Canoga Park, CA – April 7, 2010 – The Official Jersey Shore Parody was awarded XBIZ Editor’s Choice on their review of the parody from Zero Tolerance. Written and directed by Spock Buckton and Brian Bangs and shot by Mike Quasar, the movie features many similarities to the show including opening credits, confessionals, Kristina Rose as Snooki getting punched out – only the entire cast getting down and dirty Jersey Shore-style.
“Our script was so clever, obnoxious and offensive and we really tried to stay true to the show’s outrageousness and we think it’s great that XBIZ awarded us the Editor’s Choice pick for Jersey Shore,” said writer Brian Bangs.

Why don’t they just call it “Jersey Whore”?
It’s great that everyone is following Will Ryder’s formula at this point, but one could still do a play with words, like they used to do with porn ripoffs, which typically didn’t try very hard to imitate the original (unlike today’s explicit spoofs).
