Nick writes on RAME: Putting aside one's personal opinions on the principals involved (Luke F-rd, Rob Black, etc.) I think what really came across in the segment was just how woefully outdated and inadequate our (the Canadian) video rating system has become in the face of recent technological advancements. It was made clear that content delivered over such media as satellite and the internet are outside the scope of the 'official' review agencies for each province. Robert Warren, who chairs the Ontario Film Review Board, had no knowledge that such fare was openly available through Canadian satellite distributors nor did he seem to feel it was part of his mandate to review such fare (though he did state that of the scenes he was shown most would not have been approved). Further, the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Televison and Telecommunications Commission) representative freely admitted that he did not have the resources to police all channels and typically would only conduct an investigatation upon receiving complaints from the public (which, in this case, presumably had not occurred until the holier than thou producers of the "fifth estate" decided to take it upon themselves to complain on behalf of the Canadian public. I'm sure those who subscribed to this service were very thankful when the channels were pulled form the airwaves as a result of this segment being aired. At any rate, as this is not public cable if you don't like the adult content then don't subscribe to the channel). The upshot of all this merely showed the arbitrariness of the current form of institutionalized censorhip that we Canadians have to put up with. We should instead do away with the silly notion that we can somehow police the airwaves in this day and age. Frankly I found the second segment, about how a group of Toronto police officers took it upon themselves to exact vigilante justice upon a homeless citizen, far more disturbing than any of the hardcore scenes of bondage and S&M play that were shown.

Scott Phillips vs Private Label Resources

Billonia writes: Here is some interesting information for you. Tonight during a regular edition of the Wednesday night plrradio show things got a little out of hand. In the beginning of the show the DJ's were discussing last weeks show about Spam. I didn't get a chance to catch it last week, but it looks like they ruffled some feathers with some of the big porn guys you refer to as the Australian porn mafia. Soon after ScottPB entered the chatroom the plrradio guys noticed that there server was being attacked and the chatroom was being attacked. If you went to http://www.plrradio.com and looked at the title of the page it clearly stated, "AdWealth Loves you and Spam is g00d :)"

Seems Scott went a little to far and started hacking multiple sites owned by D-man and other plrradio staff. No more than 2 seconds later the plrradio chatroom died. I don't know if this is related to ScottPB and his cronies or not. But it is most likely. The DJ that was on air (Headless), stated that the chatroom went down but he didn't have any more information at the moment. They continued their broadcast and went on with the show even though they were being attacked. The reason they were being attacked is because ScottPB didn't like the fact that they were discussing his crocked ways of Spam. Scott Phillips replies: I don't mind people attacking me, I have nothing to hide. The plrradio chatroom was taken down by plr, since they thought they were being hacked. They blamed it on me, when it was really them doing it out of paranoia. As for changing the title of their homepage, I thought that was a benign way of indicating that if you are going to talk s--- about me, you should do it to my face.

Luke the chat room quote is all mixed up in order, totally changing the context. Get a complete log of the conversation and you will see it differently.

Review Of Alexa's Dancing

So course being a fan I waited after her show to go up and get a polaroid, 8 x 10 the usual stuff, but after waiting an hour she never came out. So I went up and asked the girl taking the cover charge at the front door she told me she hasn't come out after her show all the time she has being working this week. This is the first time of my 16 years of going to strip clubs a porn star (oops I mean mainstream star) has not come out after her show to meet her fans. I meet a couple of other fans that were pissed too, guess she is too big of a mainstream actress to meet us? The funny part before her show the DJ goes on about all her movies and awards she has done in porn.

She is a hypocrite now she is bad mouthing her porn past and the people involved in it but has no problem going on tour and getting her booking fee, talking about the movies she has done but will not come out after her show and meet her fans. If she wants out of porn so bad, leave the strip club scene too or don't talk about it so much before you come on stage. She thinks porners are bad wait until she meets Geffen.

Rating: If your a fan you will be big time disappointed if your not a fan you wouldn't care, you would think average house dancer.
