FSC Warns of Heath Department’s Intrusion on Your Rights

LA County Health Demands Blood Test from Performer  http://www.freespeechcoalition.com/index.php

The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) has been informed that agents of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) have on at least one occasion, appeared at the home of an adult industry performer and demanded that the model immediately provide a blood sample. The LACDPH agents offered no court order or other lawful justification for this shocking intrusion into fundamental civil rights.

Although the Free Speech Coalition cannot provide legal advice, we urge any person to seek legal counsel before consenting to such lawless violations of medical privacy and Fourth Amendment rights.

This is not the first time that the L.A. County Department of Public Health reportedly has acted as if it had legal authority for an action, when in reality it had none.

In another incident, agents reportedly claimed to have authority from the U.S. Justice Department to seize 2257 records; authority that has not been documented and is almost certainly false.

“You are not a serf living under the whims and dictates of a feudal Los Angeles County Department of Public Health,” said attorney and FSC Board Chair Jeffrey Douglas. “You can and should ask for a written list of any demand and the authority for those demands. Know your rights and protect yourself.”

This reminds me of Uncle Tom Obama’s Freedom Medal given to George Bush, Senior (anyone other than TravisW should be shocked and outraged!). This is a total violation of human rights, but what else is new?. Presidents swear when they take office to protect the Constitution. These monkey presidents are all guilty of treason!

Isn’t anyone gonna argue with me on this one? 🙁 I guess everyone remembers the “Rednecks for Obama” and like campaigns last election. Bush was so universally hated, but look what our current President keeps re-assuring us of: that he’s a sell-out and that he’s owned.

  3. jeremysteele11 says:

Ok, I’ve figured out this equation.

Whether you vote for one corporate controlled political party or the other in a two party system, the formula is more or less:

    🙂 = 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 😛 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁 , etc.

In other words, one’s excessive joy is dependant upon many’s excessive misery… Who are you working for? The ones with the most contributions, etc.

And either way, its gonna get worse because that’s the game plan of the puppetmeisters who control both parties of puppets.

    Any questions?

  4. My how fast we turn on the “chosen one “

  5. What the fuck is it with white dudes calling black folk “Uncle Tom”?! You can’t say that shit. You don’t know what it is to be black–who the fuck are you to say who’s black and who’s not?

  6. jeremysteele11 says:

What’s wrong with you, Origen? Uncle Tom = a black man who obsequiously works for the white master. Obama’s preacher is the racist Jeremiah Wright who says “God Damn America”. Obama hates this country which is why he has no problem selling it out. Some even claim he wasn’t even born here, which makes it easier. The fact that he thanked Bush Jr. for his work as President and gave war criminal Bush Sr. a “Freedom Award” proves my point. This kind of behavior supports the argument that Obama has no right to call himself black, either. War criminal Henry Kissinger gave Obama his first job in Washington, which says it all. Being black doesn’t mean you’re gonna help blacks. Look at Condoleeza Rice.

  7. jeremysteele11 says:

And btw, Travis, I knew Obama was a sellout before he became President. He said prior to becoming President that he supported most of Bush’s post 9/11 policies, and if you think we’re in Afghanistan to liberate them, keep dreamin. There’s opium in thar hills… and pipelines.

“the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event––like a new Pearl Harbor” – Project for a New American Century, September, 2000.

  8. Fuck you, Jeremy. Obama, my president, is a REAL black man. He’s fucking gangsta and he doesn’t need his masculinity or his racial heritage mocked by uneducated clowns who never held any power in life.

  9. jeremysteele11 says:

He’s gangsta alright… he’s with the same ol’ gangstas who’ve been behind the scenes in Washington for years… gangstas who be pulling all kindsa nasty shit, robbing and raping, killin’ and fucking up millions of lives… talk about a home invasion x billions!

I saw a photo of then President Gerald Ford in the White House being flanked by Rumsfeld and Cheney. Anyone wondering why these types are always around?

  10. pfffftt….I’m sorry but you don’t know what you’re talking about Jeremy. And now you’re coming out with borderline racist shit? Do you ACTUALLY know what it’s like to be called an Uncle Tom? Its an attack on our manhood and would most likely spark a violent reaction.

You studied political science? You have no sense for how Washington works or the nature of US public policy so you make blanket statements like anyone in a position of power is out to screw America.

