Max Hardcore on Freedom

posted on AVN.com

Max Hardcore writes-

"Every Independence Day, we pause to reflect upon the great sacrifices made by the brave men and women who laid down their lives when they rebelled against the English to create the United States of America. They put their lives on the line not simply for the pieces of paper called the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but upon the principles which they represented with their words. Paramount among these are the freedom to live one’s life in accordance with his or her own beliefs, and the expectation of privacy from unwarranted government intrusion into their lives and property."

"At a time when America holds more of its citizens behind bars than any other country in the world, yours truly included, the concept of personal freedom seems to have been forgotten by those in power — and by many of the people they govern. In our blind ambition to band together and battle the common enemy of terrorism, many have stood idle as our government has steadily stripped away the very rights which make our country great, and our people secure in their homes. In a perversion of the English language that is a true obscenity, the Bush administration called their initiative the PATRIOT Act, attempting to cloak an evil program under the guise of civic responsibility. This plot was so diabolical and effective, that even our own representatives in Congress were fooled into acquiescence."

"As I write these words, I am staring into the abyss of many more months in the bowels of the federal prison system, simply for making movies that twelve ignorant citizens allowed themselves to be convinced should not be seen, enjoyed, hated or even considered by anyone else in America. Censorship is insidious, my friends, and almost always starts with attacks against the least desirable material. But it rarely ends there. Just ask anybody from China, whose every keystroke will soon be monitored by Big Brother to make sure they toe the party line and submit to the will of their rulers."

"Don’t think that it can’t or won’t ever happen in our country. The federal government is not finished with the adult entertainment business — not so long as it continues to serve at the pleasure of the evangelical Christians on its misguided mission of enforcing morality-based legislation. If you fail to speak out against censorship, and encourage others not to do so as well, then don’t be surprised when the enforcers of the edicts show up at your door someday and tell you that it’s your turn to go."

"Now go out and enjoy the fireworks with the family this 4th of July. But don’t forget to tell them the real reason we celebrate the day. It could be your last chance to do that for a while — just like me."

  1. Here’s another PR letter from Max’s spin doctor lawyers. That’s right, it’s all pure B.S. In case you don’t remember, Max is a despicable piece of trash. He violated women in as many ways possible, his website had women with “things” stuck up in them, along with vomit, piss, and yes, SHIT.

Max all the while taunted the Feds to catch him if they can. One thing you really shouldn’t do, especially if your a lowlife scumbag, is piss the Feds off. They WILL FUCK YOU UP! As Max cries about all the time now.

Serial offenders like Max hate being in prison but more than that they hate being ignored. They constantly crave attention, it makes them feel powerful even though they’re weak as shit. If this vile piece of trash get out of the pokey, he’ll commit even more disgusting crimes. You’ll see.

  2. “Serial offenders like Max hate being in prison but more than that they hate being ignored. They constantly crave attention”

    words of wisdom 😉

  3. max is eating this shitup in the pen. he’s famous with not only the guards, but some fellow inmate “perverts” who recognize is “work”, and if not you better believe he’s told them from day one “i’m max hardcore”. max did get to violate some cute pw i admit.

  4. eisforeric says:

That’s all really genuine and sweet, “Paul F. Little” (It’d be even sweeter from a guy who didn’t piss in crackwhores’ mouths for a living, but it’s sweet nonetheless).

  5. Larry Horse says:

Max the Martyr, what a piece of shit. Getting closer to the speech Nicholson gave in “A Few Good Men”. If Max was in prison for rape he wouldnt be chirping like he is now, and many times he was able to hide behind that cause of a release form and some dumb porn whores.

  6. max softcore says:

The hypocrite express just keeps on a-rollin’ here on Lib. The shit YOU jerk off to (or make) is protected. Max, Zicari etc are not because you faggots get offended. Read his conviction reeeeeeeeeeeal carefully again, kids, and don’t skip on the big words. He was not convicted of rape or assault. He is in the slammer for making dirty movies.

  7. MissBiatch2U says:

Softcore, WTF are you talking about? The shit WHO jerks off too? What/Who is safe? You on the sauce again Max?
No one is safe on this site. Everyone gets slammed at one time or another, whether star, director or commenter.

