Brittany Andrews in Tokyo During Huge Earthquake!

NL_This is Brit in her Hotel room in Japan before all the craziness ensued. Here’s  a report from http://www.tonybatman.com/  I will have an update from Brittany this afternoon…

Tony Batman’s A Entertainment News- We have gotten word that our friend and industry performer/director Brittany Andrews is in Japan and is stuck in the chaos that is happening at this moment.
We have gotten reports from many people but Audrey Bittoni has written that Brittany, after the first 8.9 earthquake was stuck in a hotel stairwell for hours while 2 separate floors of the same hotel were burning with flames and smoke.
We then learned Miss Brittany finally escaped the hotel and made her way to a safer area. After that she passed out for a couple of hours from exhaustion only to be awoken by the latest 6.6 earthquake that just happened.
All of this is just here say and info strung together from texts and twitter updates, but we thought you would like to know.
We want to let Brittany Andrews know she is in our thoughts as are all of the people in this tragedy..
Please keep trying to find the safe place Brittany, we all love you… But no matter how much you scare us, your still not getting my butt..  Come home safe woman…..

Stay in touch. Hope she makes it ok and it would be fascinating to know the details there.

Speaking of tragedies, I came across Brian Surewood’s facebook, and while a lot of people who were never at the scene like to act omniscient about his case, I thought I’d share his message there:

I do not have access to the Internet so my wife Carmen is running this page & keeping me posted.

I am currently doing time in CCI – Tehachapi State Prison for a crime I did not commit. I was not street racing, I was not road raging and I did not slam my brakes in front of the other car to cause him to crash. He lost control of his own vehicle after he tried to go around my right side at an unsafe speed. If I would have slammed my brakes in front of his car like he claims, he would have killed me instead. The guy that hit the parked car lied to take the blame away from himself when he saw the tragedy he caused. One of the witnesses mentioned on the stand that all Ayon did was go around telling the already traumatized bystanders that it was my car that caused him to crash.

I feel very bad for the victims and their family but I did not cause their grief. I was falsely accused of being the perpetrator of a hideous crime. My life and my families life has been ruined too.

I have been driving for 30 years and have never caused an accident. Our judicial court system is a big joke and I have lost complete faith in it. There were a lot of false accusations made against me that were not allowed to be disclosed and discussed in court. I had a completely unfair trial because of who I am and because the judge was married to the head of the District Attorney’s office. I didn’t go to the police station to turn myself in like the media reported. That evening I saw on the news that they were involving me in the accident I had observed through my rear view mirror. I went to the police station to explain that I had nothing to do with it and to explain how Ayon was driving recklessly and they arrested me with a false case built against me based on speculation not facts. Their investigating officer Espino claimed that certain tire marks on the ground belonged to my car yet he never bothered to compare them to my tires. My car has anti-lock brakes that do not leave skid marks like that and they did not match to my tire prints. This fact was proven in court and also dismissed.

If you would like to write me in prison you can do so at the following address:

Please DO NOT send me care packages. I appreciate your thoughtfulness but I’m only allowed one quarterly package every 3 months and I rather fill out the form for the items I will need.

If you would like to put money towards my “books” the information below will tell you how. My CDC # is G55493 and I am in Level 1.

I know the way things generally go: I introduce something that sounds absolutely nutty and it is instantaneously dismissed and not investigated. We’re listening to corporate media tell us about devestation, but what you’re guaranteed NOT to hear is a former Japanese finance minister, Hazel Kakanaka (I think I spelled it right)
who says he handed control of the Japanese finacial system to a group of American and European oligarchs because Japan had been threatened by an earthquake machine. Because the guy who interviewed him leaked this and other information on sites like rense dot com, he was told by the Japanese security police that Niigata City was going to be hit by an earthquake. Two days later, it was. Japan’s largest nuclear reactor was the exact epicenter of two earthquakes, both 6.8 in magnitude.

The latest earthquake was also near a reactor. This is HAARP, folks!

Regarding Brian Surewood’s statement (see above), this reminds me of a stupid young girl who was driving excessively fast on the 101. I was driving behind an 18 wheeler. She was right to my right, sped past me, and attempted to get in front of the 18 wheeler but the lane she was in was ending and merging into the one I was in. Soon her two right wheels were partially on the dirt, she braked and I watched her car roll down the hill and end upside down on the exit lane below (this was about in the Lankershim exit area). I slowed down, stopped on the far right side of the freeway, went down the hill. Someone else dragged her out of the upside down car. She seemed unhurt miraculously and then she yelled that someone hit her. I said out loud to her and within earshot of someone else that no one hit her, I saw the whole thing, and then she started busting up crying. Seeing that she was alright I decided to leave, although I could’ve testified against her.

It would be no stretch to believe the other driver claimed Brian caused him to crash so he wouldn’t take the blame. Because Brian’s in porn he was demonized on t.v. before the trial.

