Legalize Heroin and Whores

How to Fix the Economic Meltdown and Stop Terrorism:

Legalize Heroin and Whores

Great Essay on the Huffington Post by David Henry Sterry-

Here is a clip of it, go read the whole thing here- HuffingtonPost.com

…Selling sex for money is a multi-billion-dollar business. Apparently tens of millions of people want sex so bad they pay through the nose for it. And in that shadowy, shady, underworld, there are many different kinds of economic transactions.

At one extreme are coercion, victimization, and exploitation. At the other are consent, empowerment and economic independence. I personally know many people from either extreme of this Bell curve. But both these exchanges are called prostitution. To say these exchanges are the same things is like saying that working at Bloomingdale’s and being forced against your will to work 20 hours a day in a sweatshop are the same thing.

Many people claim that if you make sex for money legal, it will be easier for predators who exploit adults and children alike. Of course, just the opposite is true. We know what happens during Prohibition. Gangsters control the means of production. Al Capone, quintessential American criminal/pop icon, was created by Prohibition.

Just as the American Pimp has become the new superstar gangsta, and slithered his way into our culture. Pimp my Ride. Pimp my Crib. Pimp my Wife. It is much easier for predators to hide in an illegal industry. And when you make criminals out of industrial sex technicians, which is what I call people who work of their own free will in the sex business, they have no recourse when things go bad. And things go bad alot in this business. So people all over the Bell curve get raped, robbed, and beaten. Not only by clients. By law enforcement. When one of the recent whores serial killers was caught, he said he killed whores because it was easy, and he knew no one would miss them….

  1. At last a legalize heroin essay. We see all kinds of idiot saying legalize pot. Now this is gutsy and I agree with the author.

I also think that legalizing prostitution is better than the current american practice. But giving the nature of the women and men that end up in prostitution do not expect miracles either. Porn is an example of why legalizing a sex trade would not deter the predators and the scammers. But is better that driving that underground.

  2. Careful what you wish for.

  3. Colonel thought of you when I read it this morning. What are your thoughts.
And rics yes he is a ladies man. With all the flowery words and loving nature he shows towards women like Emily. How could we not be swept up by him.

  4. This writer has shit backwards. The Taliban stopped heroin production, which along with the pipelines is why we went after them (Osama was the official bullshit excuse). Bush Senior’s nick name in inner cicles was George “Poppy” Bush for a reason, but such knowledge requires investigation beyond the corporate mind-washing lap-dog media. Drugs are a huge industry and the U.S. traffics it while going after criminals it creates; it’s all about money and power, not God or families or ethics or values.

And now, since we’ve liberated them Afgahnistan provides 90% of the illegal heroin on British streets. Good ol’ freedom. Everyone around the world now loves America like Raymond.

And putting heroin and hookers in the same category is interesting, to say the least. I’m not against legalizing sex and/or death if it’s consensual or krevorkian-like mercy killing. A good hooker can be construed as a good thing, or at least a harmless indulgence, depending. Shooting up heroin however does nothing but destroy and create literal walking hellish nightmares on the streets.

Just when the election is over, and I thought this website could go back to porn gossip and porn news. This happens.

If I wanted to read some half-ass opinion piece about shit that will never happen, I will…. well go to Huffingtonpost.com

And jeremiahsteele your post is so incredibly dumb, I am amazed you can use a computer.

  6. I thought if you legalize prostitution, then you get rid of most of the pimps and make it safer for the prostitutes. But I saw a program recently and a prostitute said they don’t prostitution legalized because you run the risk of glamorizing it.

  7. PSB – There are plenty of anti-prostitution ex-hookers, the equivalent of Lubben’s little gang of repentant porn whores, but there aren’t many working prostitutes who want to stay illegal.

The only whore I’ve ever heard argue against all decriminalization/legalization was an overpriced escort, and she was just worried about extra competition forcing her rates down.

I think you’ll find that most whores care more about their safety, avoiding arrest, and making money, than they do about whether they’re glamorized or not. Most of the time it’s TV that’s doing the glamorizing, shows like HBO’s CatHouse for example.

