Sounds like Sharon is keeping things going – albeit barely…

  2. The Colonel says:

Yes Cindi, please post Pink Cross and AIDS Health Care Foundation’s tax returns as well as any other documents on them, for instance a list of the individuals and organizations that donate money to Shelly Lubben and Co, and breakdown of how she spends that money (i.e. how much is being paid to ex-porn performers who join Pink Cross, how much is being spent on lobbying which by the law non-profit organizations are prohibited to do, etc.)

Such information will speak for itself, and will further reveal the sinister identity and motives of Shelly Lubben and Co. Then people can look at the information and draw their conclusions.

How bout PAWs tax returns too. Cant believe I missed this gem:

    X. Be Loyal To Your Original Agent
He is the person that helps your career with advice, contacts with companies, gets you the auditions, books your road trips and gives you a shoulder to cry on. Do not back stab him or treat him badly. He is an indispensable rung in your climb to the top of the ladder. Cherish the input. He gets you in the doors that you need. Once you’re in the door, your assets will do the rest. Treat your agent as you want him to treat you.

Someone ever show this to the Earl? Margold must have written this piece of garbage.

I think you’re reading something off of Reagen Senter, Larry.

  5. Larry Horse says:

Think he even has a computer? I see him as the kind of guy using the computer at the local library. Maybe that’s why he wears those big sweaters.

  6. jeremiahsteele says:

He’s got a computer. I met my psycho ex Eden Rae through him after he called me out of the blue once and got me some cool gigs as talent. He’s the skeleton in a lot of girls’ closet, but all in all I think he’s harmless, or “mostly harmless”, as Douglas Adams put it.

  7. Line 9..Program sevice revenue $2,145,722…That is 2 million dollars out of performers pockets to pay for tests.

Line 8 Contributions and Grants 187,000.oo That is all the other donations combined. Less than 10%. As you can see, producers give very little tto AIM

Two million dollars of performer money to pay costs that employers should be paying.
    FOLLOW THE MONEY

  8. jeremiahsteele says:

You sure sound like a disgruntled ex-AIM employee, Joe. And if you’re not S, as an insider told me, then why don’t you tell us who you really are?

  9. NL- Thank you Shelley, I will look up these and report on them.

Shelley writes- Hey guys, to help you, I made an account for you to login and verify IRS 990 Tax Returns for Non-profit organizations who directly reach out to and serve the adult film industry. One organization brought in $1,000,000.

Non-profit organizations who directly reach out to the adult film industry are:

    AIM – http://www.aim-med.org

    PAW Foundation – ? – http://www.pawfoundation.org/pawhome.htm

Free Speech Coalition Inc – http://www.freespeechcoalition.com

    Pink Cross Foundation – http://www.thepinkcross.org

    XXXChurch – http://www.xxxchurch.com

Valley Bible Fellowship Church in Bakersfield, runs the Naked Truth Booth – ? – http://www.vbf.org

    JC’s Girls – ? – http://www.jcsgirls.com

    Hookers For Jesus – ? – http://www.hookersforjesus.org

    Treasures – ? – http://www.iamatreasure.com

Beauty From Ashes International – http://www.beautyfromashes.org

Organizations with question marks may or may not be a legally registered non-profit with the IRS OR are not reporting their income to the IRS. Visit some their web sites to see donation button but no information about their non-profit status.

If anybody knows of any others, please list them here. It would great for everyone to read over tax returns of all non-profit corporations who are offering services to the adult film industry or raising money in the name of porn stars.

Keep in mind that some of the non-profit organizations listed above also do other outreach to other communities. For example, reaching out to people who are addicted to pornography or reaching out to adult industry workers who aren’t in the adult film industry. It’s important to read mission statements of non-profits.

To read Pink Cross Foundation 990 Tax Returns please visit http://www.thepinkcross.org/page/financial-reports

    Our mission:

Pink Cross Foundation is a faith-based IRS approved 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to reaching out to adult industry workers offering emotional, financial and transitional support. We largely focus on reaching out to the adult film industry offering support to women and men. Pink Cross Foundation also reaches out to those struggling with pornography offering education and resources to recover.

Pink Cross Foundation also works to combat community deterioration due to pornography and prostitution through attempts to educate legislation in order to enforce health and safety laws within the pornography industry, to protect adult industry workers from sexually transmitted diseases and other job-related abuses, to ameliorate the secondary negative effects of pornography on the general public and to toughen laws to protect children from accessing online pornography.

    Hope this helps!

Joe, that 2mil for testing is AIM alone, dont forget Talent Testing Services in Florida and performers who use their own doctors or other services…cause they are not in California or Florida.

  11. joe know, you are assuming that aim’s only source of revenue is from performer. while this could be true, it is not a fact because you dont have any info as to how aim makes all it’s money.

with the contribution money of $187,000; that doesnt mean that producers gave very little money to aim. it means that they “contributed” very little to aim. they could be paying for services which would fall under revenue (line 9).

i personally think the expenses should be split between producer and performer. it is the performers responsibility not to infect his/her fellow coworkers. likewise it is the producer’s responsibility to check that he has a safe working environment.

it’s sad that more established performers dont try and fix this system. obviously, someone like jeremy is not going to be able to do anything because he needs the work. but some of the bigger names might be able to accomplish something.

how much are the workers at AIM making? does anyone have a more detailed breakdown of expenses?

  12. jeremiahsteele says:

“it’s sad that more established performers dont try and fix this system. obviously, someone like jeremy is not going to be able to do anything because he needs the work”.

