I don’t who it is offhand yet, but I can pass along one clue right away. A TinEye search for this image brought up a posting on a Russian forum full of pics of porn stars. On looking closer at those pics on the forum, the ones I recognized were from the 2010 AVN con… so I suspect this image is from there as well.
