually agree with you on SOME of your posts, it’s not what your saying, but how your saying it.

  23. @Fartz,
Youre not the first person to say that about me. The truth hurts, and thats what I tell, is the truth. ANd aside from not liking the truth, its even worse when it gets rubbed in your face, as I often do.

But its the message that counts, not the messenger.
The truth can seldom be successfully ignored.

  24. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe Know – Glad u mentioned that independent analysis of the AIM numbers. It has in fact been completed, and it is now in the hands of the entity which commissioned it. It will be released publicly at the appropriate time. You, AHF and LA County should be prepared to eat your words.

  25. Richard Cranium says:

@ Michael – If you’re about to issue a report that says no evidence has been found that ties PWL’s info with an AIM database breach or lack of controls, you’re in for a shit storm of backlash.

@ joe know – Well there’s been no announcement of Donny’s arrest and no public outing of the owner(s) of PWL so I gotta believe you’re talking about a Sharon Mitchell BK filing. Seems a bit premature though. Usually you wait till the judgements are in and THEN you file for BK. But nice to know I potentially hit 1 out of 3 already. Just not so sure I believe ya.

  26. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Richard – I’m not issuing any report, myself, and the study to which I refer has nothing at all to do with PWL.

  27. Richard Cranium says:

    I can hardly wait. 🙂

  28. @Michael,
“In the hands of the entity the commisioned it”
I dont fully understand this statement. Do you mean it is in AIM’s hands, or are you making a reference to some other organization? Or are you saying that a third party commisioned another third party to analyize AIM’s statistics?

Even LA County admits they only get positive results and cant make any accurate assesments becuase they dont know the denominator or total tests, versus the amount of total patients who took those tests.

Like Dr. Aranow said, they did about 10,000 g/c tests, with a positive rate of 5.8% of the TESTS. Thats 580 positives, but what he didnt say was those 10,000 tests were done on only 2000 people, which makes the posite rate 25% of the PATIENTS.

Is this the type of breakdown this ‘independent’ analysis takes inot account?

Who is the entity that commisioned it? Is there a specific reason you can or cant, or will or wont name these ‘entities’?

And for the record, I still do not believe any ‘independent’ analysis has been conducted, and I surely dont believe AIM would hand over any infromation to any third party to be analyzed for a public report.

Did AIM actively participate in this analysis? I’ve made alot of phone calls, and talked to alot of people, and nobody else seems to have heard of any independent analysis of AIMs records, except you.

  29. Joe, I get what you’re trying to say but I think you should re-examine your math.

“Like Dr. Aranow said, they did about 10,000 g/c tests, with a positive rate of 5.8% of the TESTS. Thats 580 positives, but what he didnt say was those 10,000 tests were done on only 2000 people, which makes the posite rate 25% of the PATIENTS.”

With this hypothetical I think you are conflating tests with patients. With 580 positives we still don’t know the number of PATIENTS who tested positive. Therefore we cannot extrapolate a 25% positive rate for the population if its 2000.

  30. Origen,
I see what youre saying, but I do believe my very close estimate of 2000 patients is correct. How many of them were multiple infections is still in question.

This is why I seriously doubt the existence of this independent analysis. AIM has NEVER given out tis information, that is, the number of PATIENTS, instead they always use this extememly high, ‘number of tests.” The actual number of patients is one of their most closley guarderd secrets, because if the County had that number they would see the actual percentage of perfomers who test positive over a course of time, and thats the last thing AIM and the industry want known.

I have questione Ira Levine on this forum and others for years and you can NEVER get the number of patients as opposed to tests, NEVER. 580 out of 10,000 doesnt sound bad, 580 out of 2000 is a completely different story, and considering they dont even do g/c for the throat or anus, well those numbers are meaningless. I would really like to see the percentage of positives on the throat and anal g/c tests that they do . It is a JOKE that they dont do monthly throat and anal gonn/chlam, considering that both of these diseases can remain asymptomatic for months, and consdering the amount of anal and throat exposure these performers have.

Does this anyalysis include this information? Perhaps this analysis that we have been hearing about for a couple of months now, but havent seen yet, will have this information.

  31. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe – The reason you could never get that answer is because this kind of thorough review had not yet been performed. Now it has.

I have not seen the actual numbers, and I am certain that I will not until the report is released. I cannot disclose any other information until then. On that day — which will be relatively soon — we’ll see who’s full of shit.

  32. @Michael,
It appears that youre saying that AIM needed this independend evaluation to tell them how many performers they have tested. AIM may not be the best clinic ever, but they surely know how many people they have tested. And how does a third party know which are performers and which are just regular folks without AIM telling them.

