It’s amazing how anyone with more than 30 minutes of cumulative airtime on "The Howard Stern Show" claims to be a "veteran" or a "regular." Gary Garver was some guy who worked at Howard’s LA affiliate, and did obnoxious red carpet Q&As for LA events. He was rarely on-air, and almost never in Howard’s studio.
