PENSACOLA, Fla. — Adult webmaster Ray Guhn, who is charged with money laundering, obscenity, racketeering and prostitution, pleaded not guilty Monday in what attorneys called a precedent-setting case.
Prosecutors dropped charges in Escambia County earlier this month and re-filed them at the Santa Rosa County Courthouse, where Guhn and four other men made their not-guilty plea.