That dick Danielle slams Cindi and her posts are up- # Danielle Foxxx: Cindi you IMO Cunt – stop erasing my posts…
    # Danielle Foxxx: Served your ass raw with a rusty pipe!!! And with that Felicia I will be glad to excuse myself from this Hell Hole

Who jerks off to Danielle? I surely don’t. Now The Colonel and Krispy Creme donuts are another story…

  8. The President says:

Max Softcore, you are absolutely right. Larry Flynt called this one back in the day and nobody wants to step up now and follow his credo. He said “true freedom means you have to defend the rights of the worst out there,” whether you agree with or like them, or not.

  9. Larry Horse says:

I’d go to hell and back for Larry Flynt, I wouldnt walk across the street to piss on Max’s head if his brains were on fire. Rob and Lizzie should’ve got the sentence Kayden Kross got and Kayden should get theirs…combined.

  10. The President says:

You seem to be missing the point then, Larry. Nobody is defending the man nor his character, they are defending his rights. Nobody, not even the biggest scumbag walking the planet, deserves to be incarcerated for making movies with consenting adults or selling those movies to consenting adults. That an American can be imprisoned for such a thing is an embarassment to Americans.

  11. sammyglick says:

    Freedom isn’t free.

As much as people hate and revile Max, if it wasn’t for him, you’d wouldn’t have the warmed-over shit that Adam & Eve, Devil’s Films, Leisure Time, Fat Dog, Sin City, John T. Bone, Anabolic gangbangs, A Celeste Capture, Brian B. Plumper, et cetera Porn Valley churned out like so many bad Leno one-liners.

The experiment that is American democracy allows us ALL to in the privacy of our homes to spank it hard and fast to Max’s vile porn, Palin’s idiotic statements, MJ’s Neverland crimes and award-winning songs, Obama’s breakneck bailouts, Rush’s diarrhea of the mouth, cable news’ lies and half-truths, and anything else that floats your boat to be found under the glorious sun.

For any industry that prizes its freedoms so much, there sure is a lot of intolerance and censorship.

  12. Larry Horse says:

One thing that didnt help Max, Rob and Lizzie and before that Adam/Seymore was that they couldnt keep their mouths shut and just produce the stuff. Rob’s been running his yap for a decade and a half and the wrestling didnt help. More light on you better chance you get noticed by the law.

  13. freepornstarpix says:

A few years ago, I saw Rob at an internet convention on a panel and he took a swipe at Tom Hymes, then the head of FSC. I don’t think that helped his cause much. Also, the reaction the video interview I did with him after the panel was not good. Someone wrote in that the industry did not support him essentially because he ‘talked too much’ and dared the Feds to come after him on Nightline.

  14. Third Axis says:

Indeed, the tallest poppy takes the chop.
Obscenity laws are written with intentional vagueness so that the authorities can skew them this way and that, to suit their needs. If a producer has full awareness that the material they are releasing puts them in the crosshairs, then a prudent mind would understand the value of maintaining a low profile. I shed not a tear for these people, who have done far more harm for our industry than they have good as self-styled champions for the cause of free speech. I put Larry Flynt in another league entirely, as someone who challenged the law with forethought and honor. These other clueless clowns simply got caught when the lights came on, and then scurried around like cockroaches trying to escape behind the refrigerator.

It is true that the First Amendment was established to protect “objectionable” speech, and, therefore, we must take the bad (and worst) with the good. Still, if you want to challenge the extent of the law, you had better have a good plan, great legal representation, and lots of money.

  15. “Indeed, the tallest poppy takes the chop.”
That means the Earl of Pimpwish, Trannyfucker, Madame Lexi and Madame Delia will eventually get the shaft?

Also, Kimmie Krook might have scaped lighty but maybe she needs a chat with the IRS.

  16. The President says:

Max didn’t “scurry like a cockroach,” he didn’t cop a plea, he went to trial the same way Flynt did. Just as Flynt had to deal with biased judges, Max had to deal with a biased conservative small city jury. At least one juror in the case said she didn’t want to convict him but the other jurors berated her until she gave in. How pathetic is that? What would you have done after the indictment came in if you were Max?

  17. sammyglick says:

Come’on — Steve Hirsch, Sasha Grey, Mary Carey, Tara Patrick and others considered to be ‘acceptable’ (well maybe not Mary lol) representatives of the Porn Industry all talk enough nonsense to draw the attention of the Feds.

To wit, Hirsch has shown his bully-boy dark side in the Showtime reality infomercials for his lame ‘classic’ remakes. Sasha has talked about how ‘extreme’ her first time on set was in the pages of Los Angeles magazine (DP, verbal degradation, and more). Mary has a well documented battle with drugs and alcohol. Tara admitted to daily marijuana use (even while ‘working’) in her last Howard Stern interview. The Feds would have a field day hauling any one of them into court for all sorts of ‘vague’ interpretations of the obscenity laws.