Grow up. Read a book (the Federalist Papers, Polsby, Jacobson, Mayhew, and Huntington are good places to start). Try and figure out what’s going on in government so you could at least give your theories some substance. But I’m talking to a wall. You have no respect for the concept of learning from others…

  11. jeremysteele11 says:

Bullshit, Origen. I’m not dissing blacks, in general. Ralph Nader was on CNN while Obama was running for President and brought up the very question: Would he do the things as he’s promising or will he be an uncle tom? That’s how Obama represents himself when he thanks the Bushes for jobs well done. Well done, as in over-cooked/burnt?

I don’t want to repeat myself. I think Condoleeza could be likened to Uncle Tom’s wife. Call her Aunta Conda because it sounds much like “Anaconda”, the giant snake that she is. There is no language yet invented to adequately describe someone who betrays their “own” people.

I like how Obama comes across but that’s what he’s good at and was hired to do.

  12. As much as I dislike the policy positions of Justice Clarence Thomas, Condoleeza Rice, JC Watts, or even Michael Steele–all of those folks are 100% BLACK. In America, there has always been the supremacy of the “one drop rule”. If a person has at least ONE DROP of black blood in their family history, they are considered black. You can thank Jim Crow for that concept.

Why does the “one drop rule” matter? Its because of the continued prevalence of white supremacists and institutional racism. ALL BLACKS who live in America are forced to struggle against these forces of prejudice. No matter what they do in life, they do not need to prove their racial status because they’ll always be persecuted for their appearance. Due to the nature of collective experience every black person automatically deserve solidarity among the black community on the front of defending their blackness.

Besides, the “Uncle Tom” status is one that dates back to slavery. Its pernicious variant, “house-nigga”, is one that was established by white slave masters in order to divide the slaves. House-slaves was purposely emasculated so that they would be more inclined to expose slave revolts and escapes from those slaves who did manual labor.

Now white people who control the entertainment industry are using the same tactics to divide black people. Any black man who gets an education or is against gangs, or who works for law enforcement is somehow not black enough. Can you believe how much shit Warner Brothers gave Rick Ross over his stint as a corrections officer? They almost were unwilling to support his record label because they we concerned that his law enforcement past would ruin his image.

    Enough of that shit!

  13. Shit, my comment went to moderation. But you’re fucking wrong, Jeremy. Every black person suffers at the hand of racism. Due to that nature of that fact, every black person is 100% black. Google “One Drop Rule”.

  14. And WB was completely wrong about Rick Ross. Teflon Don was one of the hottest selling hip-hop albums of 2010. Obviously his “uncle tom” past wasn’t an issue…

  15. jeremysteele11 says:

    You’re misunderstanding my point, O-Man.

The same racist people who push eugenics are Obama’s friends and controllers.

I would amend your “every black person is 100% black” comment to “We are all niggas now” in the eyes of the ruling elite, that means you and me, race regardless.

  16. jeremysteele11 says:

I don’t think O.J. was black, either. He lived in a white neighborhood, had a white wife. He wasn’t contributing to the places he came from, like Jim Brown. My point is likewise, I think Condi Rice was whitewashed when she sold out to work for the Bushes.

What is proper language in your opinion to express the “frustration” seeing black people sell out to get high office jobs? Please tell me what limits I have with my vocabulary? I know some blacks feel a right of exclusivity when it comes to certain words, as if whites can only have one meaning behind the word, whereas a black can have multiple meanings. I can only beg for you to expand your imagination and see that there are people who are empathic, who can feel and understand others, regardless of race. Do I really need to be the same race as you to understand you, your feelings, etc? If that’s the case I might as well not even try to educate myself because there is no way I could ever know what being fucked with or disrespected feels like…

  17. Its not about what words you use, Jeremy. It about the concept that a black person could sell-out his own race. How do you define a black person selling out? Living in a white neighborhood? What, black people can’t live in an upscale neighborhood with the top schools? Next you gonna tell me a black person driving a Royce is selling out…

Marrying a white woman makes you a sellout to your race? WTF?

  18. jeremysteele11 says:

No I was talking loosely and non-seriously with the O.J. reference, whilst still trying to make a point. Obviously, I failed to make that point with you.

I still think Obama is a you-know-what, selling out to you-know-who, and I’m not talking about what neighborhood he lives in or who he sleeps with.

A real black man in my opinion would have the Bushes on trial with a possible fate for them awaiting similar to King Louis XVI or Saddam Hussein.

