NL- I talked to Lisa Ann on Twitter and she mentioned in some tweets that Lee Network owed her over $20,000 and was not paying her. I asked her for some details about that, and I also wanted to know what she did with her agency. The story below is only the opinion of LIsa Ann. I contacted Derek Hay since he was mentioned in the story. His response is below. I contacted The Lee Network also, but did not yet receive a response from them.

ALSO, lets not forget the competition, How can one compete in business when your competition does not play fairly. I did not and would not book "privates".. I don’t illegally cash talent checks, i don’t make talent to do things they don’t want to, and i don’t lie to production companies. So at that point, it gets kinda tough… Leave it at that! I have passed my talent to VangardTalent.com run by darby, who used to be an employee of Direct Models. I have know darby for years and grew to really respect him when he took Derek hay, the Owner of LA Direct Models to court for unfair work conditions.
in 2008 i took on a partnership with The Lee Network to help out Tony Lee after a split with his previous agents. At the last minute it became a partnership with Tony Lee and Derek Hay ( yup its still Boys Town in the business and i don’t think Tony Lee was comfortable having a woman as his sole partner)… BUT Tony Lee and Derek Hay were perfectly fine having me front all the money for the company bills, advertising and employee. In 2009 after a dispute with Derek Hay, i was told i was no longer a partner and the office and books would now be run out of LA Direct Models. At this point i had put in about 25,000. of my own money. During this time The Lee Network was still collecting commission from me when i was Feature Dancing and made me an offer to raise my commission, but allow ME to keep half of the commission to begin to offset my debt. So i am at that point now Dancing off my own loan from them. We finally agreed on also paying me $500 a month to pay off the debt. After 6 month of NO payments i left the Lee Network as a Feature Dancer, and went full time with A LIST Features, who i am VERY happy with.. BUT then i was told by Derek Hay "since you rode off into the sunset with our competitor, you will be getting no more payments of $500, you can just write it off as a bad investment" … that was that. That was April 9th of 2010. That money i loaned The Lee Network also affected ,y financial security at Lisa Ann’s Talent Management, since i borrowed the money from one Agency to another.
NOW we are here, and they are both aware i have my documents in order and am prepared to sue. Oddly on June 18th i received a check dated June 8th for $500. in the note section of the check from LA Direct Models/ The Lee Network the check said Jan 2010 payment. So obviously admitting you are 6 months late on a payment is somewhat acceptable to The Lee Network, not to me, or my lawyer, This should be a pretty easy case, just time consuming and expensive, but out of principal, worth it.
Last weekend i had my last Booking thru the Lee Network, it was booked over 6 months ago, and unlike them, i stick to my commitments, when i went to get paid, the club had a different contract than the one i signed, theirs wasnt signed at all by me, and the commission amount i was charge was more than i agreed on, so again The Lee network took more money from me.
the ad part here is this, The Lee Network put food on my table for years, when they were struggling, the only right thing to do would be to help. i was wrong, the silver lining in this is A LIST FEATURES is getting me better bookings, treating me very well, and i am winning more Awards than ever, so it helps them in booking me.
There is no other choice than to take The Lee Network to court, unless they would come to their senses and just pay. BUT that thought is just comedy!!

