Thanks for the opportunity to respond. The scene with Mariah Milano and Justin Slayer was shot on March 19, 2007. The scene appeared in the movie titled "Booty I Like #3" on May 25th 2007. I have attached ‘page 2’ of the actual model release agreement where she initialed & agreed to the amount of $2,300.00 for the boy/girl shoot with Justin Slayer.
After we finished the shoot, at no time did Mariah (nor her agent) ever contact me to express any concern regarding the check we wrote her on March 19th 2007.
I continued to work the talent agency with no problems. I first learned of her issues regarding the amount we paid her through a message board called "Adultdvdtalk" on September 10, 2009.
In an effort to address her concerns, I contacted her via email.
Below I have provided a copy of the e-mails Mariah & I exchanged starting on September 10th 2009 as a record of my effort to resolve this issue in an amicable manner.
NL- I saw this whole page with Mariah’s real name on the top. i also saw their back & forth emails with HJ trying to end their relationship cordially and offering to donate money to charity. I asked HJ- "Do you know why you two agreed to change the amount from $3500 to $2300? " I’ll let you know what I hear back.

There is no way mariah is worth 2300 or 3500 just for a simple boy/girl scene. That goes for any porn girls. Only chicks getting gangbanged should be getting that. She is not a big name so she should be getting a standard 900 – 1000 a scene at most. She should have been happy with that 2300 because it isn’t worth it. But i will say HJ and slayer should pay her(if true) just for being idiotic enough to even offer her that much.

Maybe I’m not worth $3500 but that’s what they fucking offered me and agreed to until the day of the shoot. How convenient that the $3500 is scratched out and the $2300 is written in. They did that shit AFTER I initialed the scene amount, not before.
Did HJ post the emails of him saying, “hey, if it’s the money that’s the issue I’ll send you a check, just tell me where to send it” then saying he’ll donate it charity then him saying his friend’s wife needs the money in New York? I highly doubt it. I can post those emails for you if you’d like. I’ll put my money where my mouth is.

everyone does things differently. some companies video tape you signing your release and make you hold up a copy of the days newspaper to prove the date as well as make a statement that you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
I have initialed scene rates probably 50 times in my 12 years doing movies so that it shows everyone agreed with the rate of pay, as all paperwork is done prior to the shooting of the scene. it’s pretty standard with many producers.
The charity thing I don’t understand. If you owe her the money, then pay her. You only hear of people working for the fee going to charity when celebrities are on reality shows and the prize goes to charity. But this is porn! If you owe her the money, then pay her.
