In addition to the most recent reported transmission of HIV within the industry, Los Angeles County’s Department of Public Health is aware of an ongoing and pervasive sexually transmitted disease crisis in LA’s pornography industry, a fact that is well documented. DPH has cited numerous figures confirming an STD epidemic among performers in adult films, including the fact that performers in hardcore pornography are ten times more likely to be infected with a sexually transmitted disease than members of the population at large.
The Los Angeles Times, American Medical Association, American Public Health Association and California STD Controllers Association all support mandatory condom use in adult films.
Dr. Fielding, what are you waiting for to protect adult film workers and the public’s health?

Ahhh….that would be the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, of cours, not the AIM Healthcare organization. AIM is the agency that AHF wants to basically destroy in their mission to jam condoms and dental dams and goggles and other means down the throats and up the asses of performers.

Mandatory condom use on all porn sets will more or less kill the industry.
This whole campaign reeks, besides couldnt they just move to a nearby county or are those counties too “moral”. Get Dr Fielding to back mandatory testing for gay performers instead, maybe that would have stopped rent boy Cameron. He ever answer whether he was a fruit hustler and also if he was did he use condoms on his tricks. Those questions would be pertinent for a polygraph. AHF is looking for money.
AHF makes millions and millions per year. Business major Weinstein is rich. They are NOT a non-profit organization. Their agenda is self-serving, and serving the Big Pharm which in return gave them 174 million dollars just last year, alone.
