Albuquerque, New Mexico (The Weekly Vice) – Danny Brawner, a 46-year-old New Mexico man has been indicted on sex charges after he was caught "humping" his car in a grocery store parking lot.
According to Albuquerque police, witnesses saw Brawner "humping" his car’s trunk while swinging his arms in the air and shouting in the parking lot of a Smith’s Food And Drug store in Albuquerque.
Investigators say witnesses out in the parking lot were alarmed to find Brawner engaged in a simulated sex act with his car while his pants were down around his ankles with his genitals exposed. An off-duty police officer and two children in the parking lot also witnessed the alleged sex act.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found Brawner passed out next to his car. When officers awoke him, he appeared to be intoxicated, according to a police arrest report.
Brawner’s criminal history includes a sex offense, armed robbery and various drug and alcohol related offenses, according to state records.
He was booked into jail on two counts of aggravated indecent exposure and one count of indecent exposure.
