PULLMAN, Wash. — Kyle Schott, a man who has already admitted to raping a WSU student took the stand to testify against Christopher Reid, also known as Jack Venice in the adult film industry. Reid is charged with 2nd degree rape.
The two men were accused of raping the woman at her sorority house last year. Schott, who is currently serving jail sentence for rape, told the court that Reid was his partner in crime. Schott said Reid was looking for women on campus to take part in an amateur porn film but, when he was unsuccessful, decided to go to the sorority house.
DNA evidence presented in court the day prior could not be directly connected to Reid. An expert testified that, while there were some links, one of three people in the US posessed those same DNA traits.

His refusal to testify sealed his fate. It isn’t supposed to work that way but he was damaged goods going into trial and whatever credibility issues his accuser may have had (with her changing stories about that night), leaving it to the hometown jury without letting them see how naive he is just couldn’t work in his favor. The guy Schott testified that Jack Venice asked him for a condom before raping that young woman. A lot of premeditation there, he’s a sick mother fucker and deserves prison sentence. I don’t have any sympathy for scumbags like this, none at all.