Of course the program makers would have no trouble finding someone willing to make whatever point they want them to make. Don’t believe everything you see on TV.

Have a look at the groups behind Proposition K, the attempt to decriminalize prostitution in San Francisco, then look at the groups who opposed it. Which group was predominantly made up of whores, and which was mainly a mix of radical feminists, conservative Christians, and people worried about an influx of street hookers lowering property values?

  8. mike_denton, point one any specifics that you say are dumb and i’ll provide links for you…

  9. Actually I have looked at Europe and Latinamerica where selling pussy is either fully legal or semilegal and is true, most pimps are gone. But the ones who stay are often ultraviolent like the Russian and Mexican gangs.

And yes I support legalizing heroine. Heroine addicts would register and get their regular shots in a clinic under medical supervision. Heroin do less long term damage to the brain that other drugs.
But porn probably will losse serveral contract girls who are in porn because the hight quality smokable smack.
The funny thing is that people comment what PW is a pothead, who is a crackhead, who is a tweaker but not who is a junkie. The only PW that has her heroine habit discused on porn blog and forums the las year was Sophia Lynn. And that is because Luke brung the subject to light. But there are many many more.
Heroin is like a dirty word. Even Sophia Lynn did now fully acknowledge her heroin habit in her Gram Ponate exit interview. And I know the case of a well know PW that will accept that she has a alcohol problem, a cocaine problem but oftem is vage about ther heroin problem speaking in third person or it.

You mean newsworthy links right? Not blog posts? Or opinion pieces? Or some stuff from a Michael Moore movie right?

Well, lets start from the very begining.

“The Taliban stopped heroin production, which along with the pipelines is why we went after them (Osama was the official bullshit excuse).”

    1. “The Taliban stopped heroin production”
    2. “is why we went after them”
    3. “(Osama was the official bullshit excuse).”

  11. Please Mike do not discuss conspiracy theories with Jeremias.

  12. Thx rics, good idea. Obviously Mike doesn’t know me or my brand of expertise. It’s funny that I’m dumb as if I just came up with this shit. The fact that he apparently still believes that Osama caused 9-11 means I would have to go over a lot of stuff.

Forget it. Go do a google search on 9/11 conspiracy and get edumacated.

And Michael Moore is conspiracy 101 for dummies. There’s a lot Moore to the story than Michael Moore. The fact that you use Michael Moore as a way of attempting to dismiss me means you’re mind has been washed by corporate news for years. If they told you the sky is green you’d probably believe it (at least after they repeat it enough times).

    Fastest Turnaround Ever!

Your website (fromthewild), appears to have gotten its information from a wikipedia page. Unfortunately, that same weikipedia page claims this.

” The Taliban have provided an Islamic sanction for farmers … to grow even more opium, even though the Koran forbids Muslims from producing or imbibing intoxicants. Abdul Rashid, the head of the Taliban’s anti-drugs control force in Kandahar, spelled out the nature of his unique job. He is authorized to impose a strict ban on the growing of hashish, “because it is consumed by Afghans and Muslims.” But, Rashid told me without a hint of sarcasm, “Opium is permissible because it is consumed by kafirs in the West and not by Muslims or Afghans.”[71]”

    And this

“Another source claims opium production was cut back by the Taliban not to prevent its use but to shore up its price, and thus increase the income of poppy farmers and revenue of Afghan tax collectors.[73]”

Of course, your website fails to mention either one of these “claims”.

This is a moot point, you can’t provide a credible source for your claims, anyways.

  14. Yeah Cum On me Guys, please give us the prision contact info for Emily in prision or post in Shelleys blog the detalils of her arrest so I can get some exwhores to be her pen pals and give her hope and guidance in how to stop being a druggy whore.
    If not shut up.

