While there are an increased amount of oral cancer cases due to the one strand of HPV (the same one that causes cervical, penile, anal, and other vaginal cancers), the vast majority of oral cancers are caused by tobacco and heavy alcohol use. The number of HPV related oral cancer cases is around 6000. While a high number, compare it to breast, lung, prostate, and ovarian cancers.

I don’t know if its about the change. There hasn’t been mass enforcement of the regulation for a reason. Lets not be hypocritical here. Total enforcement of a condom only mandate would mean the end of Adult in the US and would effectively be a prohibitory governmental stance on pornography. If we try feeding starving Africans we will help them, instead we give them toxic drugs, not food, so they can add to the world wide AIDS myth, so foundations can keep bleeding our hearts and pocketbooks. I still have the same views, Joe. That’s a whole other issue. Regardless of my views on HIV and AIDS, gays, if they believe HIV causes AIDS and will kill you, are incredibly irresponsible relying upon condoms and not getting tested, especially since it’s very prevalent in their community.
