Los Angeles, CA – This Wednesday will be a very special night at Howl at the Moon when SexZ Pictures’ contract star Paulina James hosts 80’s Night in honor of the upcoming release of her short film "Being Paulina," which will debut at the XFanz.com Los Angeles Erotica Film Fest. A special teaser screener will be shown throughout the night and Paulina will be there to meet and take pictures with all of her fans as well as sign autographs.
James shot the video herself during a February 2007 trip to Japan with adult performer Bree Olson. Editor Dominic Acerra assembled the footage as a 63-minute featurette. "Being Paulina" centers on James, Olson and their Japanese liaison Momo, who brought the pair of porn starlets to Tokyo to shoot for local adult content producers. The girls are seen shopping, visiting a Buddhist shrine and touring the city.
"When I first found out I was going to Tokyo for nine days, I was so excited," James told AVN. "On the second day of being in Japan, I went out and bought my own video camera and started shooting everything I could possibly shoot, from being on set to being outdoors and experiencing Tokyo itself. It was a lot of fun."
Not only is Wednesday Paulina James night at Howl, its also the 6 month anniversary of Way Back Wednesdays, so expect a full house of gold record artists. In the past several weeks members of Guns and Roses, Quiet Riot and The Knack have all stopped by to jam together on the Howl stage packing in more than 500 fans each week. According to promoter, Julian Douglas, " our 6 month anniversary should really bring out the stars of 80’s rock to Howl. We are expecting more rockers this week than ever before. Last week, we had guys that had sold more than 30 million records jamming out together."
