In the adult film industry, Cal/Osha requires:
Following a written safety and health program, known as an injury and illness prevention program, or IIPP. In simple terms, an IIPP identifies potential hazards specific to the workplace and ways to protect workers from those hazards.
Training employees in health and safety hazards
Protecting employees from electrical hazards, such as those associated with special lighting
Protecting employees from hazards associated with bloodborne pathogens
Providing sanitation facilities
Not discriminating against employees who complain about safety and health conditions.

I wonder if only the biggest studios can comply with this.

I wonder if Derek Hays and the guys that run industry black list will help with this.
Donny Long, Regan Senter, Ty Endicott and most of the 10,000 guys doing POV from their living quarters/studios would violate every rule OSHA could think of.
OSHA can fine, but they cant send guys to jail and even then that wouldnt stop these jokers. Its the only way they can get women to come near them!!
What are you gonna do about Kevin Ducati and Christian? Guys that like things jammed up their butts? How many bloodborne pathogens have their busted up assholes seen?

“Not a terrible looking woman and she definately has the body of a milf…..lil cushion.Only two things ruined this scene for me.One was everytime she opened her mouth…which was constantly throughout the scene.Very annoying and bad at the dirty talk.The other would be Christian himself.He seems like he never enjoys himself in his scenes which leads me to think he may be gay or bi…Which if thats the case he should go to where he is happiest..His lack of enthusiasm really shows in his work.”
And I didnt even write this, dont forget Lockwood, he’s walked on the wild side. Wouldnt OSHA technically prevent Marc Wallice from being on set, he’s a living, breathing bloodborne pathogen.

Come on!!! test are not even being exchanged on the shoots any more along with ID’s and no more GENTIAL exams by both performers prior to the shoot… Its only going to get worse and we’ll reach the 100% herpes infection rate soon!!! Dammit….
You think Marc Wallice is having anyone exchange tests, real ones anyway. What decade is TT Boy’s last test from?