Likewise, to say that Flynt is a ‘champion’ of the 1st Amendment is for me at least, quite false. Because back in the day, he was just as ‘dirty’ as Max, Rob Black, et cetera in the eyes of a society raised on tame burlesque shows and Hefner’s PG-13 by today’s standards Playboy. When Falwell had a fit over being attacked in the pages of Hustler, Flynt had at least enough sense to get a good lawyer. Likewise, his stubborn nature refused to let the case go until he got his day in the Supreme Court.

Flynt won because the laws were idiotic and Falwell had a shitty case to begin with (because the fathead prick didn’t understand the meaning of satire or parody). By my count, Flynt was just as much a ‘clueless cockroach’ as the pornographers currently behind bars or caught up in a Federal prosecution.

Again, if you ask me, Porn as an industry needs to drop their ‘clique’ mentality, because all boats…no matter what ‘kind’ of legally tolerated porn they contain (aka the full gambit from the pretty-girl softcore vanilla feature films to the gapes gagging throat fucking) gonzo…rise and fall with the tide.

  18. The President says:

Agreed, sammy. A lot of people don’t even seem to realize Flynt’s Supreme Court case wasn’t about obscenity, it was about satire.

  19. The Colonel says:

Comparing Larry Flynt to Max Hardcore is comparing apples to oranges. I’ve discussed many times why in my opinion Max Hardcore got what he deserved and why the likes of him should not be couraged and supported; that’s why I didn’t want to comment on this thread.

Don’t put Larry Flynt and Max Hardcore on the same boat. Comparing a man who sacrificed so much for the freedom of expression to a closet pedophile who used a camera to justify his cruel, sadistic, vile actions is unfair. Max Hardcore’s trial was a set up and I won’t argue about that, but given the nature of his crimes, I believe the end justifies the means and he got what he deserved and I’m glad he’s bankrupt and locked up. He can no longer inflict pain on naive new comers under the pretence of making movies, and anybody else who follows his path deserves the same punishment.

  20. Larry Horse says:

Larry fucked with people’s morals/views and the establishment with Hustler(initially to just put out a decent magazine), still does as he finds more dirt on the scumbags in power in this country. Max fucked up women and girls naive enough to work with him, or desperate enough. Larry’s intention was to make a good magazine, Max’s was to make extreme porn. Larry got caught in the Reagan era moral shit storm, Max was just an asshole. The Feds were looking for Larry, Max? He was making movies for over 10+ years before he drew the heat. Larry had to speak, Max didnt but did.

  21. Third Axis says:

Re. 19: True, Flynt’s case involving Falwell was for libel, invasion of privacy, and the infliction of emotional distress. Long before that, in 1976, Flynt was charged with obscenity, pandering, and organized crime (convicted on all counts). Then in 1998, he and brother Jimmy were indicted on charges of obscenity and corruption (settled with plea bargain). So it’s certainly correct to say that Larry has been consistently fighting – and championing – the cause of free speech longer than any living pornographer.

  22. The President says:

—-Larry’s intention was to make a good magazine, Max’s was to make extreme porn.

His intention was to make a good magazine by making it more extreme than anything else out there.

—-Larry got caught in the Reagan era moral shit storm, Max was just an asshole.

LOL. Come on, Larry Flynt prided himself on acting like a provocative asshole. And Max is just a casualty of the Bush II era, same bullshit as the second term of Reagan.

—-The Feds were looking for Larry, Max? He was making movies for over 10+ years before he drew the heat. Larry had to speak, Max didnt but did.

Nobody HAD to do anything, these people chose to make money selling the hardest raunch they could in their time, which should be their right. That Max’s detractors can never separate their feelings for the man from the freedom debate is pretty telling and hypocritical. Just look at the posts.

  23. Third Axis says:

The fact that I have the lowest contempt for Max, Black/Borden, or all of the other bottom-feeding makers of abusive and degrading porn doesn’t affect my support of their right to free expression. I have the same feeling for white supremacists, members of NAMBLA, Scientologists, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and a bunch of others. Because I agree with their rights doesn’t mean I’ll be inviting them over for beers and a barbeque. But Larry Flynt and John Stagliano are welcome in my backyard anytime.