Quick question Michael, what good are AIM’s gonn/chlam numbers when you consider that they do not have any comprehensive testing for anal or throat infections. They only do urine every month that does not detect in the anus or throat? Yeah, a real thorough analysis of a completely incomplete table of information. LOL

Dont test for it,,,,no track record of it,,,,,just like the gay porn and HIV. Gay industry doesnt test, County cant do anything becuase they have nothing to go on.

As long as this independent evaluation also includes this type of information, it is as worhtless as the paper its written on.

No comprehensive testing for herpes,,no track record
no comp testing for hepatitis,,no track record
no com[ testing for HPV,,,no track record
no comp testing for PID,,,no track record
no comp testing for trichomonis,,no track record

no comp testing for anal gonnorheah,,,no track record
no comp testing for throat gonoreah,,no track record
no comp testing for anal chalmydia,,no track record
no comp testing for throat chlamydia,,no track record

No track record of these very common std’s,,,worthless evaluation.

But lets wait and see, Michael. I just dont see how a thorogh evaluation can be done when their is no track record of all of these very common illnesses.

  33. ps…AIM was not open today. That must be one hell of a remodeling job they’re doing there. Online testing still available, but the clinic on Van Nuys Bl. still closed.

  34. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe – No, that is not what I stated or implied.

  35. @Michale,
You said,,,”The reason you could never get that answer is becuase this kind of thorough review has not been done yet?

Surely AIM knows, without any independent review, how many performers they have tested, versus how many non performers. Who else do you think could give this information to any third party doing this review? And surely the only entity that knows how many times any individual performer has been tested is AIM, LOL or anybody with a password to all of AIM results.

On another board Ira once spoke of an individual performer, now a member of the Pink Cross. He talked about the number of times she tested, over what period of time. How did Ira get that info if not from AIM. When I asked on that board if the AIM waiver gave Ira the right to name an AIM patient on a public board, and to publicly print how often that individual performer tested, he suddenly disappeared from that board, and my password was canceled. WHere and how do you think Ira got that information? Did he use his position as President of the BOD to access soemones tests and then put that on a public board? I think he did! Ira doesnt need any independent review to tell him how many performers get tested, and how often at AIM,,the very idea is perposterous.

  36. http://theger.wordpress.com/2010/02/27/once-again-more-experts-on-porn/

Read the Ernest grene post March 10, 2010, 11:04 pm.

Then tell me that Ira(Ernest) needs and independent review to know how may performers get tested at AIM and how often. He even refers to ‘the entire database.’

Did he check the database himself, or have an employee do it on his behalf, with the intention of puting this information on a public website. And NOTHING in the AIM waiver gives Ira(ernie) the right to publish such infrmation about a performer, or should I say, Patient of Dr. Colin Hamblin, the medical director of AIM.

  37. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe – Can you REALLY be this dim-witted? We all know you’re obstinate, your crimes against grammar are historic, and your career record of misspellings is unassailable, but still you continue to outdo yourself. I’d yell “Bravo” if I weren’t pinching the bridge of my nose in mental discomfort.

First, a technical matter: I did not *say* anything here; I *wrote*. It’s a distinction worth noting.

As for the substance of your inquiry, OF COURSE the folks at AIM could determine how many persons have tested, and how often they tested, over a given period of time. That is not the issue — nor is it of any real consequence.

What IS of great consequence is, VIS-A-VIS the number of POSITIVE TEST RESULTS for STDs, how many ACTUAL INCIDENTS OF INFECTION are documented over a given period of time RATHER THAN the raw number of positive test results (AND how many incidents are actually attributable to PERFORMERS rather than non-performers. As you well know, in addition to “civilians,” many adult industry non-performers, as well as inactive/former performers have tested at AIM).

Once again, if a performer (or anyone) is tested several times during the very same infection, those re-tests skew the numbers. As do other possible factors: some tests may involve people attempting to enter the industry as talent; there exists the possibility of typos and data-entry errors; etc….

Then, there is the trickier matter of attempting to glean HOW MANY OF THOSE INCIDENTS OF INFECTION ACTUALLY OCCURRED ON SET. As we all know, STDs exist out in the real world, too. I have no idea how or if that reality is dealt with in such studies.

  38. jeremysteele11 says:

“We’re not closed. We’re remodeling.” All the workers must be too busy whistling at passing ladies, and laughing at the porn stars angrily standing outside, instead of nailing nails into the new walls. That’s what happens when you hire illegals from Home Depot… Damn unpatriotic Americans!

  39. Here is where you are 100% wqrog Whiteacre.

It doesnt matter if it can be proven that the ifection occured on SET.

The REAL ISSUE is the performer, no matter where they get infected, then brings that infection with them to the set every day after that. Cant you get that.