Whatchoo talkin’ about Penisman? I believe your abstract analysis contains a bit of insult.

“Accomplish something”. Wow! Why didn’t I think of that?

  13. no insult to you jeremy. just you do not have enough clout to change anything. i was just using you as an example because you are very outspoken in the comments section of this site.

there was nothing abstract about what i wrote. what did you find abstract? maybe i can clarify any ambiguities.

you didnt think of it for the same reason you aren’t a big enough name in the industry to make a considerable change. again, this is not an insult.

  14. jeremiahsteele says:

What’s abstract is your claim that we should “Do something”. Please specify “something”.

What could or should the big names in Pornoworld be doing?

Should we rely on the popular performers to ascertain and articulate performers’ needs, especially those who are less popular? Performers specialties are having sex on camera, not erudite scholarly analysis or participation in systemic change or political movements.

  15. you should be asking the producers to chip in for the costs of the performers getting tested. i thought that was pretty obvious from the post – guess not :(.

you are a performer right? do you think it is fair that you foot the entire bill to make the workplace safe? don’t you think the that the companies making all the money off of your work and risk taking should share in some of that cost?

“Performers specialties are having sex on camera, not erudite scholarly analysis or participation in systemic change or political movements.”

you are right about this. i dont know what i was thinking when i suggested you take some responsibility for yourself?

the bottom line is, if you dont take a stand against this type of bullshit, you will continue to get ripped off. it takes popular name because guys like you (not popular – again not an insult) cannot afford to lose work at all.

  16. jeremiahsteele says:

You’re oblivious to the obvious, yourself, JRod,

Ask producers to chip in for costs of performers getting tested?

I already know what their answer would be: “Go Fuck Yourself”.

    Next…

Do I think it is fair that I foot the entire bill to make the workplace safe?

To your hypothetical question (based on a non-reality): No. But this is Amerika, and that’s the way it is.

IS the workplace safe? Can it ever be?

Don’t I think the that the companies making all the money off of my work and risk taking should share in some of that cost?
And btw, I’ll just let you know I was an extra on the set of “Toys” years ago, wrote a pretty lengthy letter to Robin Williams and then handed it to him, complaining about our wages, food and treatment. It lead us all to getting bumps in pay, a vastly increased craft service table and several extras getting taft-hartley’d with movie credits for having done nothing but stand and smile during a close-up. I guess I kind of fucked up because Robin asked me what else he could do for me and I felt I’d be a hypocrite asking for anything. I guess if I was more aggressive I could’ve got a line in the movie, who knows.
Absolutely. I also think all movie extras should get union pay but that ain’t happening either. What should I/we do about it? It it my fault, too?

And I AM popular, just not with as much as the population as some others… even shit has flies, and I always got some buzzing around mine.

  17. jeremiahsteele says:

sorry about last post, it goes all completely koo koo when one tries to edit and add something, and the extra piece i added and pasted about robin williams got stuck in the wrong area, between a paragraph regarding companies making money off my risks.

  18. I understand what you are saying. A few years ago I worked for a construction company that was upgrading waste water treatment plants and waste water pumping stations. A foreman got Hepatitis A from a needle floating in a station.(or so he claimed on workmans comp) The owners of the company then told us all to get tested and to get the shot to prevent. Our insurance didn’t cover the full price I think we had to pay out of pocket $70. Why did we have to pay this? Insurance was paid out of my check each week then i still had to pay for sonething ORDERED BY MY BOSS.

  19. Larry Horse says:

Can Sharon Mitchell legally sign her name as Dr Sharon Mitchell? Steele, you need to save up some money and get one of those degrees, Dr Steele! Take Andy Dick with you and he can be Dr Dick.

  20. jeremy, of course the producers will say that. what would you expect them to do? but that doesnt mean they dont have to do it.

    you write:
“Do I think it is fair that I foot the entire bill to make the workplace safe?

To your hypothetical question (based on a non-reality): No. But this is Amerika, and that’s the way it is.”

lucky for you, there are lots of smart people out there who have already fought for your rights.

your labor rights are linked to your constitutional rights, and as such, you have the right to work in a safe work environment. this means that a producer must make sure the workplace is safe for you to work in.

it is easy to see that if you are fucking in a house and wall falls down and hurts you, the producer is responsible because he should have checked to make sure the house wasnt falling down.

since it is both the performer’s responsibility to not infect coworkers, and the producer’s responsibility to keep the workplace safe – dont you think that it’s fair they share in the costs? why should all the costs fall on the performer? what do you think would happen if a court had to decide on this?

what would happen to male performers who were gay for pay on the side? would a producer ever take the chance of hiring them, if they knew they would be responsible if someone got hurt?

you are very outspoken on the downfall of the USA, but it’s lazy people like you – with your “that’s the way it is” attitude – that let business do whatever it wants. it’s only the way it is because you and other people here let it get that way.

everyday things get worse because people are so lazy, they dont even bother fighting.

  21. jeremiahsteele says:

I’m not lazy, JRod, otherwise I wouldn’t post on LIB, so much. You can accuse me of being an attention whore, but not lazy. I’m also known for fighting. Like I said, I got 100s of extras a significant increase in pay, improved food and several people hundreds of dollars, SAG unionization and credits in a movie because I had such an effect on Robin Williams that he made recommendations on our behalf, to the director, who then said “Of course, you’re right!”

    Your thinking is lazy.