What about Emily? Something we can do something about…..this is more important right now. ( NL- Sorry Come, you are spamming and not adding anything to these discussions. People who comment here, may be controversial, but they are also interesting to read. You don’t belong here, and you waste too much of my time to check your posts, delete your posts etc.. Even though I e-mailed you personally to ask you to behave. Strike three, you’re out)

  16. MD, I have sources up the yin/yang.

“U.N. drug control officers said the Taliban religious militia has nearly wiped out opium production in Afghanistan — once the world’s largest producer — since banning poppy cultivation last summer.”

  17. I know Emily’s real first name but not her real last name but need that so I can send her some money. So if anyone knows please (don’t say it here but) email me at the above email or info@poontalk.com If anyone wants to donate money you can send it to me and please make a note it’s for Emily.

  18. Jeremias, once you locates her I will email you for contact info. Maybe she will need some exjunkie, exwhore penpals. Those women know the system well becasue they has been here done that.

  19. BTW going back on track, the proposition was defeated in Frisco.

That was a harebrained proposition. Even I support not puting women in jail for being prostitutes. But the way the proposition was worded it seemed that pimps were going to get a free ride too. That is not the way to legalize prostitution. So I’m glad it was defeated.

  20. The people behind Prop K were extremely limited in what they could propose. Trying to get prostitution legalized wasn’t even an option on the table. Even if K had passed, prostitution would still have been a crime in the state. The only difference is that the police would have been instructed not to enforce it in San Francisco.

That being the case, proposing specific regulations targeting pimps wasn’t really possible. I imagine Prop K’s content and wording would have been quite different if they hadn’t had the same restrictions.

Prop K proponents argued that decrim on its own would make life harder for pimps, allowing prostitutes to get help from the police without fear of arrest. According to them, as it is at the moment, the police are more likely to abuse hookers themselves than protect them from abusive pimps. Decriminalization in New Zealand is the example they bring up as evidence that things would have improved.

Of course the activist whores working on Prop K aren’t the ones under the thumb of a pimp. I imagine that most are more concerned about improving their own standard of living than helping those less fortunate whores.

How would you go about legalizing prostitution? The brothel prostitution in Nevada and legal prostitution in the Netherlands both seem to have their share of problems…

  21. mike_denton says:

Well, I asked for a link to a credible news source.

You said you could do it.
Then you said you would not do it.

But it appears that you came through with Cannabisnews.

    ok.

  22. “That being the case, proposing specific regulations targeting pimps wasn’t really possible. I imagine Prop K’s content and wording would have been quite different if they hadn’t had the same restrictions.”

Too bad they did not went the extra mile.

“Prop K proponents argued that decrim on its own would make life harder for pimps, allowing prostitutes to get help from the police without fear of arrest.”
Yes, that is the experience, police and hookers colaborate very well in countries were hooking is legal, the hookers in facto become eyes of the police.
But the idea that you do not need special antipimp measures is ludicrous. See Europe, see Colombia, were hookers oftem pool money to hire hitmen or hitwomen to get rid of the pimps.

“How would you go about legalizing prostitution? The brothel prostitution in Nevada and legal prostitution in the Netherlands both seem to have their share of problems…”

Interesting question. I do not like the Nevada brothel system becasue I feel is pimp dependant. See Dennis Hoff.
In most European countries were is legal (and some Thrird World too), prostitutes are registered and tested. So is still a mindemeanor to hook without registering yourself as a hooker. Often very high end whores who do not want to left any document saying they hook, ilegal inmigrants and terminal drugs addicts do not go through the formalities. But most do and often get tested by the Gov some thrid world country test the legal whores for most STDs once a week and for HIV once a month. In public hospitals. That is more thorough than AIM. And they still use condoms.
Will they work in Bordellos or Escort agencies? They will still exist but with a diferent relation between the management and the whores.
Often Bordellos and masage parlors to avoid anti pimping laws do not take any income of the sex work, they real business is to rent a permanent room were the prostitute will do her private practice and pool resources like security, a bar, room cleaning.
Same for escort agencies that become more like a secretary and personal assistant pooled to independent workers. They oftem take much less of the income of the prostitutes than US escorts agencies do.
And of course some prostitutes will work independently from their homes puting adds in newspapers and the web.
I will go the Euro way. With corrections.
