“Gay for Pay” is messed up…

I just had to weigh in on this issue. I realize that I’m a nobody in the ”porn world” but I am amazed at the stupidity of the adult industry as a whole. Mike and I have spoken many times about this issue. How can they be so slack in the testing? How can AIMS badger and bully VICTIMS in the outbreaks? And of equal importance…how can a supposedly “straight guy” do gay porn and continue to call themselves straight? I am not begrudging ANY performer for their hetero, homo, or somewhere in-between-o, leanings, however, the guys that shoot gay because the money is better…fine, great, I understand you are doing what you think is best for your family. But don’t you think that you should stay on the gay side? I understand that you have kids and a wife and you love them deeply…I do not doubt that for a second. Nevertheless, I believe that you should stay in that genre. I do girls…in my personal AND public life…because I like to do girls… a LOT. But I believe that a man doing gay porn is somewhat non-sensical…maybe even a little hypocritical…but definately dangerous to those of us on the straight side. Are you concerned with getting labeled “gay?” Well perhaps you are a little…just like I openly say I am a LOT lesbian…I LOVE girls!
The problem is, as you know, is you are creating seemingly endless patient ZERO matrices when there is the inevitable outbreak. The multiplicity of partners is so exponentially large that it makes my head hurt. Do you remember those old Pantene shampoo commercials where the girl said “I told my friend and they told their friend and so on…and so on….and so on…” and the TV screen just starts increasing by many columns wide and tall, like a fantasy multi-plexer, full of hot-ass women? Well I certainly do anyway….lol. Regardless, guys, if your SO knows what you are doing, great, more power to you. But let’s just keep the playing fields seperate..and don’t try to make this some kind of crazy issue either…this is not about sexual orientation, color, creed…ANY of that…it’s about health.
I love how nobody says “the gay industry should increase testing”, just “let the ones who have gay sex die and get whatever diseases they can (which is fine), just as long as they don’t risk ruining my career.” How selfless!
The reason it is common for men to go back and forth is that there are many more shoots on the hetero side than the other. Then, the gay shoots themselves pay way more money to men than the straight side. Doing gay and straight together is good money and then throw in the escorting. A guy can make the same as female talent.
Then we are fucked!
This recent HIV outbreak incident was a wakeup call to assure the adult industry that if they don’t act, if they don’t reform themselves and draw the lines, if they don’t get their shit together, the government will gladly step in and do it for them, and then there’s gonna be hell to pay for everybody. Therefore slowly but surely people, from producers to distributers, performers and fans realize that there has to be boundaries and regulations, you can’t run amok and do absolutely anything and expect there would be no consequences.
One of the lines that must be drawn is a line to prevent homosexuals, transsexuals and cross over performers from performing with the straight people. I’m glad I was able to initiate a dialogue about this highly important issue and now everybody on every adult industry forum are talking about this; and when people raise their voices loud enough, they will be heard. Right now there are a handful of companies, most notably Naughty America, that keeps on using cross over performers like Christian XXX; but I assure you when they and especially Christian’s friend in that company Laura realize female performers don’t want to work with this man and fans don’t want to see him, then he’ll become ‘bad for the business’, and they’ll get rid of him.
So I urge female performers: do not work with cross over performers like Christian XXX, Tom Moore and Seth Dickens who pose potential danger to your life, health and livelihood. Nobody can force you to work with anybody against your will. I also urge the fans to contact the staff of Naughty America and express your concerns about Christian XXX and the potential danger he poses to each and every one of your favorite female performers as well as the entire adult industry. It is important for you to understand that in any event, if a cross over performer like Christian XXX causes a disaster like another HIV outbreak, the government will no longer tolerate this. They will step in and regulate porn to the extreme degrees which it will become impossible to produce; and you as fans will pay the high cost as well as us as the adult industry workers. Do not allow one man to take an entire industry to the edge of the cliff because of his carnal urges, selfishness and stupidity. Spread the word. Be informed and be safe.
