ANOTHER girly porno writer? YAH!

There aren’t a whole lot of female writers who run adult news/info blog sites. As a matter of fact until recently I thought I was the only one. I was very happy to meet Alison who actually has just about the same job that I do! (She’s also cute) So here’s a little bit about her…

Tell me about yourself and how you got into writing about porn..

Well, I knew that I wanted to work in the adult industry, so as soon as I graduated college, I got a job managing the novelties for AdultDVDEmpire.com, where I also wrote DVD reviews and some how-to articles for their women-friendly site. I moved to San Francisco in ’06 to manage Gamelink.com‘s editorial department, I jumped on it. I moved on to VideoBox.com in 2007 and continue to write their company blog, although I no longer work for them 9-to-5. When I went freelance, I decided to start my own blog geared toward fans, called pornochromatic.com

Do you have a bio?

I don’t, but I kind of gave my life story in the last answer. My basic info is that I’m 26, live in the Bay Area and have been working in the adult industry for 6 years.

Who do YOU think the hottest porn stars are?

I like the girls who seem genuinely enthusiastic about sex – Belladonna, Lexi Love, and Gianna are three of my favorites. I’ve seen a lot of porn and it takes someone special to impress me nowadays. I think those three girls have the right combination of beauty and sexual energy to stand out among hundreds (sometimes it seems like thousands) of porn girls.

What is your unfulfilled sex fantasy?

I’m pretty happy to say that I don’t have one. My husband’s a great guy 😉

And check out her site pornochromatic.com

Alison and I will be sharing some articles so look for some good writing to come to LIB by way of pornochromatic.

  1. Ooh, gosh. Who doesn’t have an unfulfilled sex fantasy? lol

  2. The Colonel says:

Alison is married to this guy Michael, one of the most unreliable and irresponsible people in porn, and I can say that from personal experience. It takes forever for him to archive new titles, never returns messages, never cares to provide any reasonable explaination and most importantly never sends payments on time. I don’t even send him any titles and I know many other people don’t give him anything new either.

Besides, VideoBox’s model which was a poor imitation of Netflix is a complete, utter failure and not beneficial at all to adult producers. Don’t take your chances with VideoBox.
