A retailer says: I got a fedex letter in the mail today stating that Philips is suing Caballero and a host of other variants of Caballero (same owner, 6-7 different "company" names) for patent infringement, I think it’s for replicating without a license. Letter states that I as a retailer have to stop selling their product and destroy the product or show that i’ve paid (i’m supposing Philips) their royalties, within 5 days. Don’t know how they even got my name and address, unless they got a customer list from Caballero. Letter says case # 05-08943 in US District Court Central District of California Western Division.
