I’m not sure what your definition of successful mainstream career is. Biohazard had at least one platinum album (Urban Discipline) and had the lead single on a multiplatinum soundtrack (Judgement Night), which I happen to think is an excellent album and was pioneering. In 1996 they played the mainstage on the first Ozzfest tour. They have been around for 20 years and this past summer went on tour with Korn.
“Oz” was a groundbreaking series and eventually developed into a main character.
