Lawsuit caused by Naked Women in their Living Room

from http://rhodeisland.cox.net

(Warwick, RI) — A Rhode Island family is suing their cable company after they were allegedly able to see naked people despite pleas to stop Playboy playmates from showing up on their television screen. Robert Bourne, Denise Roy and their minor daughters are suing Verizon Communications after the company failed to stop what they claim were unauthorized transmissions of the Playboy Channel. The lawsuit claims, quote, "the emotional distress suffered by the plaintiffs is so severe that no reasonable person could be expected to endure it, and the emotional distress has resulted in physical symptomatology of emotional distress." The family claims they told the company about the problem for months this year and filed the suit when nothing changed.
