LOS ANGELES — Evil Angel’s federal copyright and piracy case against Kaytel Video Distribution now is in the hands of a jury. Today saw the completion of closing arguments from both plaintiff and defendant.
U.S. District Judge James Otero will issue his final rulings regarding the admission of certain pieces of evidence and deliberations will commence immediately thereafter.
