Evil Angel’s statement on the John Stagliano scene shot for the Pachard benefit:
I have spoken several times to the Sullivan family on behalf of Evil Angel and John. We would have been thrilled for the scene that was shot by John Stagliano and which starred Amber Lynn, Moxxie Maddron and Manuel Ferrara to be used as intended in the benefit project for Henri Pachard.
Unfortunately, due to the Sullivan family wanting nothing further to do with Amber, they are not interested in the scene being in the project that they are moving forward with. [The Sullivan project now tentatively called ”Pachard Reduxxx” -Ed.]
From the beginning, it was known that the scene that John shot could also be used by him in one of his movies, on our benefit DVD or as a bonus scene, as a reciprocal way to help out with the legal case.
The Sullivans offered to give John the scene tapes for free, but we want to donate the money that would have come from people’s waived fees and things like that, to the original cause that people did the scene for. They showed up for the Pachard benefit, so we want to make sure that money goes towards that.
I have also spoken to Amber several times. Right now, I am waiting back to hear from Amber who has told me that she is speaking to her lawyer this week regarding the situation.
Moxxie and Manuel are sad that their scene won’t be in the… final project, but are happy that their original intent of being there [for Henri Pachard] is still being honored.
Something about this announcement doesn’t read right. Karen wants us to understand that it was understood John could use the footage for the Evil Angel catalog, whether it be to raise money for his legal case or whatever he chooses to do with it. Then, she backpedals, and says, but we want to honor the original intent. Seems like mixed messages here.
I think since the production was tainted by Amber’s antics people should not try to profit off this movie for personal gain. If EA releases the scene in any form, profits should go to Ron Sullivan. End of story. It’s the right thing to do.

Mumbo jumbo, mumbo jumbo. Don’t get me wrong, I love and respect Ron Sullivan, been friend with him since the 70’s, and I can say he’s always been one of the few talented film makers in the adult business; however, this WATWXXX project is in fact an oral masturbation, a desperate attempt to put some expired, washed up female and male hookers back in the spot light again. Ron Sullivan is dying from the cancer, and a few thousand dollars that he may or may not benefit from one single movie will not make or break him, certainly won’t save his life either. This charity event is similar to what some crazy, attention seeking Hollywood celebrities do by going to Africa and taking happy pictures with starving, dying children, they do it for themselves, not for those children. It’s all bullshit, folks. What you see, is not what you get; but the truth is not complicated.