A real black man knows what injustice and humiliation feels like. So then why are the Bushes praised and rewarded? What should we call Obama for praising and rewarding traitors?

(btw, there’s still a comment of mine on moderation up there)

  19. Let me use an analogy to illustrate the offensiveness of labeling black people sellouts. Its like me saying that porn actors like Joanna Angel, James Deen, Bree Olson, and Sarah Vandella are NOT Jewish because they don’t keep kosher. Didn’t Bree Olson’s grandparents suffer under the Nazis? Who am I to say she isn’t Jewish?

  20. Again, I don’t agree with EVERY black person’s policy perspective. I am quite disgusted with the positions of Clarence Thomas. But still, he is a black man. He has suffered racism and oppression–he just has a different method in combating it that I vehemently disagree with.

  21. jeremysteele11 says:

Blackness is a way of being. You’re just focused on the genetic aspect, which doesn’t concern me. Not because I don’t care, but because I do. I am not skin deep.

And you don’t think Mr. Thomas is a sell-out? Can’t one suffer offenses and oppressions and still be a sell-out?

  22. Let me give you another example. A lot of people criticized Michael Steele and a lot of people tried to label him as an Uncle Tom because he was an active leader in the GOP. But the man just has a different outlook than a lot of black people. He’s not “selling out”–he just wanted to make the GOP more diverse. Look what happened to him after the Republicans earned their biggest Congressional gains in the past 50+ years. The majority white GOP fired his ass–and said he was off-color, off-message, fiscally irresponsible, morally suspect and all this other psuedo-racist bullshit that wasn’t true.

With Michael Steele, you have a black man working for change (although many black would not like his viewpoint) only to be crushed by the white majority. How the fuck does that make him a sellout?!

  23. jeremysteele11 says:

I don’t know Origen, you tell me. Black Republican just doesn’t sound right to me… in fact putting those two words together feels like beer mixing with wine… I think both Republicans and Democrats are sellouts, but I wouldn’t ascribe the deep meaning you would to such a statement, and I won’t lose any sleep at night for saying it.

By the way, I would just like to say I happen to hate almost all white sauces. I’m not making this up. I absolutely hate mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch, blue cheese, unflavored (plain) yogurt and eggs. All these things are white and make me throw up, but I swear I am not against white things, altogether. Some of my best friends are white. I also like horseradish which is white, so I guess I’m alright.

  24. I disagree with Clarence Thomas’ judicial philosophy but I wouldn’t go as far to say he’s trying to intentionally screw black people.

I dislike the way the left tries to discredit him like he’s the most fanatical justice on the Supreme Court. Scalia is to the right of Thomas and there is no widespread mockery of him as there is of Thomas. Why? Because Scalia is “a-fuckin’ Italian”–he’s just flexing his balls. Clarence Thomas, on the other hand, is a sellout.

Lemme tell you something else. As much as I find sexual harrasment despicable, the high-level professional workplace of the 70s-80s (and even today–don’t kid yourself) was dominated by adversity towards women. You think the way Thomas allegedly treated Anita Hill was out of the ordinary? Almost EVERY boss in Washington treated their female employees that way (and some bosses still do. Ever watch “Entourage”? Google Ari Emmanuel). The press was just going after Thomas because he was Republican (the story was discovered by Nina Tottenberg) but the story unquestionably had a longer lasting stigma effect on Thomas than his white counterparts.

  25. Is that your way of backing down? Ok. I’ll take what I can get…

  26. JEREMY feels your pain . he feels . therefore he’s a better person . combined that with he distrusts everything and everybody. I wont say he hates everything and everybody because a morally superior being doesn’t hate.

  27. jeremysteele11 says:

For anyone sick of facebook there’s a site called hatebook dot com. It’s got some interesting haters. Here’s one:

“i hate how this generation of teens thinks its cool to have diseases. so many girls at my school go around saying “oh im add oh im ocd oh im bipolar” and im like no your not your just stupid ignorant and attention seeking. whats next, is it gonna be cool to have aids now?”

  28. Origen, thanks for clearing up the real definition of “house nigga'” for me. I use that term all the time as a short excuse to not go places with people. I always thought that it was slang for a person that doesn’t leave the house. They’ll be like, “hey, Dave’s having a party on Saturday” and I’ll be like, “you know me, I’m a house nigga”!
