Avn.com is reporting that Janine will be doing a movie for Vivid before she leaves to go to a half way house. The movie will be directed by B. Skow and feature Janine in an anal scene with her husband.

The court case was never about porn. And for most of her career, she was g/g only. Now she’s doing her first anal scene with her husband. So doing porn or starting her new cam shows should not be a reason a judge to deprive her of a living.
I agree with Darrah. What kind of fucked up country would we live in if we could dictate that a person can’t work in a specific industry that is perfectly legal?
Like Darrah said, this is the only industry she’s ever really known. She’s spent her entire adult life in the porn business in one way or another and now we say she can’t be in it. Why? Who the hell are we to say what she can and can’t do to make her living to support herself and her family. For shame on anyone who tries!
The case was about Janine’s failure to pay substantial amounts of taxes she owed and as a condition of her EARLY release, she agreed to abide by the rules set forth by the court. As long as she is under court supervision, she most certainly can be restricted from a wide variety of behaviors, associations, and types of employment and travel. This is standard operating procedure all over the country and is far less a burden than many other countries would have placed on her (in fact, probation officers do this on their own accord as well).
How will she earns her money when she will be 50…60?I think she wasn’t allowed to be around porn and felons if she wanted to keep access to her daughter so…I guess she gave up on her???

There are plenty of “legal” industries that judges have kept people out of, if the genesis of ones problems is in said industry.
If you’re a computer hacker, you may not be allowed to even access a computer for years or ever again. If you’re a felon, you may forbidden from working as a pre-school teacher or with money or in any position where your “past” could hurt your credibility in said position.
Janine herself has decried how horrible porn is and claimed that she mutilated her body so nobody would hire her and she could get away from the industry.
If I’m a judge and she herself says that and blames the adult industry for some of her own problems, I’d do the same thing, especially in an industry with the social stigma of porn.
Darrah, will you stop defending Janine? Many performers stop doing scenes and take behind the scenes jobs. She, more than any performer, could have taken those steps, but she is lazy. She doesn’t even have her GED. You need to stop defending her. She made insane amounts of money for most of her career and squandered it. Her fault, not Sandra Bullock’s.
Darrah, think about this.. how many people make 6 figures 10 years straight and come out of it not even owning a small condo somewhere?
What Janine really shows is the typical thought process of many of the women in adult. Easy come easy go. Lets go shopping today or go buy that 80k car so I look good. Most of these women have no sense of the value of a dollar. This is not even touching on the drug use.
The reality of the situation is Janine like every other person on parole was given a set of guide lines and conditions to follow. First she married a convict. Then she went and did porn and who knows what else along the way. It’s very typical that your not allowed to work in industries that the courts deem are a danger to you and your chances of re-offending during your parole period.
She does need to learn some sort of skill set other then being in porn. Age and so forth will catch up to her. Plus the economy too. She could of collected unemployment, welfare and many other social services too.
Compare Janine to Julia Ann and Rayveness. Example, Julia Ann still does makeup, also looks good without it. Rayveness went car shopping for a Mercedes recently but didnt buy the car, also she looks good without makeup. Both seem to get a steady amount of work at a reasonable rate and dont seem to be living beyond their means, as far as I know. Janine, the opposite, same goes for Chasey. I assume in Julia Ann and Rayveness’ respective lives there was some grounding. Sure looks like with Janine and Chasey there wasnt and I bet certain extra baggage came along at Vivid.

If I still owned the printing company, I’d have offered to publish her memoirs, “Diary of a Fucked Up Bitch” (or something like that, we discussed it at dinner several years ago, post Jesse). She’ll still make more money feature dancing and dating than in porn but she herself has railed about the dangers of porn so who knows?!?
What makes you think they would hire her? Even if they didn’t first know who she is, they would probably later fire her. Jazella Moore’s husband was fired from his job because SHE does porn. Forgot her name but the former porn star was fired a year ago from her job at a school cafeteria because she was once a porn star. Recently I’ve heard of a police officer harassed, threatened, and I believe later fired because his wife once posed in Playboy. PLAYBOY! Not hardcore porn but Playboy. So the odds of a porn legend, such as Janine, getting a job at a “family restaurant” is very unlikely.

McDonald’s are franchises and I’m willing to bet some enterprising owner would hire her if she applied, knowing full well that she would be an advertising bonanza. There are dozens of jobs she is better suited for though, she just doesn’t really want to work by all accounts.