  5. Michael Whiteacre says:

Brian was surely demonized in the media, but he also had given interviews down through the years claiming that he was a violent person who needed to smoke weed to mellow out in order to not hurt people. I’m paraphrasing, but that was the gist of it. That was not great for his defense.

  6. Also, there were 2 street racing crashes that happened a week or so before this one. So when this happened…the mayor of Los Angeles held a press conference and said whoever was responsible would get the book thrown at them. Brian was doomed from the start. Also bad luck and what timing..a woman and her children just happened to be getting in their car. If they were not there…Ayon just wrecks a bunch of cars..and Surewood can do his anal scene with a midget the next day

Some thoughts on what he said on facebook:

    – “That evening I saw on the news that they were involving me in the accident..”I went to the police station to explain that I had nothing to do with it and to explain how Ayon was driving recklessly and they arrested me” That was a bad, puzzling move Brian made. I gotta put some of the blame on the weed. He was so mellow, high and friendly he thought he would go to the cops and talk about what a bad boy Ayon was. A dude in a fucking bandana, long beard, beads, etc. Come on Brian, use some common sense…cops will arrest you just for the way you look. He should have stayed at home, done some bong rips, and watched Pawn Stars.

-“There were a lot of false accusations made against me that were not allowed to be disclosed and discussed in court” Isnt that a good thing? So a false accusation like “Brian street races all the time” is thrown out of court because its not true. Whats wrong with that?

-I thought witnesses saw them racing…maybe not. Anybody know what the other dude, Ayon got for prison time?

Jeremy..the lankershim exit..just past the Toyota building with the manniquins…i was going to apply for a job there just so I could put them in sexual positions in time for the morning commute. Anyway, you were probaly going to the 170 fwy to head into north hollywood for the great american cocksucking championship

Thats horrible if Brian is innocent. I hear he’s lost everything. All his medievel swords, his pipes, man I bet the dude wants a hit of weed so bad.

    Thanks for posting it Jeremy

Even if he said that and in the worst context possible (which I doubt- sounds more so-to-speakish to me- or putting in a context to describe the effects of the dope compared with people who are aggro., etc.), it has nothing to do with the facts about the accident site in question. If they are reaching for his past and life story, that means they are reaching for a fuckin’ case. Case closed on that one!

  8. Michael Whiteacre says:

Jeremy, the issue is not how was sound the argument against him which utilized his past statements, but rather how prejudicial it was. Certainly it sounds as if he may have been railroaded, but that doesn’t make it wise to make such incriminating statements to the press. It seems as if Brian may simply have had really shitty luck.

  9. The one thing that helped me believe that he is indeed guilty is how some of the people I hung out with in the nineties used to act. It was the same deal with, “let’s drive around all crazy and tailgate each other and just act like overall idiots on wheels anytime we drive near each other”.

So even if Bryan was in control, he had a buddy who wasn’t. A Buddy who was driving recklessly on purpose in and around him for what can only seem like personal amusement. It was the same shit my old friends used to pull. It’s called guilt by association.

Same reason you get arrested if you’re hanging out with you drug-dealing buddy and he gets his door kicked in.

Nobody who wasn’t there knows what really happened, but one of my mottos has always been, “you’re only as good as the company you keep”. I doubt this Ayon guy never pulled this shit before, and Bryan probably knew what he was getting into every time he walked in a bar, or more personally, got in a car with, or beside this apparently out of control individual. If he didn’t hang out with idiots, he’d be free right now.

  10. jeremysteele11 says:

This is not supposed to be about who you hang out with or idiotic and irrelevant associations. As far as I know, he didn’t make any incriminating statements in regards to the specific cite of the accident. A bunch of bigots decided for political reasons to judge him for his looks, his profession and something he allegedly said (most likely taken out of context), to make those assholes look like they’re really doing their job for once, when in fact they’re not. Even if he said he likes to go drag racing and has road rage on a daily basis that doesn’t prove he was guilty in regards to that specific incident. You need real evidence.. or are supposed to have that. A guy can be a kleptomaniac but if you don’t have evidence you can’t convict on a specific thievery, unless you care about human life as little as that Ayon guy did. In the end it all comes down to human indifference, which was the problem to begin with that lead to this tragedy! You remember the grandstanding before this trial began. Pure prejudice!

  11. Michael Whiteacre says:

You’re absolutely right, Jeremy, that what you described is the way it’s supposed to work, hypothetically, in a perfect world. But jurors and judges are human beings and are susceptible to all sorts of things — even things that are not on the record. Yes, the jury pool was probably prejudiced — that’s part of my point.

But information like that, or should I day, evidence about such matters, and testimony about such matters usually comes in (quite properly) because of the approach the defense takes:

If you make your supposedly “peaceful” nature a part of your defense, and/or when your credibility relies upon the veracity of the testimony you’ve given, it may be rebutted with evidence to the contrary. I don’t know for sure what approach his defense attorney(s) took, but there are plenty of ways to get evidence of the type you’re railing against admitted.

