Dear Editor,
It was with a sincere sadness that I have recently read that another performer has tested positive for the HIV virus. To that person, I wish to express my sympathies, and a word or two of encouragement. In the not too distant past, a diagnosis of this type would have likely been a grave piece of news, and most certainly meant the end of life as you have come to know it.
However, much has changed since then, and many medical advancements have been made and many things learned. Today, one can expect to live a long and productive life, much like any other person, and in many cases even better because you now need to avoid the bad things that so-called normal people take for granted, like cigarettes and alcohol.
So, as the great statesman once put it, "This is not the end. This is not even the beginning of the end. But it is perhaps the end of the beginning." From here on out, you will have many opportunities that you wouldn’t otherwise have had, if you hadn’t encountered this situation. Make the most of your life, and you will never have anything to regret, and many things to cherish as you grow old. Enjoy every moment of it, and you’ll never be sad for long.

What a load of horseshit! We’re seeing the worlds number one martyr at his best. I only wish this maggot got more time. In fact, I was surprised nobody ever put a hit on the guy. Meaning fathers or brothers, family types etc of the girls he filmed.

Bt when it came to his turn and stand up for “freedom of speech” and “freedom of expression” Max chose his other option,to remain silent. In fact they didn’t even know who they were going to work with. He went bankrupt before he was sent to prison, the government effectively broke his back and stripped him from his financial resources. For the past decade, he kept on switching from one distributer to another, because people didn’t want to accept the responsibility of selling his vile maaterial, more and more girls refused to work with him due to the nature of his scenes and the rate he was offering which was as low as $900 per scene. He had to spend all his money on attorney fees just to stay out of prison. The last company he signed a distribution deal with was JM Productions, but at that point he barely had anything new to release, so he started to re-packaging and recycling his old content through JM and his website; and eventually he reached the point where he had to beg his fans for money through the scam that was Max Hardcore Legal Defense Fund.
So as you see, it’s not about what he wants to do, it’s just that he can no longer do it. At least not to the extent he used to. Maybe he picks up some unfortunate hookers here and there and pays for their crack money to piss in their mouth in a crumbling motel room somewhere, but as far as for his movie production, he’s finished. He’s dead.
