“Comcast rudely switched (from porn) back to the football game…”

NL- I don’t put up press releases very often, but I have to applaud brilliant funny marketing.

Pink Visual Offers Compensation for ‘Superbowl Porn’ Mishap

The adult entertainment studio is offering $10 off to Tucson area Comcast customers to make up for a broadcast porn scene that interrupted Sunday’s big game.

VAN NUYS, Calif. – Adult entertainment studio Pink Visual announced today that it is offering its Tucson, Arizona-area customers $10 off subscriptions to its flagship mobile and “mega pass” adult sites to compensate Comcast customers who might have wanted to see the rest of the porn movie that interrupted Sunday’s Superbowl broadcast.

“We feel really bad for the customers that were just getting into it when Comcast rudely switched back to the football game before the clip could really get going,” joked Kim Kysar, brand and product manager for Pink Visual.

While the 30 seconds of porn playing during a pivotal point in the Superbowl was an unwelcome intrusion for many viewers, Kysar said her studio feels that others may have been left with a hankering to see more porn. So, matching Comcast’s offer of $10 to customers affected by the porn mishap, Pink Visual is offering $10 off of its mobile websites to Comcast customers affected (or not) by the porn Superbowl fiasco.

“Having seen the clip which interrupted the Superbowl uncensored and uncut, I can imagine that many fans were left wanting to see a lot more of Evan Stone,” Kysar said. “Perhaps they even wished they had access to a private, mobile adult site where they could get a bit of ‘alone time’ to get fired up after the game, and to release the frustration they felt after watching Arizona lose in the game’s final seconds.”

To receive $10 off promotion, customers need only to visit www.iPinkVisualPass.com and enter “pornbowl” into the “Promo Code” field on the site’s join form.  Customers who prefer gay porn can get $10 off their iMaleSpectrumpass.com subscription by visiting www.iMaleSpectrumPass.com and entering the code on that site’s join form.

Pink Visual is also making the offer available on its mega pass sites, PinkVisualPass.com and MaleSpectrumPass.com, for customers who prefer viewing porn on their computer over viewing it on mobile devices. The redemption of the offer works the same way on those sites – users simply need to visit www.PinkVisualPass.com or www.MaleSpectrumPass.com and enter the promo code into the join form. On each site, the reduced price offer is good for 30 days.

All kidding aside, Kysar said that Sunday’s incident underlines one of the great things about mobile adult sites; the ability to limit your porn surfing to a truly private environment, and to store your pornography in a device that is yours alone.

“Anytime is a good time for porn, except of course when the family is glued to the set on Superbowl Sunday,” Kysar said.

  1. That’s awesome! I’m gonna take advantage of that offer too… Very funny quotes.

  2. If you go to TMZ you can watch it! It is hysterical. The women who was in the movie is now famous and is doing interviews!
    Way to spin it!

  3. I saw it too, but I read about it before hand… In what I read it said they committed a graphic act, but all he did was whip it out…