It could have been used to impeach his credibility. Maybe it was not used in court at all — I don’t know. My point is simply that it’s extremely unwise to make such admissions as having a violet nature in published interviews. You never know when it will come back and bite you on the ass — either by having to face it in court OR by it tainting the jury pool OR by it providing political foes another tool against you.

  12. jeremysteele11 says:

Judges and jurors are all too often nitwits manipulated by devilish mind games, theatric(k)s and politics.

  13. jeremysteele11 says:

… or perhaps at the end of the day, their minds are too scrambled and they don’t give a fuck anymore. The best lawyers smack people in the face with facts. I don’t know the details of the case but perhaps the defense didn’t do their job, or maybe the judge was an idiot and/or political, if what Brian’s saying is true… A good lawyer will emphasize key points, hammer them into their heads. If there were different tire marks or something that would’ve exonerated him, why was it thrown out?

  14. If I am not mistaken, Brian copped a GUILTY plea in order to have the more serious charges dropped.
Perhaps the defense didnt do their job, or maybe the judge was an idiot,,,OR JUST MAYBE JEREMY Brian was guilty and took the best deal he could get,

ALL this bullshit about how he was vilified for being a porn performer, I never saw it. Yes, articles in the paper mentioned it, simply becuase its a fact. Can anyone cite one single article that vilified him for being porn? And Brians ex=wifes claims that Brian was trying to ‘get away from’ this 19 year old is just a bit hard to swallow when the eyewitnesses have said that Brian drove past the other car(how did he go past him from behind if he was trying to get away).

Two kids dead, a lady with her leg amputated, and he gets only 11 years with time off for good behavior? He should stay in prison until that lady’s leg grows back, and those children come back to life.

  15. http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-33053.html‎

They both copped pleas and Brian even admitted to the additional charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

ABSOLUTELY not one single bit of “jury prejudice” or jucdicial misconduct of any kind.

Will you guys stop at nothing to defend anything that is in any way related to the porn industry, or make excuses for anyone in the industry as ‘victims’ of prejudice against anybody in porn? THey both plead guilty and got the same punishment. Nothing more than two total fucking assholes, acting like the assholes that they are, killing and maiming people with their pathetic juvenile behavior, now crying that THEY werent treated fairly. Give us a fucking break,,and brians ex-wife, what a pathetic piece of garbage, actually making public statements that Brian was INNOCENT. Un fucking real.

They should stand both of these guys between two parked cars and have someone speed into the back of them.

  16. The two cowards, oops, I mean assholes, oops I mean defendants plead no contest. Didnt even have the guts, to admit that they killed two people and maimed another. Just another spit in the face of the surviving family members.

They ae both pathetic asswipes, but Brian was a 44 year old man playing Speed Racer on the public streets. Pathetic.

And then this asshole Brian has the audacity to ask for donations to his “Prison Account” ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

  17. jeremysteele11 says:

He might have struck a plea because he couldn’t afford a defense or “dream team”. I don’t know all the details, but they were fishing for shit about his character which shows they were trying to paint this ridiculous picture that is supposed to show he was destined to be involved in killing someone. Uh-huh. Either there’s evidence at the scene and case closed, or they have to do this investigative character sketch and such. Pah-leez!

  18. Jerry, by a “Bunch of bigots” do you mean the four eyewitnesses who testified at the preliminary hearing of seeing these two speeding , cutting in and out of traffic, for several blocks before the “accident” and hitting thier brakes and causing the accident.

And then AFTER the preliminary hearing, and AFTER hearing the evidence against them, they BOTH plead guilty to lesser charges t asve themselves from REAL jailtime. And 11 years is NOTHING compared to what they would have gotten.

Jeremy, how did those bigot WITNESSES know that Brian was a porn ‘star?’

  19. jeremysteele11 says:

Like I said, I don’t know all the details. Surewood said he wasn’t speeding. I’m talking about the character sketch. If they had evidence without that then they didn’t need it.

  20. Talk about hijacking a thread… Isn’t this supposed to be about Britany Andrews in Japan?

  21. Jeremy, the ONLY thing Brian said in COURT was “I plead no contest.” And he ADMITTED to leaving the scene of an accident. Then he was given his sentence. He never testified at the preliminary hearing, and there was no trial.

Brian can say all he wants to his friends or to the press, but when it came down to facing the facts he copped a plea. After that he should keep his fucking mouth shut unless he is saying he is sorry for killing children, maiming their mother, and destroying a family. THOSE ARE THE ONLY
FUCKING ‘DETAILS’ ANYONE NEEDS TO KNOW!!!

Instead this fucking lowlife asks for contributions to his prison fund so he can buy Twinkees and Top Ramen at the prison comisary. May this piece of human garbage rot in hell.

  22. jeremysteele11 says:

I already said Joe that perhaps Brian copped a plea because he couldn’t afford the fee to fight it.
