Lindsay Lohan is off to serve her sentence in jail at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California. She is sentenced to 90 days in jail and then 90 days in rehab. According to the online Gossip sites, Lindsay is expected to serve about two weeks in jail. The reason for her jail time is missing her court ordered education classes and not showing up to an important hearing. The original charges were drug & driving related. I guess her starring role in the Linda Lovelace movie had been postponed, lol.

The judge has issued his ruling on where Janine & Jesse’s daughter will live. The daughter will move to Texas with Jesse and that will be her primary residence. The daughter will spend the rest of the summer here with Janine.
