Police are now saying that the tape also " included articles and photographs of porn stars and formally convicted madams, which could readily be found over the internet"

The tape was supposedly taken by Country star Mindy McCready when she and Peniche were roommates. They met on the show celebrity rehab.
Gayheart’s lawyer says it is not a sex tape. It is "a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."

Mindy McCready wasn’t Gayheart’s roommate, she was Kari Ann Peniche’s roommmate. Peniche and McCready were/are supposedly on one of Dr. Drew’s rehab programs. There’s also the rumor that Kari Ann Peniche is/was a high class madam and or hooker which would explain the contents of the DVD.
Gayheart was never on Celebrity Rehab, like ST94 points out.

Kari Ann Peniche is a well known L.A. hooker, btw. Judging by the contents of the tape, they seemed to have booked her for the evening, but who knows.

Dude, it’s called THE INTERNET…put down the cheap lotion and turn off the tranny porn and do a ‘search’. If you’re smart enough, within minutes you’ll find the TWO major sites where it’s safely posted (none of that virus, spyware, download bit-torrent bs) for the entire friggin world to see.