Derek Hay Responds– Thank you to the editor for the opportunity to respond, – one should always remember there are two sides to every story, It is a shame that Lisa Ann chooses to air ‘dirty laundry’ in public – I do not choose to do the same.
However, for the record Ms Ann was at no time a partner in the Lee Network, nor has LADirect Models accepted any monies from nor repaid any monies to, Ms Ann.
I have to call bullshit on this story for a few reasons.
1 – I know several models that were with her “agency”. They were all over 30 and had great bodies. Lisa never actively promoted any of them. Each one said that Lisa was more interested in getting hired for scenes then for getting girls work. Lisa Ann was hired as female talent for Reality Kings and Brazzers on almost a weekly basis. One particular MILF had to contact Reality Kings and Brazzers on her own. She got hired for a few different scenes. If Lisa was actively promoting her while did this girl have to seek work on her own?
2 – I’d love to hear what the $25,000 was for. What costs did this agency have? Most of the girls listed on her website were poached from other talent agencies. Also, Derek and Lisa both troll modeling websites like onemodelplace and sexyjobs for new girls. Both also have this policy of only paying people for referrals after the girl has been hired 3 to 5 times. A list of producers can be found in the free AVN adult directory. Seriously what expenses are there? She needs to explain that $25,000 supposed investment.
3 – Everyone knows these agencies make most of their money from privates and escorting. Lee Bang and Sophie “Lets get married for my green card” Dee and their ValleyBabes agency, Lisa Ann, Derek and ATM models all are fronts. A few “hobbyists” have taken the time to set up websites that make then appear like producers but sites like TonyBonexxx.com, Joepusher.com, westcoastgangbangs.com and others exist only to get the guys laid. They dont generate revenue and they dont advertise or get traffic. These guys all hire girls from the model agencies.
4 – Who on earth makes money dancing anymore? What exactly does Lee Network do? Book dancing gigs? Anyone with a computer and internet access can generate a database with every single strip club telephone number. Why would someone who run a modeling agency need to book dancing gigs thru someone else? Just have someone on staff call every club in the database and book gigs. Lee Network has been around for years. Why would they need a partner for anything. Again, a computer and internet access is all you need to run a dancing agency. You can make free calls using Google Voice so your total overhead is about $65 for broadband internet.
The boys(Derek, Tony Lee and others) are not going to say anything so why doesnt Lisa Ann just be honest and straight forward for once? I mean she lied to her talent for a long time, promoted herself above them, nickel and dimed the talent when they did work and now she wants to tell HALF to story and have us feel sorry for her? Yeah right.
Spill the beans and lay EVERYTHING out on the table. We are not dumbasses so dont treat us as such. You owe it to girls like Kendra Secrets and others to be honest.
So, what has happend to LATATA? Did anyone ever really think that the likes of Derek and Joel could actually pull off something like creating a real ‘trade association?” These two guys couldnt run a lemonade stand on the Newport beach baordwalk,,,then again, most agency owners in the adult biz couldnt run that same lemonade stand without hiring someone to do the actual work.
I could never quite figure out why ANY porn star would chose to be REPRESENTED by her in the first place, or what her appeal is. She has the fakest injection filled ass in the business next to Daphne Rosen, but of course would never admit it and would just lie and say it’s due to exercise and diet. Uh, right. Fuck you Lisa Ann, you’re just another porn whore.
This is all testimony why Uncle Jimmy is/was the man, too good for this business as it runs now.

Rick, there’s NO doubt Lisa Ann gets or has gotten ass injections. I have seen several of her scenes where the close up shots are irrefutable. I am VERY attuned to female physiques that change over time due to being close friends with several yound ladies who are videos girls. I know the difference between an ass developed through diet and excercise and one manufactured through chemical means. And Lisa’s is as fake as they come.
I have to say that LATM in all fairness got me more work in the very short time that I was with them, then My other two agents got me in the last 3 years combined.
I can’t speak as a female talent, but many black male stars are gonna be hurtin now that she has gone. God knows that the likes of derek Hay and other will not even given a second look or a fair shot to the displaced black male or female talent for that matter.
I can do nothing but thank Lisa Ann for the work her and her staff got for me, and honestly unless you people know the cats she is refering to, then maybe you should reserve some judgement because her story wreaks of the type of shit that goes down in the industry.

I when I first called LATM and asked if they would be interested in repping me, she was excited and I had the paper work inside 10 minutes sittin in my e-mail.. i felt bad when I quit doing IR cause it cost her money and that I do really regret… She has been nothin but cool to me and I wish her the best in whatever she decides to persue
I never read this shit, but I google my website and this link came up. Whoever that is that’s running your mouth about my website doesn’t know what they are talking about. I’ve never hired a girl from an agency. Not even once. I’ve shot over 600 pov scenes with girls that I recruited myself.
