Luke: "When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?"

Cassidy, 18: "A soccer player. I played soccer for 11 years until I hurt myself and then I had to give it up."

"I went to high school for two years and then I did independent study and I worked."

Luke: "What crowd did you hang with in high school?"

Cassidy: "I hung out with the soccer crowd and the cheerleaders…"

Luke: "How old were you the first time you saw porn?"

Cassidy: "I saw my dad’s porn when I was 11."

"I turned 18 March 9. I moved down here March 30. I went in [did first scene April 4] and I liked it and I stayed."

"Alicia Silver of Silverstar Models brought me out here. Then I went to Sasha of Number One Models and then I went to Spiegler."

"My first scene was probably my favorite. The male talent was amazing. It was in the model home I stayed in. The director was the agent’s husband. Everything was very comforting."

"I was the most modest girl in high school. I was very conservative. I always had boyfriends. I was sexually active with them. I didn’t sleep around."

Luke: "How old were you the first time you had sex?"

Cassidy: "I had a boyfriend at 13. Once you’re with somebody for nine months, you get curious and start testing things out. I was 13."

Cassidy says she had five lovers before turning 18.

"My reputation was good. I never had any issues. I did well at school… I ended up leaving because I worked. I kinda got over school. I couldn’t play soccer any more so there was no reason to get up in the morning."

Luke: "What do your parents most want for you?"

Cassidy: "My dad wants me to go to college and to lead a life like his. He’s successful. He’s happy. He has everything he wants."

"He knows. They found out. He’s happy for me but we don’t talk about it."

Luke: "How long did it take for your parents to find out?"

Cassidy: "Well, my nosy aunt went looking for it."

Luke: "How did she find out?"

Cassidy: "MySpace. They found out my stage name so they go and look for it."

Cassidy’s appeared in 30 scenes.

"I came out here with $60 I borrowed. I built this apartment from the ground up. Most of the stuff was given to me. I don’t spend money on stupid things."

Luke: "What do you love about the industry?"

Cassidy: "I think it’s hot. I was not rebellious in high school, so it’s all coming out now. I’m doing what I’m not supposed to and I think it’s fun."

Luke: "How would your best friends describe you?"

Cassidy: "I got ‘Most Outgoing’ in middle school. I’m very spontaneous. I have not made any steps backward. I’ve only gone forward. I just got a new car — a 2008 Sunland."

"I can count every friend I have on one hand."

"My family and I have gotten closer because I am in a situation where I’m comfortable and able to talk to them."

Luke: "How has your time in the industry affected you?"

Cassidy: "I’m a little more blunt. Before it was easier to just let things go.

"This isn’t something I’m going to do forever. It’s just a learning experience. It’s not a career. It’s more along the lines of get your money, have fun and figure out what you’re going to do."

"I was raised by my father. My mom wasn’t around. I want to do something to make him happy."

Luke: "Have you been pressued to do interracial?"

Cassidy: "I was in between agents and I needed money. I met this guy. He was direct. He set me up with a shoot. I drive there and it was a POV interracial. I didn’t want to be rude and leave…

"When I came here, I was told not to do interracial and not to do anal. To pace myself.

"I did the scene.

"Then it was used against me. Blackmail. This person threatened me that he would let the whole industry know."

Luke: "What has surprised you about the industry?"

Cassidy: "That it’s like high school."