From the medical standpoint,it is the issue of MULTIPLE EXPOSURE that is the most serious issue. Performer Jane turns an offset trick on Monday and gets chlamydia. She then goes to work for the next 25 days with that infection,,, EXOSING multiple people. MULTIPLE exposures to many individual will lessen the effectiveness of antibiotics.

IF producers just took a urine sample ON SET on the day of the job then they cOuld tell if someone else was exposed now couldnt they,,,but they dont, becuase they dont want to know, now do they. whAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS mICHAEL. Or would taking this sample the day of the scene just put producers in a position of liablilty, and we cant have that now can we? LOL

ITS ABOUT MULTIPLE EXPOSURES, FROM A MEDICAL STANDPOINT.

  40. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe – Once again you are 100% delusional, not to mention quite “wqrog” as usual. The issue IS workplace exposure. The person who contracts an STD OFF SET only factors into this equation IF they show up on set prior to testing/treatment AND then infect someone else. If they, in your hypothetical, infect one performer on set that counts as ONE INCIDENT of on-set exposure.

Also, isn’t the party line supposed to be that the porn stars themselves are the new Typhoid Marys — infecting countless hapless civilian Johns? But I see that, in your boundless zeal, you want it both ways — not only are adult performers going out to bars and infecting the sexually eager male patrons, they’re ALSO routinely exposing themselves to already diseased degenrate starfuckers. If this construction were true and accurate, wouldn’t it — once again — prove that the REAL STD problem in the LA area is actually among THE NON PERFORMING POPULATION, and not on porn sets?

If the real problem is not in the workplace, why oh why would county health officials be so eager to go after porn sets? Could it be to deflect attention from their abject failure as custodians of public health? Like the area hospitals seized by the federal government because patients were bleeding out in the hallways? Or the estimated (by the CDC) 16+ thousand people in the LA area who are walking around with HIV and DO NOT KNOW IT?

  41. @Michael,

What od you think of that idea.
When the performers show up to work they all pee in a cup. Those samples are sent for testing, at PRODUCERS expense, andif any results come back positive then the producer knows if people were exposed on his set, and he can pay the cost of mediclac treatment for the disease spread in his workplace. Sounds pretty simple, what do ya say

And I will give you credit Michael, it took you longer than the average industry apologist to sink to the ‘you cant spell’ level of debate, but when you got nothing else I guess you got nothing else.

MULTIPLE EXPOSURE…doesnt matter whee you GOT the infection, its where you bring it afterwards. You cant have it both ways,,,,,they all got infected off set, but then ignore that they then bring it to the set every day after that.

  42. Michael,
A person with chalmydia exposes every single person they have sex with. Not every person may eventually develop an active infection, their bodies immune system may fight it off. But it certainly weakens the body’s autoimmune ability to fight that same infection in the future.

Funny you should mention porn performers going to bars and exposing ‘Male’ patrons. Seems you forget about all those porn GUYS who do the same thing.
But these bars are not WORKPLACES now are they, where there are laws covering exposure to disease. Apples and oranges.

Every performer who shows up to work with an std EXPOSES every person they WORK with, whether or not that exposure leads to an infection can only be determined by after the fact testing(at producers expense?)

To quote Sharon Mitchell,”We are usually up to our asses in chlamydia.” (but of course nobody gets it on set,LOL) Michael, how does the industry line Kool-Aid taste these days.

  43. Michael Whiteacre says:

    @Joe – No, I’m not debating your imbecility — it’s patent.

Only you could propound that it does not matter where one contracted a disease in a discussion of public health and workplace safety.

  44. No Michael,
Actually my whole argument of workplace “exposure” in porn comes from the writings of one SHARON MITCHELL, but I guess you know a little more about it than she does. I guess Mitch is an imbecile when it comes to this issue, eh Mikeee? LOL keep diggin that hole Mike.

And since Bobi, and eight year employee of AIM wrote on another blog that she no longer works there, and “ALL good things must come to an end” I wonder if the now closed AIM is ever going to relaese this report in a ‘relatively’ short period of time. LOL

I wonder why FSC’s meeting on Friday does not include anybody from AIM? LOL

  45. Michael Whiteacre says:

Blah blah blah. Joe, your feeble interpretation of Sharon Mitchell’s quotations is about as useful as ovaries on Michael Weinstein.

Oh, and have you seen the pics of Ron Jeremy autographing Shelley Lubben’s big fake boob after her fourth mysterious trip to the restroom at last night’s PSK? Now THERE’S someone you can rally behind.

    Loser.

  46. Did Shelley have white powder residue on her nose? Never mind don’t answer, wouldn’t want you to end up on a Christian Mafia hit list.

  47. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Karmafan – Because, you know, every happily married Christian woman should get dressed up, leave her hapless hubby at home, go out to a bar, and have her boobs handled and autographed by a hairy Jew who can suck his own penis. I mean, what would Jesus do?

And the Lord said unto her, “Travel to that land of Sodom, and seek ye a hirsute Jew who can suck his own penis. Find him and beg him to place his mark upon your breast, just as Cain was marked.” And Shelley did as she was commanded. And there was much rejoicing.

BTW Shelley won the date with Ron Jeremy at auction as well. SO EAGER (or whatever) was she, she actually outbid herself (topped her own bids) TWICE. Way to spend those Pink Cross dollars.

That was after a night of cozying up to Mr. Marcus at PSK. They were reportedly quite chummy. It seems that this Christian woman, who has never repudiated the racist/anti-semitic White Power websites that promote her, seemingly cannot get enough of Jewish men AND black men. Ask the producer of her rap album, Ricky B. — her companion at the Rainbow Bar & Grill back in January. It’s all part of life’s rich pageant in the wild wacky world of Shelley Lubben.

  48. Michael,
You obsession with SHelley is getting quite disturbing. Now youre counting her trips to the bathroom? How many times did you go to the bathroom, since you seen that it is relvent when it comes to Shelley.

Someone goest to a bar, has some drinks, and suddenly her trips to the bathroom are ‘mysterious’. What is more mysterious is why you would be counting. Seems like you couldnt take your eyes off her all night Michael. You must have been paying pretty close attention to be counting her bathroom trips, or is that just your thing Michael.(we all have our kinks)

SOunds like she was having a great time, and you got to see the object of your obsession up close and personal again. Must have been almost heaven for you Michael. SO when are you going to send Shelley to the penitentiary Michael? LOL

  49. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe — I drink when I’m at a bar, so it should be expected that I go to the bathroom. Mrs. Lubben claims she no longer drinks.

Second, I was not there at PSK last night (I’m in Scottsdale). The photos and eye-witness reports began streaming to me last night. Independently of one another. So, I did not do the counting, PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE ALL INDEPENDENTLY THOUGHT IT CURIOUS AND NOTABLE ENOUGH TO COMMENT ON HER NUMEROUS TRIPS TO THE JOHN.

However, I did go to a hotel bar with a friend visiting from New York for several hours last night (at the Fairmont Hotel in Scottsdale). We drank that whole time. Since you felt impelled to ask, I went to the toilet once.

I also mention the toilet aspect with regard to Lubben because she disappeared into the Ladies’ toilet during the dinner preceding the Cambridge Union debate she botched FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES. I have seen the video of that debate, and she looks and sounds almost as blotto as she appears in the PSK photos from last night. Again, multiple independent reports from Cambridge — including from university students who have no horse in this race and NO connection to porn — ALL confirm what I’m writing here. What’s the saying? — where there’s smoke there’s fire….

But, of course, you raise the bathroom thing to distract from the real issue here — Lubben’s stunning hypocrisy. A “happily” married Fundamentalist Christian woman, with a family, leaves her husband at home with the kids while she dresses up (have you SEEN the pics?), and goes to a bar, where she parties with porn stars for hours. An anti-porn crusader who claims that “porn is not glamorous” dresses up like a porn star, poses for pictures with porn stars, and then spends hundreds of dollars to acquire A DATE WITH RON JEREMY AT A PORN BENEFIT AUCTION. A self-described “Rebel Prophet” who claims she talks to G-d and Jesus goes and gets her big plastic boob handled and autographed by Ron Jeremy OUTSIDE THE T0ILET OF A BURBANK BAR.

Joe, don’t you ever get tired of being so wrong so often? Nah, you’re undoubtedly quite expert in it by now. But if you are indeed disturbed by what I write, then I guess I must be doing my job.

    Cordially,

    MW

  50. OK Mikee,

Lets just see your imaginary independent review from the now defunct and closed AIM.

WHere else would a pron activist go, Disneyland?

Kind of like when I saked you if you approched Shelley with your camera already running and you said NO. Then you said, I WAITED for her by the oorway I watched her go through and she approced me. LOL you can do the twist better than most Micheal, but you dont fool anybody. And your constant drinking form the industry Kool-Aid pitcher is getting boring.

You seem to know the motivations and economic resources and all sorts of things about anti porn industry people, but when it comes to actually talking about the motives of the industry itself you turn into a dime store lawyer and play dodgeball like a pro.

Looking forward to the imaginaty report in, what did you call it, ‘relatively’ soon. Relative to what, the annual calendar of Saturn? LOL

  51. Michael Whiteacre says:

@Joe – Contrary to your brain dead assumptions, the adult industry is no monolith. It is full of people with myriad motivations, idiosyncracies and foibles.

Perhaps if you were more literate and eloquent you would be able to phrase your questions in a manner which would lead to answers more in line with what you’re seeking. I can only answer the question asked — and only if it’s worth answering.
